Your system details list doesn't show that the Shockwave Flash plugin is installed and enabled.
Did you check that in "Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Plugins"?

Have you got the NoScript add-on installed? That deals with turning on Javascript on a per site basis (it disables Javascript but you can enable it for chosen sites). If you have, then you'll need to change it so that either NoScript allows adobe.com or you can temporarily allow the site (right-click on the NoScript icon to change). Anyway, the NoScript website will have further help if this is the problem.
If you don't have this add-on installed, then we'll need to check whether a setting in about:config has changed. about:config is Firefox's advanced configuration tool (so be careful). Open a fresh tab, enter "about:config" (no quotes) into the address bar, click the warning button (there be dragons), then enter "javascript.enabled" (no quotes) into the search bar of about:config, which should find the relevant setting. If Javascript is running, then its value should be set to true. If it's set to false, then you'll need to double-click the entry (or right-click and select toggle) to set it to true to enable Javascript. -

Account disabled and cannot get it enabled again
I am running OS X Yosemite 10.10.2 and now have three accounts that all show "isDisabled=true" when running "sudo pwpolicy -u USERNAME --get-effective-policy". All three accounts have full admin rights. I was logged in via SSH using one of those accounts just prior to it getting disabled, so I was using it to try to re-enable the other accounts. I was using the command "sudo pwpolicy -u USERNAME -enableuser" as well as "sudo pwpolicy -a AUTHENTICATOR_ACCOUNT -u USERNAME -enableuser", but neither command worked. Now that all three accounts are showing "isDisabled=true" I cannot use sudo to make changes. Even worse, one of the three accounts that is locked is "root". We had set password policies using pwpolicy. The output of the different policy levels show:

Go to Settings>General>Reset and tap Erase All Content and Settings. This will erase your device. Then you will go through the setup screens again as you did when your device was new, and when given the option, select Restore from iCloud Backup.

You need to transfer the music from your iPod on to your iTunes library on your PC, since that is where you are currently syncing and where you are signed into iTunes Match. It doesn't matter that you were previously syncing it with a Mac, and you won't need to reinstall iTunes on your PC. But you will have to use 3rd party software such as Touch Copy to transfer any music not purchased from the iTunes store from your iPod to your iTunes library. Here's another guide on this, which is shoter and you may find easier to follow: Syncing to a "New" Computer or replacing a "crashed" Hard Drive. Also, if you're using iTunes 11, go to View>Show Sidebar. This will make it easier to follow along with these guides.

Since i got my iPhone 4S, Last year. it's the 8gb experminetal version. My phone's volume always appears. All the time. And since i got the iOS 8 yesterday. It got even worse, it won't get out anymore. I'm super mad. I don't know what's going on. Is it my case? But, i don't use a case anymore. It doesn't even lessen. And when i take pictures for like 10 seconds, i get like 50 photos. Without even clicking the button. This is a real problem for me Apple, and i need you to do something about it. I got Troubles too with iphone 4s with the new iOS 8, its unstable, apple said its for that model to but its not totally true, well few troubles disappear if you do this:
First you need to Sync your iphone like regular you do it, but check you could made a Saffety and restore back up manually in your computer.
then when this it's already done, disconnect your iphone, then restore your iphone as factory settings, beware! don't do this if you don't have your Saffety copy first!
when you restore your iphone as factory settings iTunes will ask you if this is a new phone or a previous phone, well, select previous iphone and select the back up copy you made, and let iTunes restore all, that fix a few issues in my phone, but the real problem its iOS 8 its not good for 4s. -

Try this first - I saw a recent post where a user with the same problem after an iOS update used his Apple ID password.
Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.) No data/files will be erased.

‘iPad is disabled’ fix without resetting using iTunes
Today I met my match with an iPad that had a passcode entered too many times, resulting in it displaying the message ‘iPad is disabled – Connect to iTunes’. This was a student iPad and since they use Notability for most of their work there was a chance that her files were not all backed up to the cloud. I really wanted to just re-activate the iPad instead of totally resetting it back to our default image.
I reached out to my PLN on Twitter and had some help from a few people through retweets and a couple of clarification tweets. I love that so many are willing to help out so quickly. Through this I also learned that I look like Lt. Riker from Star Trek (thanks @FillineMachine).
Through some trial and error (and a little sheer luck), I was able to reactivate the iPad without loosing any data. Note, this will only work on the computer it last synced with. Here’s how:
1. Configurator is useless in reactivating a locked iPad. You will only be able to completely reformat the iPad using Configurator. If that’s ok with you, go for it – otherwise don’t waste your time trying to figure it out.
2. Open iTunes with the iPad disconnected.
3. Connect the iPad to the computer and wait for it to show up in the devices section in iTunes.
4. Click on the iPad name when it appears and you will be given the option to restore a backup or setup as a new iPad (since it is locked).
5. Click ‘Setup as new iPad’ and then click restore.
6. The iPad will start backing up before it does the full restore and sync. CANCEL THE BACKUP IMMEDIATELY. You do this by clicking the small x in the status window in iTunes.
7. When the backup cancels, it immediately starts syncing – cancel this as well using the same small x in the iTunes status window.
8. The first stage in the restore process unlocks the iPad, you are basically just cancelling out the restore process as soon as it reactivates the iPad.
If done correctly, you will experience no data loss and the result will be a reactivated iPad. I have now tried this with about 5 iPads that were locked identically by students and each time it worked like a charm.
