Je suis possesseur d'un iPod nano quand je le branche a mon pc pour le synchroniser, l'ordinateur refuse d'ajouter mes nouveaux morceaux et me marque a chaque fin de synchronisation "l'iPhone "iPhone de basile " ne peut pas être synchronisé. Une erreur inconnue s'est produite (13019)"
J'ai noté que les étapes 1 et 2 ce faisaient correctement mais que la troisième étape était sautée help me please merci

I have just updated itunes on my pc (windows XP) to the latest version. When I try to open it I get an error message saying the application failed to start because MSVCR80.dll was not found< Have tried reinstalling with no luck. Any ideas?

quelqu'un a t'il aussi cette erreur et si oui, avez vous trouvé comment y remédier?

fichiers RAW de juin 2013 à ce jour, soit 10000images les fichiers
antérieurs 2010-2012 toujours dans le meme catalogue sont intacts. Petite
question: es-ce que ma sauvegarde externe doit etre au format LR ou LR+

I have a new iPod Touch 5th gen. My computer works on Windows 7. Latest ITunes gives me this message: "this ipod can't be used because the required software is not installed. Run the iTunes installer to remove iTunes then install the 64 bit version of iTunes." I have already removed and reinstalled a couple of times--making sure to remove all the related applications as well--Bonjour, Apple Software update, Apple Application Support. Help!

Let's try a standalone Apple Mobile Device Support install. It still might not install, but fingers crossed any error messages will give us a better idea of the underlying cause of why it's not installing under normal conditions.
Download and save a copy of the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe) installer file to your hard drive:

Download and install the free trial version of WinRAR:
http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm
Right-click the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe), and select "Extract to iTunesSetup" (or "Extract to iTunes64Setup"). WinRAR will expand the contents of the file into a folder called "iTunesSetup" (or "iTunes64Setup").
Go into the folder and doubleclick the AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi (or AppleMobileDeviceSupport64.msi) to do a standalone AMDS install.
(If it offers you the choice to remove or repair, choose "Remove", and if the uninstall goes through successfully, see if you can reinstall by doubleclicking the AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi again.)
Does it install (or uninstall and then reinstall) properly for you? If so, does your device connect without that message now? -
I have a mac but am experiencing the same prompt? "iTunes could not contact the iPod software update server because you are not connected to the Internet. Make sure your Internet connection is active and try again."

After restoring to factory settings/new iPod you will then have to restore from backup
To restore from backup see:

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

So, I have downloaded and re-downloaded the new iTunes 10.7 about a thousand times. Everytime I try to download, I get the message "rolling back" and then it starts up again and continues to download. Once downloaded, I plug my iPod touch 4th generation in and I get two pop-up messages: the first says "...mobile device is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation or contact your system administration or the software vendor for support." Let's try something relatively simple first. Restart the PC. If you're using Vista or 7, now head into your Uninstall a program control panel, select "Apple Mobile Device Support" and then click "Repair". If you're using XP, head into your Add or Remove Programs control panel, select "Apple Mobile Device Support", click "Change" and then click "Repair".

itunes é legal, mas quando está sincronizando é um lixo, nem isso porque minha lixeira levanta a tampa mais rápido que o itunes... ¬¬
Quando você coloca ele pra sincronizar por exempolo com o iphone (qualquer versão), o itunes deixa de ser um player e vira dor de cabeça, além de lento pra sincronizar ele fica travando, dando lag, erros e por ai vai... (onde está a qualidade da apple, acho que foi toda pra outro lugar porque o itunes... aff)
Uso o itunes a mais de 4 anos e até hoje nunca resolveram esse problema... porque será?
Bem, eu n sei, mas isso me fez usar outros programas em vez do itunes (ex:iphone pc suite) que é 1.000.000x melhor!!! (sério!)

Essa Apple devia manter toda sua equipe de desenvolvimento de hardware e demitir todos os responsáveis pelos softwares... muita complicação por nada. Se você tem um ipod, tem mais de um computador e acorda um dia querendo copiar um cd num outro micro que não o original, a hora que vc espeta o ipod no outro itunes, ele começa a apagar todos seus dados ou copia todas suas músicas pro outro computador... meu.. q merda... não é só copiar o que é novo pro Ipod? Where are you physically located?
What country's Store are you using?
The two have to be the same and the payment method for your account also has to be associated (billing address, where iTunes gift card was purchased) with that country.
Has the ID(s) worked before for purchases for this country's store? -
I can not dowload the new updated software for my Ipod touch 4G. When i do I get an error message that says Network connection has timed out. I have done the trouble shooting steps. Downloaded the latest version of Itunes, and checked network connection
Disabling the computer's antivirus and firewall during the download and update usually resolves the timeout error.

I see the "Connect to iTunes" screen and the device appears in iTunes. Every time I connect to iTunes, iTunes says my device is in recovery mode and has to be recovered so I do so. In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.

Having trouble when I launch iTunes (version 11.0.2) on my Dell Laptop running Windows 7 Professional (service pack 1). I get an error message indicating software required to communicate with iPod and mobile phones was not installed correctly. Do you want iTunes to try to repair this for you? I normally respond with OK and it immediately tells me "could not be repaired. Please reinstall iTunes..." I have done this a number of times to no avail.
I also notice Quicktime is not getting installed at all.
That one is normal nowadays (ever since the iTunes versions 10.5.x).
