If that isn't the case, you should take a look at the Knowledge Base article [[How to set the home page]]. Your homepage might have been changed by a particular site. Sites like MSN, Yahoo, etc have been know to ask to become your homepage.
There are steps in that article to reset your homepage preferences to default. I would try that first to clear out any strangeness. If that works, you can try setting your homepage again to your personal preference.

I guess he/she open Notes in Gmail settings. This archives (one way sync) notes in gmail account under notes label that is invisible if you are using the standard gmail setup on your iPhone. You can see it on desktop browser, Safari or gmail app in iDevice. Am I wrong?

At launch Firefox updater keeps asking permission to update, how do I permanently stop that?

In the past when I've updated Firefox it has made my add-ons stop working, however I've never had any virus problem as I have other programs to handle that. So for me, updating Firefox is more of an inconvenience than a benefit (not to mention changes in layout that I'm used to and stuff like that). I do not want to update, and I've gone into the settings and turned the Update settings to never. Yet, every time I open Firefox I get a popup first from Windows telling me that Firefox updater wants permission to update Firefox. It's annoying, to the point that I'm going to switch over to Chrome if there's no way to solve this, but I'd prefer not to as I've always liked Firefox.
How do I tell Firefox Updater once and for all that I do not want to update and do not want to be asked about it ever again?

Just for the record, the two security updates released in the past few days were due to vulnerabilities exposed at "Pwn2Own", an annual hacking event.
I actually don't understand why you are getting those prompts from Windows. It sounds as though the update was already downloaded and staged before you started Firefox up again. I vaguely recall reading some threads a year or two back about clearing out a downloaded update but the details elude me.
Unrelated: Your More System Details shows you have a an optional user.js settings file. If you did not create this file yourself, it may contain settings added by other software that override your previous session preferences at startup. You may want to investigate. Java keeps asking me to update

Hi here is my computer info.
Every time I turn on my computer, and about 5 times a day Java sends me this update warning.
It doesnt matter how many times i install java from this window by hitting more info, or by going to the website and downloading the newest version of java it shows this window. I thought it would stop after I updated OSX to 10.10.3 but it hasnt. Someone please tell me how to get ride of this.

TB keeps asking for pass word how do I stop it?

When I go to send an email a box pops up asking for my password. I type it in and it comes back saying try again or new pass word. I have to keep typing it in until it finally accepts it, some times three or four times. Master password has it right.

I do not want this as I deleate them after a couple of weeks or save them to a file on the computer

My Question is
WHY would I lose my email, only if someone that thinks! I'm smart takes them,or writes a program to do that
1) any I want, I save into a file on my comp, not in the email program
2) when I deleate at least once a week I delete the deleted files
I donot use the deleted folder as storage
ON my previous email I had it to empty the deleted folder on closing the program, more sence
3) This is a dusy about 10 or more yrs ago ! I compacted my email because my disk space was low, guess what! IT used up the space I had and locked my computer that I had to format the drive!!
SO in my opinion compacting does not save disk space! ITS B S
4) I have read that your compactor slowes down the email program
SO why is it in my face all the time

Why does iTunes keep turning itself on and how do I stop this annoying problem?

I am using an iMac running 10.6.8 and iTunes just randomly starts. Is there an easy fix to this? So far my solution has been to remove iTunes from my computer and reloading it. Same thing happens.

Check Dashboard to see if you have any iTunes-related widgets running. If so, close them and see if that makes a difference. Similarly, look for any third-party apps that may be related to iTunes, such as apps that copy "now playing" information to a web site.
Another possibility is external speakers, if you have them. Another user here found that a loose speaker connection may cause random launching and playing on iTunes. Try wiggling the speaker plug and see if that causes iTunes to launch. If so, unplugging and reconnecting the speakers may cure the problem. If not, you may have a defective speaker jack or an off-size plug on the speakers.
