What do you mean get password so no one can make or take drives from laptop? This is confusing as to what your saying or asking?
Passwords if you don't write it down or remember how it was written will be good or bad for you if you forget it. So don't just think it will lock others out - you can also lock yourself out as well. Rather you should keep your laptop in a safe place where you have access to it and no one else and only put password on it when you travel or if another members wants to use it you password block the Admin/Main user but make them a Limited user account that way they have no access to your important files.

If you are not able to receive a rescue email to reset your security questions and password:
You'll need to contact iTunes Store support to have your questions and answers reset.

After your password, security questions and answers are reset, I'd recommend providing a new rescue email address:
You can edit or delete your rescue email address at My Apple ID. To edit your rescue email address:

Click Password & Security
You'll be asked to answer 2 of your 3 security questions before you can make any modifications. If you are unable to remember your answers, you can choose to send an email to your rescue email to reset your security questions.

since upgrading ios 6.0, my updates are tied to an account I haven't used for a long time. I tried to change the password, but if Apple is sending me the password change message it is going to an email account I no longer access. You can call tech support at 1-800-APL-CARE, if you can verify your identity with info such as the credit card on file for your account, you product serial number, you might be able to talk to account security and have a password reset done by them. Once that is done, then you can edit your account and add a valid email address.

What you would do is create a Master slide then save your designs as a Theme
View > edit Master Slides
select the blank slide and add your content
File > Save Theme

You can also create an ABAP program which can be used to do a mass user password change.
Here are the functions that will do what you need
SUSR_GENERATE_PASSWORD - Generates a Password. Use this function only if you want to do random passwords. Otherwise you can upload your own password.
BAPI_USER_CHANGE - You can use this BAPI to change just the password of a user
Here is an example of some abap code. There may be some syntax errors and possible other issues. I just typed this out and didnt check it. You upload a comma delimited file which is the username,password. If the password field is blank the program will generate its own. Hope this helps

You can't get it reset; if you could there would be no point in having it. If you have an encrypted backup there are two ways this could have happened:
You checked "Encrypt Backup" in iTunes at some time in the past, either intentionally or by accident
You have a corporate MS Exchange account and your Exchange administrator installed a security profile on your phone that requires the phone'a contents to be encrypted. This, in turn, requires the backup to be encrypted for obvious reasons.
In either case you were prompted for a password the first time you backed up after whichever of these happened. So think about what you might have entered for a password at that time. Fortunately you get an unlimited number of tries. Other threads on this subject have shown that it is always a password known to the user, so it wasn't something made up by iTunes. Usually when someone mentions "passowrd" in a posting it will not be related to an Adobe product but to the machine that you are trying to implement some installation or update for. If you explain more about what you are trying to do and describe what you encounter it might be easier to determine what you are dealing with... include a screenshot to help explain as well if you can.

Thanks Steve that did it on my iPad. It was the yahoo account. Im beginning to think that Yahoo is dangerous. It was the hacking of my Yahoo mail account that started these problems. My mail account on my mini still does not work. I posted the problem here and got real professional advice but to no avail it still doesnt work and I cant re-install the OS because Im in China and their Great firewall keeps the net too slow.

That password should be the one you used on the system *before* you do the upgrade.
If you got the computer used from someone else, you need to get in touch with them and get the password.
