Java error Message when importing xml to FrameMaker 8

I have reconstructed a workstation, and am attempting to flow an xml file into a FrameMaker 8 template. When I attempt to do this I get the following error message:
Failed reading value of registry key
Software\JavaSoft\Java Runtime Environment\Current Version
Error: could not find java.dll
Error: Could not find Java 2 Runtime Environment
The xml file is being imported by selecting it through a menu choice added internally through the Main Menu bar.
Java 6 Update 3 is the version being used.
I can successfully flow this file through my computer.
Any ideas what might be causing the error message and how it can be fixed?

Yes. I believe that there is an internal plug-in installed / script programming active that does something which requires Java.
You could look up the definition of the Structured Application which is used for those XML files to check if a "structure client" is defined.
But it has nothing to do with FrameMaker as shipped by Adobe.

Based on the error message” Could not allocate a new page for database REPORTING' because of insufficient disk space in filegroup 'PRIMARY'. Create the necessary space by dropping objects in the filegroup, adding additional files to the filegroup, or setting
autogrowth on for existing files in the filegroup”, we can know that the issue is caused by the there is no sufficient disk space in filegroup 'PRIMARY' for the ‘REPORTING’ database.
To fix this issue, we can add additional files to the filegroup by add a new file to the PRIMARY filegroup on Files page, or setting Autogrowth on for existing files in the filegroup to increase the necessary space.

Well I solved my problem.
What still doesn't make sense though is that dragging iTune audio files directly on to the iTunes application icon gave me the error message... which is why I originally discounted it as being a potential link problem. If I had been able to get files to open normally (i.e. without an error message) I would have known it was a simple link problem. Strange.
Anyway... relinking my folder of audio files did the trick.
If you don't already know how here are the steps...
iTunes > Preferences > Advanced > click on the "Change" button and browse to the folder that contains all of your iTunes audio files... that's it.

Error message when importing CD's into iTunes.

I've just started getting an error message when importing audio CD's into itunes. +"Error occured while converting the file "........". The disk could not be read from or written to."+ I've been importing CDs for years now and this just started happening last night. The disk image shows up on the desktop, itunes opens and recognizes the disk and searches the database and finds the artist/track names/album etc. Then when I click the import button, I get this message. If I click on the disk image in the desktop and click on a specific file it will play through iTunes. No new changes except for maybe downloading the latest iTunes update. Any suggestions? Iron-Mike, MP3 and AAC were both invented well after CD audio and both algorithms are well aware of CD format. Don't worry I've sorted it! I just had to turn off Reminders as well in iCloud. Calendar then worked fine, even when I turned Calendar and Reminders back on.

Get an error message when importing from iPhoto says, "There is not enough free space on your Aperture Library volume to import the selected items. It is estimated that you need at least 44GB of free space."

I get an error message when importing from iPhoto that says, "There is not enough free space on your Aperture Library volume to import the selected items. It is estimated that you need at least 44GB of free space." the drive is empty, I just reformatted it to Mac OSX journaled.

I'm guessing this is an extrenal drive, correct? If so make sure the library you're importimng into is really located on the external drive. By default Aperture creates its library in your home pictures folder.

Error Message When Importing Bookmarks From A Network Share

An error message is generated whenever I try to import bookmarks.html from a network share on kubuntu. This same operation is sucessful on the windows version of firefox.
To replicate:
The bookmarks.html is created by Firefox 3.68 on windows 7. And is saved to a network share location. When trying to import this file into firefox 3.6.8 on my kubuntu 10.04 machine, I get the error message/window titled: remote files not accepted. The message states: You can only select local files.
If I copy bookmarks.html local to the kubuntu machine, it imports without error.
On windows, I can import bookmarks.html from the network share without error.
Does anyone know why I can't import across the network on the kubuntu version?

It appears to be any remote file, not just the bookmarks file. When trying to upload a file to a website, firefox threw up the same error:
error message/window titled: remote files not accepted. The message states: You can only select local files.
So what is it about files that are sitting on a server, firefox and kubuntu that causes this? I don't get the error message when using win7 on the same files.

Hi all Thanks for the rapid response. However I have sort of found the problem but not the solution. I tried loading direct from the card but that failed in the same way. So I had a think what had changed and it was only one thing. It has always worked before because I was using my XP desktop machine. I am now using a W7 laptop. So I went back to XP and hey presto, it worked. SO what does that mean? Any ideas?? Only obvious difference is the OS. In answer to why I am loading from Photoshop. I have loaded 150 video clips from the card from a compact camera.( Been on safari!) I am using PS to sort and tag for various things, then send one group to PE . I ended up that route because they loaded into PS and not PE. So in summary:- I cannot load either directly from card or via PS, video clips into PE on W7, but I can on XP. I can load same into PS and view OK in PS on W7. In case you need further info, but I suspect its a windows issue? OS=W7, PE V7, PSV7, On the W7 PC it says... BIT rate=705kps!,Sample Rate=44khz,Channel count =1 Says image is avi but I thought it was mpeg Nothing else running Its a big fast empty machine, you could have the numbers if you really want but I don't think its relevant Sorry its abit long . Java Error Message When Using an instance of OracleXMLSave

Hi,
I am trying to use the XDK XML-SQL utility to insert data from an xml file into a table.
I am using eclipse and imported the following jar files into the java build path from jdeveloper
xml.jar
xmlmesg.jar
xsu12.jar
When I try to run my test program I get the following error message:
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: oracle/xdb/XMLType
at this line in the program:
OracleXMLSave sav = new OracleXMLSave(conn, "EDG_EPC.EMP_PRACTICE");
What could I be doing wrong? Do I need to import more libraries. If so where are they located in jdev? Additionally, does the table need to be of XMLType??? I thought the XDK would work for inserting into regular tables.

Getting Error Message when importing iTunes Music to iMovie 6?

Am I missing something? I used to be able to import my iTunes music to a movie creation in iMovie 6. I'm now getting an error message "Error during import. The file could not be imported: The file could not be found."
I have moved my music to an external drive - don't know if that made a difference.

Interesting...I have moved my iTunes music onto the external drive probably six months ago. That music still works off the external via iTunes. I just looked in iTunes and my preferences are showing my local drive to store music. And recent music that I have purchased (last few months) is showing in the local drive. When I picked one of the songs from the local it works.
So now I guess the question is what will happen if I move the music from the local to the external and reset the preferences in iTunes. It should work right?

Hello, I get the following pre execute error message(see below) when I try to import a table from Excel when using the wizard. I wrote my own code in the edit window. i noticed after writing it that the data types did not appear changed in the mappings window.

Error message when importing songs

Hi. I get an error message - unknown error occurred while converting ... Ox77686174 etc - when I try to import songs from CD to itunes. It might happen with one song or with a whole CD. Very frustrating!! Also some songs do not import properly, eg, only get 30 secs or miss first secs of song. Any ideas. Thanks

Java error message when trying to use browser locks phone

I have a Bold 9650 and when I go to the internet, I get an error message that says, "Uncaughtexception:java.lang.illegalArgumentException"
It won't go away from the screen when I click on OK. I can say OK over and over until about 15-30 minutes later when it finally decides to unlock.

In the past this issue was caused by the Yahoo Messenger application. Try this:
1]First delete the application (i.e yahoo messenger). After doing this, you will be asked to reboot and allow it to happen.
2] Once rebooting is done, go to Options > advanced options > applications and then menu > Modules.
3] Scroll down and to the bottom of the modules list, you would be able to see a net_rim_yahoo_messenger module. Remove that also.
4] Again you will be asked to reboot and allow it.
5] Now, install Yahoo Messenger once again.
