J4500 all in one printer XPS Series (Operating Sytem Vista)

Question

Each time I try to print a blank page comes out. I was able to print the night before with no problems. I thought maybe it was the ink, but wouldn't the ink on the pages printed the night before start to become dim (like it was running out of ink). Any advice would be helpful!

Hi kellenrus,
First thing to do to resolved the issue is to get rid away of the HP Officejet J4500 Series (XPS) driver!
To delete this driver...
Click on START button >==>Then, go to Control Panel>==>Printers or Hardware and Sound below click on Printers
Then, Delete the printer icon for the HP Officejet J4500 Series (XPS), this would change a new default printer, so just click OK.
After deleting the icon, right click on the WHITE SPACE and select Run as Administrator  >==> then select, Server Properties, it will going to open the Server Properties window.
Click on Drivers tab, it will going to show you the listing of different drivers, highlight the HP Officejet J4500 Series (XPS), then click on the Remove button. Then select the Driver only option, don't select the software package.
Then the HP Officejet J4500 Series (XPS), will be removed on your computer.
After removing it, we will going to click on Add a printer 
>==>then select the USB/Local connection
>==>select the ports on the drop down to USB001(Virtual printer port)
>==> then reinsert the CD for the HP Software>==>Click on Have disk button>==>then, select the drive where CD is inserted,usually you get an entry like A:\, just change that to D:\ if your CD is in the drive D.,then hit OK,
>==>Select for the printer driver which is HP Officejet J4500 Series , this time there will be no XPS on it!, then click Next.
>>then Click Next until your reach to Finish, you may print a test page to verify if it is printing.
