J1INCHLN-TDS in case of multiples Business places & only One Section Code

Hi All,
I have created statewise Business places for India, because we want to post VAT to statewise VAT accounts.Eg. Bus place MAHA for Maharashtra, DEL for Delhi etc.
I have also created one Business place 1000 for my client for income Tax purpose. Created a Section Code 1000 for TDS purpose. Assiged it to Bus Place 1000.
Now, I have a scenario wherein VAT and TDS will be charged in the same invoice eg. if we procure some machine spare parts which are subject to VAT and take maintenance services for spare parts from the same vendor. Then in the vendor invoice we have VAT as well as TDS on services.
While FB60 for a vendor subjected to TDS, we enter Bus place as MAHA and post the invoice

Hi Prachi,
You should not have created so many Business places. You have 2 options to do this:
1. You create & print challans Business placewise using the respective Business Places Maha, Del etc.
2. You create a substituion rule whereby all Business places posted by you is substituted by 1000 Business place. This is a bit difficult and needs to be tried out.

I am trying to generated TDS certificates through J1INCERT. I am able to generated certificate numbers also. But I want to generate the certificate numbers according to my business place.
EX: I assigned number range as 200001 to 299999. I have business places as ABC1 and ABC2 for each plant wise.
If I generate first certificate for plant ABC1 for 194C, it should generate the ceriticate with number 200001.
If I generate first certificate for plant ABC2 for 194C, if should generate the certificate with number 200001.
Please tell me how to control this.

SAP has provided to generate number ranges basd on Busines places too... However this is not available to all countries though..
If you look at Cross application component, SAP has provied country specific options fo number ranges with reference to Business Place. This functionality is available to some countries and you may use it for your countri too... For example, you may look at "Philiphines" country official receipt (it is a kind of tax receipt).

Here are the steps how you can do it.
1. Create a table.
2. In the Library palette, click the Standard category and drag the Table object into a cell in the main table.
Note: If you selected Donu2019t Show This Again in the Insert Table dialog box, when you select the Table object from the Library palette, LiveCycle Designer automatically inserts a table with the same number of columns and rows that you inserted the last time you used the Insert Table dialog box.
3. In the Insert Table dialog box, enter the number of columns and rows. You can enter a maximum of 20 columns and 50 rows. You can add more columns and rows after the table is created by using the Insert commands on the Table menu.
4. To add a header row, select Include Header Row In Table.
5. To add a footer row, select the Include Footer Row In Table.
6. Click OK.

Please check whether there are duplicate custom headers in your code.

Talking amongst multiple computers with only one .mac acct

We have multiple computers but only one .mac account. We would like to isight/ichat with our home-based computers from our laptops (ie: talk with the kids at home while we're on the road...) but can't figure out how to make it work. Do we need to set up SEPARATE .mac accounts ("Family Plan") in order to isight/ichat amongst our computers or can we arrange it all, using only one account?

If you want to connect and use an iPod on more than one computer you need to change the update preference in the iPod Summary tab to "Manually manage music and videos" and click Apply.

If your iPod is set to update automatically take care when connecting to a different computer if your current one is out of commission. You will get a message that your iPod is linked to a different library and asking if you want to link to this one and replace all your songs etc, press "Cancel". I've selected the option for Firefox 23.0 to warn me before I try closing windows with multiple tabs. If only one window is open and that window has multiple tabs, I receive the warning. hello, the message is only there by design if you close the whole browser with still a few tabs open in it (and also only when you choose not to store browser history). if you want to restore one of multiple windows closed during a session you can do so from the history menu or the keyboard shortcut ctrl+shift+N.

Simple certificate expired - multiple webgates but only one down

We have OAM 10.1.4.2 and multiple webgates on different web servers. The certificate expired but only one webgate had problem. Users were able to login to other applications protected by the webgates. All webgates were using the same certificate. Once we updated the certificate in the access server and restarted the access server, other webgates start having problem? Shouldn't all webgates will have problem connecting to access server as soon as certificates expires.

I would expect all the WebGates to see the same problem, assuming they do use the same certs. It is possible that they are only checked when establishing the connections to the Access Servers - so they will only see problems when the connections are re-established.

Multiple user folders, only one user account

Hello everyone,
I recently had to reformat my Macbook and reinstall. In the Macintosh HD/users folder are three folders: one with an icon of a little house with my computer's short name, another called Shared and another with my first and last name.
In System Preferences/Accounts, I only have one user. Whenever I use the finder to drag and drop a file into, say, Movies, it drags it into the second user folder ie. not the one with the little house icon. Consequently, Front Row cannot find my avi's and iTunes cannot find my music.
While I can (and have) simply transfer all my files from one folder to another, it doesn't explain where this extra user came from and why it seems to have control over the Pictures, Movies and Music folders on the left hand side in Finder while the account that I'm logged in on is somehow secondary.
I really don't want to have to reformat my machine again. How do I delete this second user safely? Where did it come from?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Some ways that you can end up with extra user folders are:
You migrated data from an older computer using the migration assistant or target disk mode.
If that is not the case then what has happened is that you done an archive and install not preserving user and network settings but then that folder should be located in a previous system folder.
The most likely scenario, is however, that you somehow managed to rename your home folder.
When that happens and you restart your computer the system will look for a folder with your username, that name on your computer, is the name on the folder that has the home icon.
If a folder with that name is not found a new user folder will be created, it will however, not contain any of your current data files.
Open the folder which does not have the home icon and check for your user data.
If it contains your user data you need to rename it back to the name of the home folder with the icon.
It is not that simple though since you can't have 2 folders with the same name.
So move the folder with the home icon into shared.
Now rename the other folder to its proper name.
Then log out and when you log back in you will be logged into the other user folder with your data.
If you created any files under the new user folder you can retrieve them from the folder you dragged into Shared and you will note that it no longer has the home icon.

Multiple DimBuilds w/Only One Restructure in MaxL?

I am doing a series of dimension builds via load rules (v7.1.5). In this case I am building this entire dimension from scratch every time, but I want to preserve data, because there is forecast and plan data in this cube, not just actuals. My problem is this: In order to build completely from scracth, my first dimbuild load rule has "Remove Unspecified" turned ON. But that that dimbuild does not include all the level 0 members I will end up adding to this dimension by the end of this process. And I cannot find a way to delay Essbase from performing the restructure until the last dimbuild. I have tried using the "suppress verification" option in MaxL's import dimension command, but it doesn't accomplish this. I cannot find anything in the MaxL docs that refers to this and no one I work with has an answer. There has to be a way to do this, doesn't there? Otherwise I will have to abandon this "build from scratch" methodology and just leave old, dead members lying around in this dimension until they are removed manually.<BR><BR>Thanks,<BR><BR>James

Multiple embeds, play only one at a time?

I'm working on page with CD track info and I want to have a small quicktime play button by each song that will play a 30 second sample. I've already done this by just embedding each mp3 sample into the xhtml page. The problem is, a person can click on multiple tracks and they'll all play at the same time. Is there any way to get (attribute or javascript?) so that when some clicks on a track, the previously clicked track that is still playing (if there is one) will stop first?
I appreciate any help you can give me.

...with the JavaScript API for QuickTime. I don't have an answer for you, but some of the attributes you are looking for are exposed to JavaScript. One trick is that to get the QuickTime plugin to do the heavy lifting for you, you need to insure that you are playing your clips in the QuickTime plugin (duh...). They may be MP3 files, but you might want to embed them in a .MOV container in order to make sure they don't get hijacked by some preferred audio player.
Of course, if you do that, you could, I suppose, just use a QuickTime reference movie to link all the media files together into a single player...

The thing that I want to do is to put multiple values on the field P223_OFFENSES when I search. For example an offense is a number, so I would like to put in the search field 1111, 3333, 4444, 5555 and the report shows me those 4 offenses in the report. The search operation works only when I put only 1 offenses, but when I put more than 1 separated by comma, it shows me this error: report error:ORA-01722: invalid number. That's why because is a number and the comma character is not allowed, how can I achieve this? Thank you in advance.

Multiple NSNotification, Changed only one object. In Notification getting notification of relationships.

I have Entities like 'Alert' which has relationship to 'Company' and 'Company' has relationship to 'User'.
When i am saving something in Alert. In my observer of NsNotificationCenter, i am getting notification for 'Company', 'User (multipler users)' and Alert.
I am not able to figure out why i am getting Notifications of 'Company' and 'User'.
For example : I have Company name - XYZ and it has 7 Users - 'A to G' and i created Alert on 'A' then after changing in Alert. i am getting notification of 7 users, 1 Company and 1 Alert.
I dont know why i am getting Notification of Users and Company.
My Objects Hierarchy is :
Alert has relationship to Company.
User has relationships to Company.
Please help..
