Jaadu VNC seems to have changed my account from administrator to a regular
Just installed Jaadu VNC for the iPhone. To connect you need to install two apps that you download from the jaaduvnc.com website. I did that and all seemed to work fine...untill I discovered that somewhere during that process my account got changed from an administrator account into a regular account.
Basically, what this means is that I have no longer access to any system preferences on my MacBook Pro. I certainly did not change any passwords or account settings.
Anybody have had similar experiences? What can I do?

Do you have more than one user account on your Mac?

I changed the password in my windows live e-mail account. My iphone now recieves but will no longer send e-mails. I have deleted the account from the iPhone - reinstalled it and verified the password is correct. I recieve a message that "Cannot Send Mail" "the user name or password ... is incorrect. Any advice ?

I seem to have 2 iCloud accounts with different names - a free storage that came with my MacBook and one I used when I bought some iCloud space. How can I cancel the free account? Because of this I can't access iMatch and the ICloud account I paid for on my MacBook
Any ideas cos its frustrating that I can't access something I paid for!Sign out of the account you do not wish to use, sign into the one that you do wish to use.

When I look at my contacts on my iMac I seem to have 2 iCloud accounts. One has all my contacts on and the other only has about 10. When I enter new details on my iPad or iPhone it only backs up to the shortened iCloud account

Copy the contacts to the iCloud account that you are using on your iPad, if this is a secondary account on your Mac you should sign out and back in as your primary iCloud account (after copying the contacts) then remove the account you are no longer using. -

If your second account is actually an iCloud account with data in it, as opposed to a login for iTunes, iTunes in the Cloud and iTunes Match (which isn't actually anything to do with iCloud itself) you can sign in with it in System Preferences>Mail, Contacts and Calendars and its data will appear alongside the main account. (You can't use PhotoStream and a few other facilities with this secondary account, and you don't get 'push' email, only checking at intervals).
If the second ID is in fact only for iTunes just go on as you are: there is no conflict about doing this and you won't even notice as Keychain will log you in with the correct ID in each case. It's also better security not to have your iTunes login also your email address, given the number of complaints about hacked iTunes accounts. -
we have an apple ID that was set up in my wife's name. The kids have changed the account details and no-one can remember the password. They have also changed the account data and none of our birthdays are recognised by apple. We have no way of re-setting the account. The secondary email address we used when setting up the account is no longer accessible so even this option doesnt work..
What can we do as we have a large amount of purchased music on this account???1. Don't confuse "Apple ID" with iTunes Account ID. You can have many Apple IDs but only one iTunes account active at a time.
2. If you "changed" your iTunes account ID, you actually have 2 accounts - one under the old name plus the new name.
3. You can't merge the accounts - they remain separate. Apps purcahsed under the old account name will update ONLY WHEN THE PHONE IS SIGNED IN TO THE OLD ACCOUNT NAME and visa versa.
4. Likewise, you can sync only the apps, music, media purchased under the account the phone AND iTunes are signed in to. -
I decided to change my apple id on my iphone 5 to have a seperate account from the other people in my family. I changed all of the settings to the new id and I can't sync new apps or music to my phone and apps on my phone will not sync to my computer. Please help!!!
If you didn't already do so, authorize your computer for the new ID by opening iTunes and going to Store>Authorize This Computer. Then sync your phone with iTunes.

What is the default key command for THE COMMAND (apple) key? I seem to have changed it somehow along the way and now when I push the command key (only) it hides all open windows and shows the desk top and when I push it again it shows all windows again...I need to return to default A.S.A.P. just this one key...Any ideas? I have changed my account to SIM only and when I put my new SIM Card into my iPhone 4 it just says 'no service' in the top left corner, also iMessage has stopped working too. I can only use my phone on my WiFi at the moment, does anyone have any idea?
I already have, I contacted Orange yesterday and they said I will receive a text to confirm the registrastion for my new SIM Card, they said the text would arrive between 2 and 24 hours and its been over 24 hours with no text recieved

I am new to apple software having worked with microsoft all these years. The switch was mainly for my photographs. Iphotos seemed to have changed all digital albums from jpeg to tiff format hence the very small resolution. Can anyone out there please help me recover these photos to origianal format???

No disrespect intended but until you learn how iPhoto and Macs work you will continue to be confused and frustrated.
You say you want to create a book in iPhoto and have it printed by Apple, right. Have you finished creating the book in iPhoto? If so the Control (right) - click in the View all pages window background and select Save Book as PDF in the contextual menu?
Open the the PDF file with Preview and check for any errors or problems. If there are none you can order the book by clicking oin the Buy Book button at the bottom. Save the pdf file to compare with the printed book when it arrives in you feel there's a problem with it. That's all you need to do. There's no use of the Finder required.

I just downloaded the new io6 to my iPad and I seem to have lost my account balance. Does anyone know where it went or how to retrieve it?
I was having the same issue and was looking googling for answers. I accidentally figured it out...click on the 'book' icon. It will display a reading and favorite list. Hit the top bar to the left..and all of a sudden the bookmarks are there.
I can't seem to set it back to give you the exact instructions but I am happy to have the bookmarks back. Hope that helps you! -

I cannot request a new password because you will send the email to my old address. Do I have to create a new account and if so will it affect any of my present Firefox settings?Retrieving the password is possible by using the email address used to register only.
any email change will request a confirmation by using the existing email account.
For any case it is not possible, your only option will be to enter the Setup Menu of the Printer,
Reset the Web Services, then enable it again by creating and using a new HP ePrint Center user account.

Seems I have a iCloud account on my iPad but not sure how I got it as I do not remember signing up for this feature. I got an e mail message saying I was running out for space on my iCloud and was given directions on how to find it on my iPad. I followed the directions but there was no iClound anywhere in my iPad settings.
Any help in figuring this out would be appreciated.If your iPad is running iOS 5 or higher, iCloud would be listed in Settings. If you are signed into an iCloud account your iCloud ID would be listed in Settings>iCloud.

After migrated to sp2013 library icon still use from 2007.
I've migrated SharePoint from 2007 to 2013 (2007 -> 2010 -> 2013) with database attached method. After upgrade I found that the library and list application icon are still 2007 image. How can I change or upgrade all functional to 2013? Please help.
