JDI Configuration - Imports finished but nothing done

Hello,
I am importing the files SAP_JTECHS, SAP_BUILDT, and SAP-JEE as per track configuration steps. We are on NW04 SP15.
I started the imports, DEV and CONS system went OK (they were running a few minutes or so) but import into the TEST system failes although it says import finished (it ran for about one second)
I checked the Repository-import, CBS-make and SDM deploy logs.
This is what is in the log files:

Does anyone know why we get the results 'not needed'?

Hi,
The message says Import finished because the Test stage has no corresponding workspaces in DTR and buildspaces in CBS.
SDM deployment is not needed for these sca files for all stages.
Hence it is a success

How long has it been displaying the Apple logo? Does it have a progress bar underneath?
If you feel like it's been that way for too long, try putting the iPad in Recovery Mode:
Leave it plugged into the computer. Hold the home and power buttons at the same time until the screen goes black and the Apple logo reappears. At that point, release the power button but continue holding the home button until iTunes on your computer says "iTunes has detected a device in Recovery Mode." Then click "Restore" in iTunes.

Since Apple's last Update on 6 June 2014, I have been unable to Import photos from any source. I receive a message saying, Importing photos but nothing happens. When I click on Stop Import, nothing happens. I must press the On/Off button to exit iPhoto.

Since Apples last update on 6 June 2014, I have been unable to Import photos from ANY source. When I attempt to do so, I receive the message "Import Preparing to inmport..." I've waited 10 minutes but nothing happens. When I click on the icon, Stop Import, nothing happens. When I attempt to Close iPhoto i receive the message, "Photos are being imported to the photo library. Please wait for import to complete." When I click on OK, nothing happens. The only way I can exit iPhoto is to press the On/Off button.

After loading this file I was sucessful in importing photos from a web site, my camera memory card and a CD containing photos.
That is a good news. We now know, that iPhoto is working as expected, when you are switching to a different library.
But this is puzzling:
I then see a box with two Librarys listed, both have the same name except for the following and are listed as:
iPhoto Library.photolibrary but one has (default) after its name which is the one which is always displayed when I load iPhoto.
Underneath the box is written:
/Users/paulfkardian/Pictures/iPhoto Library.photolibrary
Underneath this are three boxes titled: Other Library Create New Choose
I highlighted the the File without the (default) after its name and clicked on Choose. A Library was loaded which had my photos (about 9,822) from about 7 months ago. Underneath the box is written diferently than the file always loaded and says:
/Users/paulfkardian/Pictures (original)/iPhoto Library.photolibrary
You are having two "Pictures" folders in your Home folder, Pictures and Pictures (original)? And each has a different iPhoto library - one working correctly, and one not? Do you remember, when this second "Pictures" folder has been created and what caused it? Did you restore your Home folder from a backup some time ago?

Itunes keeps on saying "sync finishing" but nothing is being synced when its done

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities!
First restart the computer and the iPhone, then try to sync again to see if that fixes the issue.

Try this out, connect your phone to the comptuer the same way you have been and click your phone in the iTunes sidebar and go to the Music tab at the top.

Uncheck the checkbox to sync your music then click Apply in the lower right corner of iTunes. When that process is finished, go back into iTunes and check the check box to sync your music, and click Apply again in the lower right.

My iPhoto says it's importing pics but I don't know what.

iPhoto says it's importing but I'm not sure what. What do I do?
I don't have anything plugged into the computer, it won't let me force quit it and it won't let me restart the computer. I'm not sure what else to try.

Either Force restart the computer by holding down the power button a long time after quitting all other applications.
Or launch a Terminal window (the Terminal.app is in the Utilites folder in Applications). Then copy and paste this command into the Terminal:
killall iPhoto
If that does not suffice, try
killall iPhoto -6
And if that still does not work, use the ultimate killer:
killall iPhoto -9

Ive downloaded itunes 12 times and it will finish but nothing will happen..

ive downlaoded itunes 7 12 times and it will finish downloading and nothing will happen...its no where to b found....i save it b4 i download it and that gets screwed up...i swear im goin to go outa my mind i have searched and searched for a answer and there jsut isnt one....please help me bc i dont c anyone else with this problem!!!!!

i'm having the same type of problem. I'm not sure mine is downloading though. It says it has downloaded, but if it did it was instant. As soon as I click on the download button it says it has finished downloading. I can't find it on my computer anywhere. If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it

My iPhoto seems to have frozen. Was importing photos went to the import selected, it tells me it's importing them but nothing is happening and I can't click on any buttons to stop the import. Any help would be great. Thanks

My iPhoto seems to have frozen, hooked my camera up to my MacBook selected the images I wanted imported and left the room for five minutes. When I came back it said it was still importing which I thought was funny as I was only importing 6 images. I tried to stop the import but the buttons are no longer highlighted and I can not shut down iphoto as it tells me it is still importing photos. Any help with this would be great as I have to get these photos uploaded for my assignment for school.

Did you OK the option to have the application delete the photos off the memory card? If not then just force quit iPhoto by typing Command+Option+Esc. Then select iPhoto to force quit.
If you did OK the option to delete the memory card I'm not sure if force quitting iPhoto will abort that function. You might try disconnecting the camera and then force quit iPhoto.
If you do find that the photos were deleted and are not in the library you can recover them from the memory stick with an application like MediaRECOVER. You can run it in demo mode to verify it can see and recover the photos on your card before you have to purchase it.

Import finished, but Photos crashes on launch every time

Every time I launch it, it'll sit for a few seconds and then crash. Here's the important bit:

Hi, my HDD went south, and I found the folder where the bookmarks are, I 'm trying to import it but nothing comes up, can you help?

Yesterday I installed the new HDD on my laptop and I installed the operating system and even downloaded Firefox and installed it. Since the old HDD in part is usable, I connected it by USB and I can see almost all of the files and folders, I went to my program files and searched and for the old Firefox program and thought I could copy/paste the old bookmark folder, and I did, to my disappointment when nothing showed up on it. What can I do to save all my bookmarks?

Importing .mov files - clips don't show up!

I'm pretty new to macs, I've been on PCs for my entire life. So bear with me! I've been following tutorials and searching everywhere but nothings working.
First, I created a video clip in PhotoBooth. I did this using my Macbook's internal camera. It was saved as movie1.mov
Then I went to iMovie and I created a new project. Then I went and imported movie1.mov from Photobooth. Well okay it says it imported it but NOTHING shows up! I can't see any sections of my video I just imported.
I've tried switching the views, switching EVERYTHING I can think of.
Why can't I see the clips?
If Photobooth doesn't work well what should I use then?
This is driving me CRAZZZY! Where is it??

I did figure out how to import from photo booth and its quite simple. All you have to do is drag the clip straight from photo booth into one of your events in iMovie.
You can use iMovie to record clips thought. For your purposes it would be easier. Here is how to do that...
1. Open iMovie
2. Click on the Camera Import Button (left hand side under the projects Library. Looks like a video camera)
3. A widow will pop up. Make sure you are set to use *Built-in iSight* (select using drop-down arrow in the left hand corner)
4. When you are ready press *Capture Button*. It will ask you what event to put your clips. You have the option of making a new one or adding the video to an existing one.
5. Once you select your event your video will be recorded. When you are done press the stop button
5. Once you are finished press the done button and the window will go away. From there you can find, edit and view your clips using the event library.
I hope this helps you. If you have any more questions about this or my instructions I'll be happy to help.

XMLImporter completes successfully but I don't see the personalization

I have created an OA Extension to add the charge account to the Notification Details page. I am now trying to export from source env. and import into target env. The extension part works fine but when I use XMLImporter to import the personalization (add charge account field to the page) the import completes but I don't see the field. Here are the export/import commands I am using:

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

I can see that the personalization was transferred but I don't see the new field on the page. Does the server need bounced?

Yu are trying to impoort photos taken by or saved to the iPod, right? If the photos were synced to the iPod then iPhot does not work.

Or just sync to google from your HTC and export to a vcf file. After that login to icloud.com and there you can import the vcf. And now you just have to setup the icloud on your iPhone.

I am using the G Drive Slim to back up my files, but I don't know how to tell if or when it is finished. The white light does not change, flicker, go out, etc. When is it finished?

The whole story: The hard drive on my quite new Mac Book Pro, bought in December of 2011, crashed and burned in the Fall of 2012. I purchased a new hard drive and was informed that the only way I could have saved my "stuff" was to back it up with an external hard drive. Who knew?? I bought a G Drive Slim at the Apple store, and on their advice. BUT I really don't understand how to use it, and the instructions are completely inadequate. How can you tell when it is finished? I have educated myself on the proper way to eject the Drive, but I don't know how to tell if it is done. Or, frankly, if it is even doing anything. The white light burns steadily, no blinking, no flickering. Nothing. Thanks for help.

are you backing up files, or doing a Time machine backup, either way, the Time machine will STOP when finished and show "last backup at XXXXXX" meaning its done...... OR if when transferring files, it will show a progress bar on your desktop and vanish when files are copied.
Open up the Hitachi drive (your G drive is made by Hitachi, and the best made by the way).....and see if the files are there.
a MORE VISUAL way is to open the hard drive file, and drag and drop files INTO the Gdrive and you can see them visually be copied there as you do it.
To see your HD on your desktop GOTO FINDER......PREFERENCES....then GENERAL TAB.........check the box marked HARD DRIVES.........then your Gdrive will appear on your desktop........open it from there, and DRAG and drop files from anywhere INTO the Gdrive....... easy visual way to see the files being copied into the Gdrive.

Importing data from excel ... when clicking finish button nothing happens

Generally speaking, the data import from an xls or xlsx format Excel file works. You need to provide more information about your environment and the Excel file itself -- size, data types of the columns, number of worksheets, etc.
I recommend running sqldeveloper.exe (not sqldeveloperW.exe) from a command line window. Repeat your import test and see if any stack trace appears in the console. For example, trying to open a 0 byte xls file results in a stack trace like this:
java.lang.NullPointerException
at oracle.dbtools.raptor.data.readers.XLSReader.openFile(XLSReader.java: 524)
