Jabber 9.2.6 not showing on call status

We have over 400 users on Jabber, and some users do not show status "on call" when on a call
Any solutions?

Is this on-premise IM&P or SaaS WebEx Messenger for a backend?
For on-premise this is done server-side between CUCM and the IM&P cluster. For this to work the end user must be associated to the line appearance of the DN on the device making the call, not the End User Configuration page. Has this been done on that specific line appearance? If yes, does CUCM send the SIP PUBLISH event for that call? You'll need the SDI traces for this. If yes, does the SIP Proxy on CUP receive the event and turn it into an event for the Enterprise Presence Engine?
As you can see this quickly turns into a log review session. Honestly though, it's almost always a misconfiguration in CUCM causing this.

My iPhone 5, periodically,will not show the call waiting number. It beeps but will not give me the option to swicth over or show me who is calling. The call doesn't appear in my "recents" either.

Workflow status column is not showing the internal status values (Inprogress, Started, Suspended, Completed)

I've created SPD 2013 workflow and deployed them onto that document library, This workflow execute on item update event. When updating library item, workflow triggered and completed successfully but workflow status column is not
showing the Internal Status values rather it is showing the Stage information. I've unchecked the "Automatically update stage name on workflow status" and republished the workflow. After that, it is still showing the stage information. Any help
is really appreciated.

It is by design that 2013 workflow will show stage name in the workflow status column when
Automatically update the workflow status to the current stage name is checked.
And the workflow status column will be blank when Automatically update the workflow status to the current stage name is unchecked.
For existing workflows, the workflow status will still exists with the previous values after unchecking Automatically update the workflow status to the current stage name.
We can use Set Workflow Status action to update the workflow status value based on our needs.

Contact name not showing in call/sms log even when I call/sms from my address book.

Two things have changed on my phone recently.
1. I ran the latest update 4.3.2
2. My phone was not showing all the contacts in my address book that is in my Mobile Me account. Mobile me had 166 contacts. The iPhone 4 had 136. I I unchecked the syncing of my contacts on my phone. This removed all the contacts from my phone. Then I check the syncing options again. All 166 appeared on the phone.
I'm not sure which of the two caused the issue but now anytime someone who calls their name does not appear on the display or log, just their number. I can even call people from my address book and the display shows that I am calling them with their name and photo on display. However, in the call log the name does not show just their number. This applies for text messages. I send a message directly from within the contact card in the address book and in my text log it shows only the number and not the name.
I've turned the phone off and on a couple of times.
I would appreciate any advice.

In the end I reset my phone to factory settings. I created a back up of my address book and ical. Reset the phone and did a sync again. This fixed it all. I didn't need to use the backups but is was nice to know they were there. I felt entering the various passwords for all my installed apps was a much better deal than adding the international area code to the 166 contacts I have in my address book.

Not showing missed calls and dropping calls

I have had a Thunderbolt for several months now and I have had a problem with missed calls not showing up and voice mail showing up with missed calls, I have talked to tech and reported this and I received a refurbished phone and still have the same problem any know issues with this?

I apologize for the delayed response and its unfortunate you are still missing calls with the replacement device. Can you please advise if you have taken advantage of the newest Software Update? Additionally, are you advising that you don't receive a notification of a missed call and the only way you realize it is when you check your voicemail? I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Not showing recent calls, and privacy settings

Im so confused. All of a sudden, my iphone 4 is glitching. Here are the problems
1)its not showing my recent or missed calls at all, unless a voice mail is left
2) in the privacy settings, its not allowing me to allow apps access to my photos
3)my photo apps (including instagram) wont open
I tried doing a hard reset on the phone, and that didnt work. I also tried removing the apps and restoring them in itunes and that didnt work either.

Facetime not showing missed calls with 7.0.4

I bought my iPad 2 March 2012. I can't remember when, but just a few month after I bought it, the facetime doesn't show missed calls. There is not 'red badge' on Facetime' icon. I kind of 'fixed' it by restart the iPad (please note, I restart the iPad, not the facetime). The problem went away, but after a couple of days, it came back.
I installed 7.0.4 recently and hope it would fix the problem, but no luck. The Facetime still not showing the missed calls. However, there are behavior changes:
1. even though the 'red badge' doesn't show up, if I open facetime, there is a missed call log.
2.if I open Facetime and then push the home button, the 'red badge' with correct number of missed calls then shows up.
I took the iPad to the Apple Store for 2 times and they erased everything and re-install the iOs and even firmware from scratch. I didn't back it up from either icloud or my computer to avoid restoring the bugs back. It works fine at the beginning, but the next day, the problem came back again.
The technician at the Apple Store gave up and said I may have to wait for another iOs update....
Does anyone have the same problem?

Blackberry Curve 8330 - Does not show in call timer anymore?

Hi,
Either I am completely losing my mind, or this feature has disappeared. I used to be able to see, on the current call screen, a timer that showed the length of the current call. Now it does not show?
Any help would be appreciated!

I am having the exact same problem, with my Blackberry Curve - I was starting to think I was going crazy, because I am very certain that the current call time *used to* display on the screen, during the call. And now, it's not there anymore!
After checking all of the options settings in the phone and finding nothing to enable or disable this feature, I decided to call Verizon - who was clueless - they suggested that I restore my phone and re-install the OS. I've already checked the user guide, which has no mention of this feature (in either software version, v.4.2.2 or v.5.0)
** However, I will agree that this problem started when I had upgraded to v.5.0. **
I am also surprised that more folks have not taken notice of this - anyone out there with a solution please post it here!

Dynamic Portal Page does not show but called procedure behind it works

Hi I run into a bug that I try to solve unsuccessfully for 2,3 weeks. Here is the problem. I have portal dynamic page that execute a PL/SQL procedure to delete and insert data into a remote app table. When I compile and execute the procedure in Toad it does not give me any error or warning. But when I execute this procedure in my dynamic page the page does not show up but I check the results and data does delete and insert. So my procedure works behind the scene but the page does not display. As I look into detail of my code I found out that when I rem out the insert statement my page does show up and delete the data but when I put back the insert statement my page does not show up and data insert to the table. Here is my code structure of my procedure in plain words. I have a procedure that have a cursor for loop that
check if a certain condition exists if it is then it will delete data from the remote app table then insert a select statement data from 2 joins tables. Any one have run into similar situations like this and have any idea, please help. Thank you all.

JMS Bridges not showing the right status

I am using the weblogic 9.2 MP3 on production servers with around 300 managed servers in 7 clusters. There are around 1200 queues and 2500 JMS bridges connecting the queues to internal and external world.
The JMS bridges on my system doesn't reflect the right status. Sometimes, it shows INACTIVE/Failed status but still keep forwarding the messages.
Different bridge status and description that I can see:
Inactive     Stopped by the administrator.
Active     Forwarding messages.
Inactive     WARN: failed to connect to the target.
Active     Connected to the source.
Also,
I see lots of warnings in the logs as follows...

Having MDT display the wizard in case of a error (red/salmon) is by design.
Better to figure out which steps are failing in your task sequence and/or marking the failing steps with "Continue on error" in the Task Sequence Editor. That will suppress errors that are really warnings.

then i could see the ALV　whick i hope in screen 100.
If i create a custom control in screen 100, the size of the alv will be different across different computer,
is it possible to use CL_GUI_CONTAINER=>screen0 as cl_gui_splitter_container's attribute parent value???
and i find that there are 10 attributes named screen0 to screen9 in class CL_GUI_CONTAINER,will you tell me the usage of
these attributes?
now i only konw that ,you could set a containers parent value to be CL_GUI_CONTAINER=>screen0,which you do't have to create
a custom control in your screen ,and the alv will be shown in full screen.and what the other attributes use (screen1,screen2,screen3,screen4 and so on)
now i am confused with the problem,i am sure any words from you will give me help to this question!

I mean go to screen painter and place there CUSTOM_AREA (the icon with C letter). In program's PBO create CUSTOM_CONTAINER
module pbo output.
if custom_container is initial.
CREATE OBJECT custom_container
   EXPORTING container_name = 'CUSTOM_AREA'.\
endif.
endmodule.
Then you work only with CUSTOM_CONTAINER (i.e. as parent to SPLITTER_CONTAINER). Using subscreens here doens't really add the value, so you don't need any.
But how could i stretch the screen and this area to full screen?is it just gragging the screen to full screen and drag the subscreen or the custom control to full screen in screen painter?

IPhone 5 not showing received calls under Recent tab.

Currently using an iPhone 5 (iOS 6.0 on Sprint).
The issue that I am having is that the vast majority of recevied (incoming) calls are not staying on my call log under the recent tab. When I access the Recent tab under the Phone menu and select the All menu, I can see all of my placed and missed calls. However only about 1 out of every 10 or so calls that I answer stay listed on my recents tab.
This is making it difficult since I cannot go back and check numbers for clients that have called in to ask a quick question.
Anyone else experience this or have any suggestions ?

Products are not showing in Call list

I executed campaign with communication medium phone and generated call list.in campaign i massaigned product.But in generated call list i am not able to see the products which is maintained in campaign.
i think i missed some setting.can any one suggest how to bring products to call list through campaign execution

There are 2 points:
1. I have created a campaign for opportunity with products. Result - Opportunity created without products.
2. I understand that we cannot create campaign or campaign element to trigger Opportunity directly, but only allowed to cretae Lead, Sales order. Some of our experts confirmed the same In this forum.
In this case, as per point 1, I dont know how it allowed to create an oppt thru campaign.
Any thoughts.
