When that message appears on the screen, connect your iPod to your computer and open the iTunes software. By syncing your iPod with iTunes, you transfer music from iTunes to your iPod.

If you are using your account's balance then the price of the song should be deducted from it immediately, if you are using a credit card then it may take a day or two for it to appear on your card's statement

I think there is some kind of problem with MacOS X when you use one of the "other" languages from the list on the left. There was another person who tried to use Gaelic as his primary language and he had the same kinds of problems that you see. I was able to reproduce the bug and I wrote a bug report with Apple.
The solution is to use one of the "major" languages in the list on the left in system preferences. I'm sure French will work fine. If you have any software that is localized in Breton, you can use Get Info in the Finder to have it display only in Breton.
Sorry if I have errors in my French. I did not use Google and I'm at my PC where I can't easily type diacritic characters.

Vous avez besoin du mot de passe pour votre ordinateur. Ce n'est pas un mot de pass d'Adobe.
Vouz l'avez choisi quand vous avez allumé l'ordinateur le premiere fois, and si on le manque, l'ordinateur ni peut pas etre mis a jour, ni peut les logiciel s'installer.

Voilà, j'ai fait des achats de musiques dans Itunes.
Ces morceaux apparaissent en double sur mon iphone, mais quand je le connecte et le synchronise sur mon mac, dans la bibliothéque ils ne sont pas en double, c'est uniquement dans l'onglet musique de l'appareil, et sur l'iphone une fois qu'il est déconnecté.
J'ai déjà fait "présentation - afficher les doublons" mais ça ne marche que sur la bibliothéque, du coup les morceaux n'apparaissent pas en double dedans
et on ne peut pas afficher les doublons ni les supprimer dans "appareil - musique"
pouvez-vous me donner la solution svp?

The problem is from all the 9 songs I've paid for, only 7 are still available from this list on my iPhone. There is no possibility to download the other 2 without paying for them. I've spoke to the lady from Mississippi on the phone 2 days ago from about 2 hours calling from Belgium but unfortunately she couldn't help me. It's the 3rd time I complain about this. How many time shall I pay for the same songs?? If you can access my music list and my past receipts payment you will be able to find out what I mean. I went back on iTunes I've found the the songs I already downloaded in October that should be on my playlist but if I click on them it will charge me again 0,99 cents. It's been 3 years I've been using the same apple ID with my iPhones. I just wand to get my songs back without having to pay them twice or 3 times

Create a NEW account using these instructions. Make sure you follow the instructions. Many do not and if you do not you will not get the None option. You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before.
Creating an iTunes Store, App Store, iBookstore, and Mac App Store account without a credit card
Using those instructions you may also be able to select PayPal if that is allowed in your country.
