You might want to check the following locations also :
2) Please locate the INSTALL NOTES ("install.htm") and RELEASE NOTES ("readme.htm") for Jdeveloper in the Jdeveloper home folder.
I strongly recommend you read them now -- or in the near future !! They have "known issues" documented there.
