Java3D standard extension not deploying

Question

Hi I'm trying to use java within an applet. To get it working on machines without I'm using standard extensions deployment. The only problem is is that it's not deploying :(. I'm checked that the signed jar file is working and if I run it locally it will install the files. However whenever I try to run the applet I just gettting a error relating to the fact that the signed jar files haven't been installed, does anyone know why it might not be picking up the signed jar, here are the manifest files :

If you are using jdk1.4 when JCE is a standart extension.
Please show the message that compiler takes! I will say more exactly what's wrong.
