Jabber 9.6 Cannot Currently Add the Contacts

I'm running Jabber for Windows 9.6 with Jabber Cloud (formerly WebEx Connect). I have all my internal users in addition to a large number of external contacts including Cisco employees and some of my clients. Today I was adding 2 contacts at another client. The first contact was added without issue. When I tried to add the second contact, I received the error message:
"The system cannot currently add the contacts. Try again later or contact your system administrator."
We haven't changed anything on our end but every time I try to add this contact, I get this error.

Can you try clearing Jabber cache?
Close and exit out of Jabber (if still running)
Clear the Local Jabber cache. This data is found in the following two directories:
Win 7:
%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Cisco\Unified Communications\Jabber
%userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Cisco\Unified Communications\Jabber
Win XP:
%userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Cisco\Unified Communications\Jabber

What application are the contacts in on your laptop?

The application "Numbers" can't be opened. I have used numbers many times before and cannot currently open the application.

Unresponsive apps can be frustrating. After reviewing your post, I have located an article that can help in this situation. It contains a number of troubleshooting steps and helpful advice concerning app issues:

I cannot open/use the contacts App on my Ipad.

I can no longer use theContacts App on my Ipad. The Contacts App close immediately I try to open it. The Mail, Contacts settings do the same. I can also no longer sync the contact on my laptop with the contacts app on the Ipad. I get an error message indicating that the contacts app on the Ipad is busy and must be closed before it can be synced.
Please how do I resolve this problem.

My iMac with Mavericks update does not recognize my brother printer and I cannot even add the printer info in the system preferences printer list. What is WRONG?

I had to buy a new printer when I got my Imac and I chose the Brother multifunction inkjet MFCJ470DW. It worked fine when my Mavericks version was 10.9.1, but after the automatic update to 10.9.2 the computer no longer recognizes the brother, or says it isn't connected, and when I deleted it from printer preferences and attempted to re-enter it as default printer, I cannot even type anything into the list of printers when I press the + sign to add. What am I doing wrong? Can someone please tell me even how to add text into the printer preferences list?

I had some of the same issues your having, deleted the printer from Printer and Scanner in System Preference.
What I ended up doing was connecting the printer with a USB cable like it was a new set up, down loaded the drivers from Apple, still did not seem to work, but did a coupel of restarts and the printer was found then I completed the set up.

After you set up the account, you have to select the items that you want to sync so go to Settings>Mail, contacts, calendars and tap the MSN email account. In the next screen you should be able to select Mail, Contacts, Calendars and Reminders and you can choose how many days back to sync email.

I am not able to do the steps that is mentioned about contact syncing off... Any help on getting little more detailed steps.
I want to sync up my MS Exchange contacts with iCloud contacts. Also I would like to then create Group in my contact list as I would like to then foward my mails to Group contacts directly.
For SMS, I am able to find several Apps which I have downloaded but for forwarding one email to few contacts as group is what I am not able to do.

I too am frustrated with that. I've come up with a little work around that works for me though so see what you guys think.
I most often run into this right after I have spoken to a prospect about Windsurfing gear and so I immediately want to put them into my Windsurfing gear prospects. I would do this by adding them as a contact and putting windsurf as the company in the contact so that when I got back to my desktop I would do a search for windsurf and add the contacts from that day to the Windsurf group.
Today I discovered, if you go into the specific group, you can click the plus sign at the top right and add a new contact right into that group. Unfortunately you cannot grab their number from recent calls, BUT, you can go to recent calls once you have made this new contact in whatever group you wanted to create it in and click add to existing contact and voila, there ya go.
It could be easier for sure but this works while on the go.

Open the log and the specific number-> options-> save to contacts

How to add a contact in the latest Skype?

How do i add a contact in skype if i only have skype identity/name?
When i click on add contact then i get a window which asking for email, phone etc to add the contact.BUT i DONT have email for the friend , i just have his skype user name/idendity with no kind of @ .

Is that other Organization is Federated with your Lync organization deployment?
Is that Edge deployed at you site? if so you can follow this link

Can I add a contact to the desktop of my iPhone 4s

Sometimes I'm in a hurry and need to reach a contact fast. Siri is sometimes slow and often just doesn't work for me. If I could add the contact to the desktop?..opening screen? whatever it's called, It would be much faster.

Put the contact in the Favorites page in the phone. That way it is only a couple of clicks. I am not aware of there being a way to do this on the iPhone.

How do I get to the contacts manager on VZW web site? I last used it months ago but it doesn't work now.

A family member has an LG Revere flip phone, and when we need to add several or remove several contacts, it USED to be easier to go into the contacts management page on the VZW web site, but when I went to look tonight, it kept showing the Backup Assistant information for the wrong phone, and ONLY showing me the (nonexistent) contacts for that other phone. The Revere is the only non-smartphone on the account, so it's the only phone I have ever wanted to use the backup assistant and online contacts manager for.
Now that I think of it, tonight it was also asking me to agree to use the Backup Assistant, which I thought was strange because (as I said) we were already using it for that one phone but not the others. But when i agreed it showed me the (default -- generic Verizon) contacts for MY phone, not the one I was looking for. When I have tried several different ways to get to the other phone information, I have been seeing more and more website errors.
I guess there was a glitch somewhere... I will try again but I'm putting this out there in case someone has an answer.

I have tried clicking all around and I cannot get to the contact manager at all anymore. Now when I click to it I go to My Verizon Online Sign In - Verizon Wireless (not sure if that link works here) and the web site says:

How do I merge a contacts archive with the contacts on my mac?

I have a Mac Mini. I have my own Contacts in Version 8.0 (1371.2). I want to add Contacts that I received from someone else in the form of a Contacts Archive (.abbu) to my existing contacts. When I do this:
Import contacts from an archive file
Importing an archive file replaces your current contact information.
Choose File > Import.
Select the archive file, then click Open.
I receive the message that I asks me if I want to REPLACE my contacts, but no option to MERGE or ADD the contacts.
Any suggestions for giving me access to the archive file without messing up the contacts on my Mac?

Connect your iPad to your MacBook Pro and start Image Capture. You can select the videos in Image Capture and choose where on your laptop you want to copy them too. You can then write then to a CD from your laptop.
For images and videos taken with your iPad your computer will recognize the iPad as a camera.
