Sir,,
I faced problem regarding some TDS Like Interest,Salary, entry passed through which not shown in
Tds report.
I not aware about how to passed this type entry so which appeared in TDS report.
Pls give me a suggestion regarding above problem.

Hi,
Create one time vendor or dummy vendor for all expenses. Then assign w/h tax codes and post the TDS at the time of invoice or payment.
You will not get report if you directly pass a JV.

I think your problem is that you want to monitor when users are deleting the goods issue while confirmation. So you would have to know if for a confirmation qty of 100, the planned consumption should have been 100 but the actual consuption is 50.
So you would want to relate the confirmation qty with the planned and actual consumption.
In COOIS Remt, qty and Withdrawal qty will show the total reqmt and actual withdrwal. Hope this will not be helpful if I understand correctly.
You have to create a simple query joining tables AFVV with RESB. Calculate the planned consuption for the confirmation qty. This along with the actual consuption will help to give what you are looking for.

Stock for 0STOCKTYPE value # not shown

Hi experts,
I've got a little problem with showing stock with dimension stocktype.
I've created a query with the free dimension stocktype. When adding this to the rows all stocktypes but the empty ('#') are shown. The total shows the value including '#' data:

Hi,
Enable the Key and Text type for stock type and check if you get any values. Doesn't seem like you have given any restriction otherwise total will not addup.
Still you can check if you have put any global filter or any specific filter to Stock type if it is RKF?

UDF for table CRD1 not shown in XL Reporter

Hi everyone,
I created an UDF under "Business Partners - Addresses" (for table CRD1), but in XL Reporter it is not in the UDF list.
Looks like XL Reporter only recognizes UDFs on the primary table level -- all UDFs built for "Business Partners" (OCRD) are in the list.
However, I have to put this UDF on CRD1 level since it's related to ship to zip codes.
How can I work around it?

Hi,
You have a correct assumption. Only UDF in OCRD will be available to XLR but not CRD1. For work around, you need to create UDF in marketing documents to get the UDF value from CRD1.

Legend in not shown in report output for a piechart

Hello,
I have a piechart embedded in a report.
In the graphics builder for the properties of the chart I have mentioned to show legends .It(Legend) is being shown in layout of graphics builder also .
But when i run the report legends are not all being displayed .Even I tried the following code also

I even foun that control is going to if condition but report ouput does not have legend

Outlook 2013 with Exchange Server - Changed custom form for contacts is not shown

Our infrastructure:
Exchange Server 2010
Outlook 2010
Outlook 2013
Windows 7 Pro, Windows 8 Pro and Windows 8.1 Pro
The situation:
We've used an old custom form for contacts, worked perfectly fine
I've updated the form (adding some new custom fields and checkboxes) using Outlook 2013 and publishing the form (with a new name) to the Exchange folder
I've set the form as default form in our contacts folder
I've used this Script to set the new form for the existing contacts and the name of the new form is saved correctly
BUT if I open a contact in our Exchange contacts folder, Outlook 2013 (Outlook 2010) still shows the old form
Steps I've taken so far:
Cleared Outlook forms cache
Repeated the above steps 1-4 in Outlook 2010
Switched Cached Exchange Mode off and back on
Allowed Scripts in Trust Center Settings
Used a new clean Windows installation with a new Outlook 2013 installation
Used different Exchange users on different systems, but some behavior when opening contacts
I'm out of options I can think of, so maybe somebody else has some new view on this problem.

Is the Exchange folder in which the custom form is published available to all users?
From the description, the script used to work for the old custom form, correct? Which version of Outlook did you use with the old custom contact form? Outlook 2010/Outlook 2013 or an earlier version? If you used the script with an earlier version of Outlook,
we can't make sure it will still work with Outlook 2010/Outlook 2013.
In addition we may also try creating a new contact form and test the steps to see if it will work.
Please let me know the result.

Requirements for few periods not shown in MD04

PIRs for a materials are not flowing to MD04 list for 04 and 05 periods, it is not showing any PIRs in MD04 though we create requirements in MD62 for these periods, but from 06 onwards it is showing PIRs properly.Can you Please let me know where should we check to get the cause for this error?

Are the Versions for the period 04 & 05 same as Period 06. Please not only active Version of the PIR would be displayed in MD04.

Why Are Textures for 3D Layers Not Shown at their Highest Resolution?

Textures shown for objects on 3d layers aren't being rendered at their highest resolution in the viewport. Is there any information on how to fix this? Here is a screenshot:
CC is noticably fuzzier.

This depends on your graphics hardware's capabilities, the driver settings and the image aspect ratio. if you hardware is unable to retain the full resolution, it will simply downsample the texture... In any case, without some proper technikcal info nobody can tell you more than that.

When you sync your iPhone with the Mac using iTunes you can choose to sync pictures from iPhoto to your iPhone. You can choose to sync albums or events. Once you've synced some albums or events they will appear in iPhoto on your iPhone (as well as the Photos.app). Have you synced some pictures/albums/events that are not showing on your iPhone? If so, which version of Mac OS X is on your Mac? Which version of iPhoto is on your Mac? Which version of iTunes are you using to sync pictures?

Would you please let me know how to activate the OLE DB provider for ODBC in import and export wizard?
Now I could use .NET framework for odbc only but it seems have problem in mapping table fields.

Default password "PASS" for username SAP* not accepted for new client

I have created a new client, client 200 in my SAP system. I assigned it to a logical system properly and exist as one of the clients on the system together with the default clients "000", "001" and "066". The problem is that when i try connecting to this newly created client using the credentials Username: SAP*, Password: pass i get an error as follows:
name or password is incorrect (repeat logon).
I also tried the password that i use to connect to the default clients and i get the same error message. Please assist.

Set parameter login/no_automatic_user_sapstar with value 0 in t-code: RZ10 then restart SAP system.
User SAP* may get locked due to incorrect login attempts. So, delete SAP* record from database level.
> sqlplus / as sysdba
SQL> delete from sapsr3.usr02 where bname='SAP*' and mandt='<client number>';
it should show 1 rowe deleted..then
SQL> commit;
Now system will allow you to login with user SAP* and password 'pass'

Picture not shown in report when user not logged on.

I create a table mypics:
title varchar2(100), mypic varchar2(100). I create a Portal form that uses file upload on mypic. The form will put the picture into some table...
I then create a report with the following sql:

The report do not show the picture if the report is added as a component in a content area, and the user is not logged on.
(Workarounds are to use portal pages instead i think).
But still, the problem probably has to do with some granting ?

Hi,
If this is the case, then first of all you have to make your objects language dependant. Then load the data for English (If you have), German etc with 0LANGU as the key of the object.
Then only you can view the descriptions/names/texts etc. in the various languages.

Dynamic Images not shown on report in web farm environment

I have a custom ASP .NET application running reports on XIR2 platform using the .NET WCA. This is in a web farm environment. Reports with images do not reliably work. It appears that the WCA temp image handler cannot see the files if my session fails from one server in the farm to the next. I'm looking to move the temp images location to an external file share so that all servers will see it. Changing the value in web.config for the temp images directory did not work. Tomorrow I will test changing the registry setting, but I wonder if anyone has any tips?

I can not state with confidence that they are using the CR .NET Web Forms viewer. I know that some of our applications show their reports in the ActiveX Viewer, and some use the DHTML viewer. Data for navigational attributes # Not Assigned

Hello friends,
Our report is based on Multiprovider which is based on 5 cubes.
These five cubes has one particular Characteristics which hasnavigational Attribute .
We are using the navigational attribute directly under free characteristics Tab in Query.
We are also using Characteristic in Query - for characateristic data is shown in report.
In report we are able to see data as # Not Assigned for navigational attributes.
When we checked data at info object level for that characateristic, correct data is shown for that navigation attributes.
We have checked following settings
At characteristic level - Uncheck Attributes only
At cube level all navigational attributes are checked
In Multi provider identification table - This navigational attribute is checked for all five cubes
In Multi provider Navigational Attributes Tab - This naviagtional attributes is checked
Activation of Master data was done once again
we are not getting any other ideas, can any one please suggest us where the problem is?

I solved my problem
1. Activate the navigation attribute(s) on the underlying basiscube, from which the query displays data
2. Choose the navigation attribute(s) for all relevant basiscubes (multicube -> Change -> Button Identification)

Easiest and/or best methods for generating XML output (not with a report)

Hi, several of our EBS customers (11.5.10) are converting their PDF reports to use XML/BI publisher to produce output. The data stream comes from a report that generates the XML output, and then the XML template is applied. This works great ... no problems, etc. From what I have read, however, Oracle intends to treat the traditional Forms and Reports Developers as legacy tools (although still supporting them, of course).
My question is if I wanted to ditch using Reports to generate XML output, what, in your opinion or in your current usage, is the easiest way of getting this data? In Reports, the data modeler is excellent in providing a method to write your queries, split them into different repeating groups, write formula and summary columns, link multiple queries, etc, etc. If one were to become Reports Developer free, what comparable tools are available to take its place? I would expect this tool to handle a mix of GUI and coding like the Reports data modeler. Please note that I'm not looking for an EBS-specific solution -- say for a custom application using regular Oracle 10g DB and iAS, with BI Publisher for reporting.

What I'm looking for is to not use Oracle Reports to generate the XML data output since Oracle's statement of direction is pushing BI Publisher rather than Oracle Reports as the preferred tool for reporting. That said, the data modeler in Reports provides a very flexible tool to construct and link multiple queries and to manipulate the queries into several levels of a master/detail relationship. Further, the mix of GUI and coding makes setting up the data model a lot more efficient. What I'm looking for (and I don't know if anything exists) is something comparable that can be used to generate XML output from the DB -- the idea being that I wouldn't use legacy tools, like Reports, for this task. I hope that is clearer.
Really, another way of answering my question is, aside from Reports and the APIs mentioned so far, what are my fellow developers using, if anything, to extract XML data in a way that handles the features i list above?
