bonsoir, je n arrive pas a installer windows 7 sur mon macbook air; j arrive au menu de fuseaux horaires windows , donc la première fasse d installation; mé ni la souris ni le clavier fonctionne.

You need to use a USB2 flash drive for BCA, not a USB3 flash drive. Windows installers do not have drivers for USB3. Once Windows and Bootcamp drivers are installed then USB3 support is available.

Go to START/ALL PROGRAMS/Apple Software Update. If it offers you a newer version of Apple Software Update, do it but Deselect any other software offered at the same time. Once done, try another iTunes install
If you don't find ASU in All programs, go to control panel/
XP- add n remove Programs/highlight ASU, CHANGE then REPAIR.
Vista or Win7 - Programs n features/highlight ASU and click REPAIR.

Problème pour installation EL 11 sur portable HP I5

Dans le cadre de l'opération Adobe/FPF, les memebres du club ont fait l'acquisition des produits EL.
La mise à jour pour passer de EL10 à EL 11, pose problème sur deux machines portable HP et seulement sur ces machines...
Le produit s'installe et ensuite il est impossible de le lancer ou alors il finit par se lancer mais il se bloque .....
Pouvez vous m'aider à résoudre le problème ?

On peut essayer réinitialisez les préférences de Photoshop Elements. Maintenez les touches Ctrl + Alt + Maj (Windows) ou Option + Commande + Maj (Mac OS) enfoncées immédiatement après avoir choisi d’ouvrir Photoshop Elements Editor.
Cliquez sur Oui.

Ouvrez le Finder. Du haut du menu barre du Finder de votre écran, cliquez sur Aller> Aller au dossier
Tapez ou copiez / coller: / Bibliothèque / Application Support
Puis cliquez sur OK et déplacez les fichiers ,Paragon NTFS for Mac OS X/Mount Notification.app/Contents/MacOS/Mount Notification, dans le dossier Application Support dans la Corbeille.
Redémarrez votre Mac à tester.

J'ai le même problème depuis hier... A devenir fou... J'ai presque tout essayé. Fermer App Store et réessayer, redémarrer l'iPhone, déconnecter/reconnecter mon Apple id sur le store, même créer un nouvel identifiant, jouer sur les options de l'App Store dans les réglages, etc.
Je suspecte un bug sur les serveurs d'Apple...
En attendant, je contourne le problème en allant sur mon ordinateur : je télécharge l'app désirée via iTunes sur mon ordinateur; ensuite je fait un glisser/déposer de l'app vers mon iPhone pour forcer la synchronisation... et là ça s'installe...

Mon imac a pourtant une capacité de 250 Go et 100Go de libre...

Problème d'installation NI developer Suite 2010 SD1

Bonjour à tous,
J'ai un problème d'installation de la suite NI developer Suite 2010 SD1, lors du changement du DVD, l'ecran de demande de confirmation du chemin reste figée, que ce soit pour le dvd2 ou le dvd3 (avec une autre config d'installation). J'ai essayé d'installer le produit sur un autre PC (de bureau contre portable à l'origine), je rencontre le même problème. Après avoir lu le forum et réessayé l'installation en startant sur le setup au lieu de l'autorun, j'ai le même problème...
Auriez vous une information concernant ce problème.

Par ailleurs, avez-vous essayer de rentrer le chemin en dur avant d'insérer le dvd?

Bonjour, j'ai arrêté mon abonnement ICLOUD, et du coup dès que je veux ouvrir un PDF, ICLOUD m'envoie une invite à renouveler mon abonnement alors que je possédais déjà Acrobat X sur mon ordinateur.

Si tu as la facture tu auras donc accès (via Adobe) à ton numéro de série : Adobe ID
Ici on peut télécharger l'installeur d'Acrobat X : Autres téléchargements
Et ensuite il ne te restera plus qu'à faire comme indiqué dans mon premier message ci-dessus.
(Encore que je ne suis pas certain que désinstaller CC soit nécessaire pour installer Acrobat X "solo", c'est une simple précaution)

Problème partage à domicile windows vista

J'ai la dernière mise à jour i tunes, la dernière mise à jour apple tv. Mon apple tv me dit qu'il faut activer le partage à domicile de mon ordinateur (windows vista). J'ai pourtant configuré sur i tunes, via mon pc, le partage à domicile : Rien ne se passe.
Pourtant je peux louer des films sur mon apple tv mais je ne peux pas lire mes vidéos de ma bibliothèque i tunes à mon apple tv
Je lis sur les forums, qu'il faut configurer mon réseau pour que ça puisse marcher

Printer is connected. How to get rid of installation window upon boot-up?

I have an Officejet 4500; successfully connected to desktop (Windows Ultimate Vista OP). However, had a problem when connecting to laptop (Windows XP). When getting to configuration step, had a fatal error. Folllowing instructions in auto-dowloaded "HP Installation Error - XP" application, subsequently, downloaded drivers, utlities, etc. Finally was able to print off of laptop. However, everytime I boot up computer now, an installation window auto-appears with a Fatal Error message, then it runs through all the installation steps again, stalls at the configuration step, then I have to click a Finish button to finish an "uninstall" (which it does not do, the printer is still installed). So, to continue using the computer, I have to click the Cancel button in the middle of the "install" operation, use the computer for other things I need to do, then I can't shut down until it completes its "Uninstall" process again. The printer is connected...HOW do I get rid of the install window that auto-appears when I boot up? (There is NO "Close" button or icon.)

Follow this procedure for the installation:
Install Windows 8.1 Pro x64 using the general or personal key
Just to avoid install an old Video Driver from windows update, disable the Wi-Fi or Interned connection
Install Office 2013 x64
Install the Video Driver “340.52-notebook-win8-win7-64bit-international-whql.exe” just let the setup to uncompress the files in “C:\NVIDIA” folder, do not continue to avoid the installation of other software that you may never use. Go to “Device Manager” and Right click properties in the display adapter, press “Driver” - “Update Driver” select browse my computer and give the path “C:\NVIDIA” press next and close after installation finish
Enable Wi-Fi and open Control Panel – Programs – Turn Windows features on or off and select “.NET Framework 3.5” hit OK, after the installation finish, reboot PC
Install “ClassicShellSetup_4_1_0.exe” follow instruction and configure the way you may like

Run “h1100547.exe” unselect “Install A7 OSD APP now” and press finish. Path for driver is “D:\EXEBuild\A7 OSD APP”. Run the file “setup.exe” do not reboot the PC and ensure the folder been created during the installation “C:\Program Files (x86)\Lenovo\Lenovo BrgVolOSD” with this two files “BrgVolOSD.exe” and “CD_DLL.dll”, if this fail go to next step, if not, avoid next step. Normally a successful installation of this file depend of “.NET framework 3.5”
Go to control panel and uninstall “Lenovo OSD”, run the previous “setup.exe” and during the process of the installation, be ready to make a copy for the temporal file name “setup.msi” created in  “C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp”, copy file “setup.msi” in “C:\” and run CMD in administrator mode and go to “C:\” using “CD \ + ENTER”, now use the following command “C:\msiexec.exe /a c:\setup.msi + Enter” the folder “C:\Program Files (x86)\Lenovo\Lenovo BrgVolOSD” with this two files “BrgVolOSD.exe” and “CD_DLL.dll” will be created
Create a shortcut “BrgVolOSD” and copy this in the startup folder “C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp”
Update Bluetooth driver using windows update if Windows detect the dongle, if not go to next step
If Bluetooth is not detected, mean that the actual hardware somehow is disabled. In order to enable, boot the PC with a Windows 7 live DVD with the USB drive installed in the PC. After PC been running with Windows 7 live, Install the file “h1100174.exe” previously copy in the USB drive. Use the USB drive also as installation path for the Bluetooth software, when the installation is done, look in the folder “X:\Program Files\Lenovo\Bluetooth Software” and run the file name “BTTray.exe”, press right click in the Red Bluetooth icon on the taskbar to enabled the Bluetooth dongle. Reboot PC in Windows 8.1 without any DVD media inside, this time Windows 8.1 will be able to recognize the Bluetooth and install the respective drivers.
     Another way, install the latest release from Broadcom BTW_12.0.0.9820 from the following link:

    directly in Windows 8.1. Remember if the software is uninstall the Bluetooth will be disabled and
     Windows will not be able to see the device in the “Device Manager”

After i clicked yes on the warning that installing makes changes to the computer, nothing installer windows appear, with windows 7 32-bit os, intel dual core 2GHz processor and a 2GB of ram.

What is on your desk top is the installer.

Can't get to the installation window for Panther 10.3 upgrade

Here's the deal:
I have an iMac, 500 Mhz, G3, 128 RAM that originally has Mac OS 9 built into it. Recently (a day or two ago), I wanted to format my computer because it was giving me too much trouble (a message saying that there wasn't enough memory kept appearing and askign me to quit an application to free some up), so I introduced the Mac OS 9 restoration disk and initialized my HD.
Everything went well, I was able to re-install the OS 9 and the necessary upgrades (up to 9.2.2) so that I could re-install my Panther 10.3 OS. However, when I reboot the computer with the installation disk in (so as to get to the installation window) it hangs when it reaches the white screen with the grey apple in the middle and the spinning thing on the bottom. It does not freeze up, 'cause you can see that the spiral still goes round and round, but disk activity ceases and it does not progress further than that (I have left it up to an hour in that state and nothing happens).
What can be my problem? The disk is in good conditions, and it is not the driver because I can run any other cd and it even reads the Panther disks (all of the 3)..... please help!

Welcome to Apple Discussions.
To install Panther your computer will need to meet the minimum system requirements for Panther. Your RAM seems to be very marginal and I recommend that you upgrade your RAM to at least 256 MB or better still max it out to 1 GB.
You will need to purchase the Full Retail version of Panther. Be aware that Computer specific or upgrade versions should be avoided since they are optimized for the computer to which they are specific and will therefore very likely cause problems during or after installation. On the legal side, it may be a violation of the Software License Agreement which statesThis License allows you to install and use one copy of the Apple Software on a single computer at a time. This License does not allow the Apple Software to exist on more than one computer at a time...If you do not have a Full Retail Version you can purchase universal installer Panther disks, guaranteed to install, from applerescue.
In terms of your specific problem. Here's what I suggest:
Insert Installer disk and Restart, holding down the "C" key.
Go to Installer menu and launch Disk Utility.
Select your HDD (manufacturer ID) in the left panel.
Select First Aid in the Main panel.
Click Repair Disk on the bottom right.
If DU reports disk does not need repairs quit DU and restart.
If DU reports errors Repair again and again until DU reports disk is repaired.
If DU reports errors it cannot repair you will need to use a utility like Tech Tool Pro or Disk Warrior
After disk has been repaired, with Disk Utility still launched and in the First Aid tab:
Click Repair Disk Permissions button.
Quit Disk Utility and open installer.
Select install option.
You may wish to Customize by deselecting Foreign Language Translations, unless you need it, and Additional Printer Drivers. This saves some disk space.
Proceed with installation.
After restart and set up:
Restart computer
Go to Applications > Utilities > Disk Utility
Repair Disk Permissions (as before)
Go to Apple Menu > Software Update
Install all updates
Repair Disk Permissions again.
