Java process table empty after upgrade solution manager 7.1 Sp10

Hi Experts,
I have installed solution manager 7.1 SP3 and completed the SP10 patch upgrade using SUM tool. The upgrade was completed successfully. After upgrade igswd was red. Then i copied the Igs files in kernel files. Now ABAP instance and Igs is working now but JAVA is not coming up. JAVA process table also empty. Can any one help me to solve this issue. Attached the error for reference.

  • Business Process Blueprinting Tool (BPB) Publish Error - Solution Manager 7.1 SP10

    Hello SCN members!
    The company where I work recently implemented the SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SP10 and now we are trying to learn how to use the SAP Business Process Blueprinting (BPB) Tool to design all enterprise processes inside it.
    I followed all the steps of the official BPB installation guide and from another BPB discussion (http://scn.sap.com/thread/3258935) but the tool is not working properly. Some relevant points are:
    I can create and publish Business Scenarios but can’t do the same with Business Processes
    Business Scenario Created and Published:
    Business Process created but not published, returning a connection error:
    I don’t understand why the tool works for the Business Scenario level but not for the Business Process level. Could anyone help?

  • Where do I set the polling frequency for Technical monitoring in Solution Manager 7.1 SP10 ??

    Hi All,
    I am customizing my technical monitoring templates and would like to know :
    1. Where we can set the polling frequency for each metrics for triggering alerts through Technical monitoring in Solution Manager 7.1 SP10 ??
    2. Is it like each time our threshold is breached, it will send an alert irrespective of polling frequency ??
    I know the data collection interval time for each metrics in technical monitoring template but the as per my observation the polling frequency is different.
    Need your guidance.

  • RW_SERVER_JOB_QUEUE  table empty after running the report in 11g

    Hello,
    I set up Job StatusRepository in our environment ( Fusion Middleware 11.1.1.4 Win 2008 x32) as explained in Oracle Support note "How to Setup jobStatusRepository Feature in Reports 11g? [ID 858200.1]"
    The table RW_SERVER_JOB_QUEUE is always empty after running the report.
    I have checked another note "RW_SERVER_JOB_QUEUE table is empty [ID 1200613.1]" but the user who is running the report is the same as the user who " the user name where you run $ORACLE_HOME\reports\admin\sql\rw_server.sql script" so there is no grant problem to write to this table.
    Here is the excerpt of rwserver.conf file:
    <demo:jobStatusRepository class="oracle.reports.server.JobRepositoryDB">
    <demo:property value="csf:reports:repo" name="dbpassword"/>
    <demo:property value="blvdev" name="dbconn"/>
    <demo:property value="pdmain" name="dbuser"/>
    </demo:jobStatusRepository>
    I n log file there is an error:

    Have anybody had the same issue in 11g?
    Thanks,

    Here is the solution I found and I would like to share if anybody is interested :
    Check the following Oracle Support Notes:
    ALERT - After Applying Patchset 11.1.1.4, Fusion Middleware Control Inserts "demo:" Tags in Conf Files of Reports Server- ENVID Section Stops Working [ID 1298701.1]
         After applying patchset 11.1.1.4 to Reports Server, any configuration changes through Fusion Middleware Control inserts "demo:" tags in the beginning of each line in conf file of Report Server.
         The behaviour is described in the following bug :
         Bug:11784251 MBEAN BROWSER ADDS A DEMO TAG IN RWSERVER.CONF AT EACH LINE
    So you I removed all demo tags in rwserver.conf
    <jobStatusRepository class="oracle.reports.server.JobRepositoryDB">
    <property value="csf:reports:jobrepo" name="dbpassword"/>
    <property value="repteam.us.oracle.com" name="dbconn"/>
    <property value="jobrep11g" name="dbuser"/>
    </jobStatusRepository>
    Regarding : PKI-02002 error:
    Error PKI-02002: Unable to open the wallet. Check password When Starting a Reports Server [ID 1316651.1]
    Temporary file cannot be created in temporary directory.
    After checking the wallet I simply changed the following lines
         <variable id="TEMP" value="C:\Users\oracle\AppData\Local\Temp\2"/>
         <variable id="TMP" value="C:\Users\oracle\AppData\Local\Temp\2"/>

    because the folder C:\Users\oracle\AppData\Local\Temp\2 was not created.

    Hi,
    For info, we have the same problem.
    In our case, Solman run with a temporary key (hw change before upgrade).
    After install of new license key and restart the "Configuration" phase, we can go on with "Keep version"

  • How to change table defnition after upgrade from 9 to 10 ?

    after upgrade from 9 to 10, tables ddl still like 9i:
    .................PCTFREE 10 PCTUSED 40 INITRANS 1 MAXTRANS 255..........
    ................ inndex PCTFREE 10 INITRANS 2 MAXTRANS 255 COMPUTE STATISTICS..........
    Is there a method to convert it all tables to new 10g style without re-create thousands tables then emp/imp one by one?
    Thanks

    What do you mean by "10g style"? Do you want tables to be using ASSM? If that's the case, that's a feature of tablespace itself. So it means that your tables need to be in those tablespace which are having Segment Space management auto set in them.I don't think that there is any automatic package which can do the same on the fly.
    One way ,which may not be very less time consuming but still can help is to convert the segment space management using EM.But again,this does recreate teh tablespace so I don't think that this is any different from exp/imp.

  • Upgrading Solution Manager SP13

    Hi All,
    We have decided to upgrade the Solution Manager system 7.0 SP13 to SP17. The issue we are having is one of the sapdata2 mount is 96% full.
    But other sapdata mounts (sapdata1, sapdata3, sapdata4) are having sufficient space of around 20GB individually.
    If i start the SP upgrade at this stage will space issue in sapdata2 mount, create some issue ?
    We cant add more space for sapdata2 mount at this stage.
    Kindly advice
    OS is Solaris
    Database : Oracle 10.2
    Regards
    Naveen

    You can do this by 2 way.
    1. Loging to OS level & check.
    2.Goto tcode DB02>Current Sizes>Data files.
    This will show you all datafiles. Here check which the tablespaces which are inside sapdata2 folder
    Here check which are the tablespaces which are in sapdata2 & as said above analyze top tables & indexes.
    Hope this helps.
    Thanks,

  • Invalid data from serveral fact logical table sources after upgrade to 11g

    Hi,
    We have a situation after upgrade from 10g to 11g. Answers' querys works fine in 10g environment, but in 11g, generated SQL is not correct.
    Our example is something like that: we have orders fact table, customers and time dimensions. Customer have an hierarchy like: Customer Total -> Customer Country -> Customer Region -> Customer Detail (each level in one different physical table).
    Order's logical table source has two table sources. One sets to Customer Country level, second one Customer Region level, both with different WHERE clauses in Content tab inside LTS configuration. Both at same level of Time dimension.
    The issue is that, at dimension level, SQL is getting correct table to resolve Customer data (Customer Region level), but then, is getting the WHERE clause sets in LTS set to Customer Country level, so we are getting error data. Priority is the same to both LTS at fact table, sets to 0 (default).
    How to know the way Oracle BI Server takes one LTS instead of another one? It's supposed to take the LTS defined at the same granularity level... but is not correct this case.
    Thanks.

    Can you try one of these options:
    Try to set the priority group of lowest granular dimension to 1
    or disable the LTS that is getting the where clause and check if it works fine and then enable again.

  • Upgrade Solution Manager 4 to 7.1

    Hi all,
    Is it possible to have a direct upgrade from a solution manager 4 to 7.1? Or do i need to do other installation or upgrade before it is comparable for 7.1?
    Pls advise. Thanks
    Regard
    Gary

    Hello,
    Solution manager 4 is synonymous with Solution Manager 7.0
    The upgrade guide refere to the source system being
    SAP Solution Manager 7.0
    SAP Enhancement Package 1 for Solution Manager 7.0
    And the target system being SAP Solution Manager 7.1
    Therefore the answer is yes, you can upgrade from release 4.0/7.0 to 7.1
    Have you visited
