J1IS - Excise inv. other mov. create
When we execute this transactionand filling all reqd. details like doc. no., series group, excise group.... etc....
and move fwd... there is one tab at upper level........
GET EXCISE INVOICE....
when we click on it.... excise inv. list comes.....but in my scenario it is not displaying........
when we go on selection criteria......
no. of invoices to be displayed.........
NO DATA is available........
I request you........what are customising setting reqd... to get this data.......so dat we can get value for the latest GR.....

If there are any Excise Invoices posted against the Vendor it will show you Excise Invoices.

I think you can do it.But you have treat this as stock transfer purchase order and you have to do the billing through the SD module. For details you can check with MM Forum.

Completed a project in iMovie which is 41 minutes long (2 GB) . When I attempt to create a iDVD disk(via clicking on share) ,I am advised that an error occurred because the project is too long. Have made other movies/created disks that are longer than 41

Have completed a project in project library that is 41 minutes long ( 2.1 GB ) . When I click share and attempt to create an iDVD disk , an error notice appears claiming the new project is too long. Have created other iMovie/DVD disks in the past which were longer than 41 minutes. What corrections do I need to make to ensure I can create a DVD disk for this 41 minute ( 2 GB ) project... I am using a 17 MacBook pro for this project.

PS - have found other posts indicating that clips smaller than 2s or sometimes 5s, or "short files" can cause this. Modern style editing often uses short takes ! Good grief I cannot believe Apple. Well I deleted a half a dozen short sections and can export, but now of course the video is a ruined piiece of junk and I need to re-do the whole thing, the sound etc. which is basically taking as much time as the original. And each time I re-do it I risk again this lovely error -50 and again trying to figure out what thing bugs it via trial and error instead of a REASONABLE ERROR MESSAGE POINTING TO THE CLIP IT CAN'T PROCESS. What a mess. I HATE this iMovie application - full of BUGS BUGS BUGS which Apple will not fix obviously, since I had this product for a few years and see just hundreds of hits on Google about this error with disappointed users. Such junk I cannot believe I paid money for it and Apple does not support it with fixes !!!
If anyone knows of a GOOD reasonably priced video editing program NOT from APPLE I am still looking for suggestions. I want to do more video in future, but obviously NOT with iMovie !!!

while creating other mov excise invoice through J1IS with reference to ohter doc (Debit memo Doc)
if user enter wrong doc no system allowing to create invoice.
is there any exit to check the correct doc no enterd by user and which can exist in table VBRK - VBRP.

Hi,
When we do Park documents, we can change the document date and posting date. But the posting date is derived from Posting period variant. Once we saved the parked document. the document is created with number range. later when we do changes SAP will not allow to change posting date.
we can do delete parked documents as well. If you want to change the posing date in the posted document, reverse the posted document and re create again.

Excise rate for other movements

i have created a script for the other movement of goods. And the excise department enters excise rate of 3 % for some vendor and 2 % for some
They like to have 3% rate split up into 2% and 1%(i.e. cess and sec.hr cess) and for the 2% rate they need just 2%(i.e cess only) and 1 % to be displayed as 0.
They havent done the split up in the table,they like it to be done manually.
my query is that how split those one.

check table entries for JEXC in table TNAPR.
SO then u will come to know which one u have to select.

Error in Posting of Vendore Excise Inv.

Hi,
I have been facing one error while posing of Vendor Excise Inv. against incoming materials using T.Code: J1IEX.
When I try to post Excise Inv. against 'Vendor Excise Inv. / Internal Excise Inv.' I am getting Error msg "All Part I entries have been canceled for excise invoice 28 2010". (Where 28 is Vendor Excise Inv. & 2010 is Excise Year.)
As per the Error msg. I checked GR but it is not canceled.
Can any one guide me why I am getting this error msg. ?

Please let me know for which type of sales, you are trying to create excise invoice whether for domestic or for local.
For information, to maintain number ranges for excise invioces, you have to go to SNUM or SPRO and select any of the below objects required by you
- J_1IEXCEXP if it is for Exports
- J_1IEXCLOC if it is for Domestic
and select NUMBER RANGE on top. It will ask for "Series Group". Give the respective plant's series group and click "Change intervals".
Now give some value in the field "No" followed by year and number range and save.

No standard Tcode is there.
To achieve this requirement, you need to use SQVI where you have to Table Join the following tables.
- J_1IEXCHDR:::Fields EXNUM (for Excise Ref) & RDOC (for Billing reference)
- VBRK:::::::::::::Fields VBELN (for billing document reference)
Once you generate this report, you have to compare Fields VBELN with RDOC after converting the report into an excel file where you can apply vlookup. Wherever the RDOC is not flowing against VBELN, you can conclude that for those VBELN docs, excise invoice has not been created.

How can I load an external SWF into a movie clip that's inside other movie clip?

Hi.
I creating my first flash (actionscript 3.0) website but I'm
stuck with a visual effect I want to create.
I have a window on my website called contentWindow. Every
time you click a button this window is supposed to leave the stage,
load the requested content and return to the stage.
The sliding window is a movie clip with 83 frames, 21 to
enter the stage, 21 to leave the stage again, 20 for nothing (its
just to simulate the loading time) and 21 to return to the stage.
Now my goal is, when the user clicks on a navigation button,
the window exits the stage, loads an external SWF with the content,
and then returns to the stage.
I've the "window" movie clip with an instance name of
"contentWindow". Inside there is another movie clip with an
instance name of "contentLoader". The content that the user
requested should appear inside the "contentLoader".
Now, when the contentWindow leaves the stage, I get this
error message:

If I switch
"contentWindow.contentLoader.addChild(navLoader);" for
"contentWindow.addChild(navLoader);" it works fine, but the

And I am just wondering if the following might help you, in your
communication with the said swf file:

Not the best example, but this allows you to target a mc
within an external swf file. I think if you look up this code, you
will have an answer ;)

How to view Slideshows/Movies created in my Mac-Mini´s iPhoto, on iPad 3

Slideshows I have in iPhoto on my mac-mini, do not show up in the iPhoto on my iPad 3 (Just Photos, Events & Albums).
How do I get the slideshows (Saved with music in Mac-iPhoto), to show in my iPad´s iPhoto?
Do I need another app for this?
By the way, the same applies to the iMovie on my iPad (Do I need to import the movies/Slideshows
from iPhoto (Mac) into iMovie (Mac) to be able to see them on my iPad?
All I want to do is view Slideshows/Movies created in my Mac-Mini´s iPhoto,
on my New iPad (In iPhoto or iMovie if possible).

Sadly it is so.
Don't know why Apple didn't include slideshows into the iPhoto for iPads!
Solved the problem with Phtosync & Sugarsync Apps.
Another super apps for transfering Movies/Slideshows to your iPod, is VLCstreamer.
You can even watch movies that are on your Mac or extension drives via WiFi , streamed to the iPad
without even having to upload them to the pad (Which you can do also !).

I'm sorry you've lost files, but when you set up an account as Guest, there's a message that clearly states "When a guest user logs out, all information and files in the guest account's home folder are deleted". If you want an account where files are retained, you should create an Admin or Standard type.
You will need to use data recovery techniques to see if your file can be recovered. The more that you use your computer, the greater the risk that the file will be overwritten. You can contact a professional data recovery service such as DriveSavers (which will be expensive, but you can judge the value of the file) or try something like Data Rescue. The latter has a demo which you can install to determine if your file can be recovered, and then, on purchase, you can actually recover the file.

For cancellation of excise inv i have cancelled the migo document, but still the system is not allowing to cancel the excise inv. I have tried both options cancel & post in J1IEX, but the system is throwing error " excise inv has already been posted to vendor".Pls suggest...

Check weather Invoice has been made for the Vendor if so cancel that Invoice & then cancel the Excise invoice.
