J2EE server will not start

Question

Hello all,
An attempt was made to start an ECC 6.0 box (with J2EE and ABAP stacks). The ABAP portion starts fine (as one can log into it) but the J2EE portion has failed. Below are files that were gathered. It looks like it is due to a UME error.
