JE 4.0.103 available

All,
We'd like to let you know that JE 4.0.103 is now at http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/products/berkeley-db/je/index.html. The patch release contains both small features and bug fixes, many of which were prompted by feedback on this forum. Some items to note:
- New CacheMode values for more control over cache policies, and new statistics to enable better interpretation of caching behavior. These are just one initial part of our continuing work in progress to make JE caching more efficient.
- Fixes for proper cache utilization calculations when using the -XX:+UseCompressedOops JVM option.
- A variety of other bug fixes.
There is no file format or API changes. As always, we encourage users to move promptly to this new release.
Regards,
The JE team

ya that is possible to get but not thorug standard MB51
look do this way create a query in SQVI
select tables MSEG and MKPF , EKBE now from this table select the field movement type as selection critera and posting date , plant etc.
now select the field  MSEG,Movement type, PO no.
i will give you the logic system should select the material document for movement type 105 then against this material document you can get the po now(that is already there in mb51 just change the layout) now from the purchase odere no selected you can get the material document for movement type 103 from table EKBE that is purcahse order history  . check with abaper by using this logic

"Deficit of delivered blstck qty 10kg"
Error message stated not sufficient qty. available in Stock to Cancel material document.
Diagnosis by checking Stock in GR Blocked Stock, by MMbe.

  • DNS question and no name available via DNS and no reverse DNS errors

We are running an OS X server, 10.4.11, OD Master. We are getting some error messages, and we have setup DNS to forward requests for example.com. (our website) to our web developer's external web server where our website is being hosted.
Oct 15 10:29:05 [server name omitted] servermgrd: servermgr_dns: no name available via DNS for 192.168.0.5
Oct 15 10:29:05 [server name omitted] servermgrd: servermgr_dns: no reverse DNS entry for server, various services may not function properly
Oct 15 10:31:48 [server name omitted] /usr/sbin/PasswordService: incorrect digest response
    - and -
Oct 15 09:54:00 [server name omitted] DirectoryService[103]: GSSAPI Error: Miscellaneous failure (Server not found in Kerberos database)
    Some Background:
We are running internal DNS services only. We have a domain, example.com. and our OS X Server, server.example.com. We have a website that is being hosted offsite by our web developer. Long ago when they were setting up the SSL certificate for the site, they obtained a certificate for example.com INSTEAD of www.example.com. So, our web developer setup a redirect to redirect web requests to www.example.com to example.com.
Now, this brings us to our OS X server (server.example.com). We are hosting internal DNS with the same domain, example.com. When employees inside our LAN would put in our web address, example.com, or www.example.com, it would take them to our OS X server. As a workaround, in the DNS settings for the zone in server Admin, I set the Server IP address for the zone to "Other" and specified the external address to the server where the site is hosted by our developer then setup an A record for our server. (We cannot forward requests to www.example.com since our web developer automatically redirects these requests to example.com since that is where the SSL certificate and the search engines are linked to).
Well obviously this had serious repercussions for server stability. So, I set the server IP address back to the address of our OS X server itself, 192.168.0.5.
Now, I then went into command line and manually edited the zone files. Here's part of our zone file:
    $TTL 3600
    example.com. IN SOA server.example.com. sysadmin.example.com. (
    2008031015 ; serial
    3h ; refresh
    1h ; retry
    1w ; expiry
    1h ) ; minimum
    example.com. IN NS server.example.com.
example.com. IN A [external IP address of web server]
    server IN A 192.168.0.5
We are getting the following error messages regularly:
Oct 15 10:29:05 [server name omitted] servermgrd: servermgr_dns: no name available via DNS for 192.168.0.5
Oct 15 10:29:05 [server name omitted] servermgrd: servermgr_dns: no reverse DNS entry for server, various services may not function properly
Oct 15 10:31:48 [server name omitted] /usr/sbin/PasswordService: incorrect digest response
    - and -
Oct 15 09:54:00 [server name omitted] DirectoryService[103]: GSSAPI Error: Miscellaneous failure (Server not found in Kerberos database)
    Questions:
Do I need to go back to our zone file and change the A record for example.com. to match our OS X server's address: 192.168.0.5?
Secondly, is there anything I can do in DNS or elsewhere on the server to redirect web requests to example.com to our web developer's offsite server since the developer's server redirects www.example.com to example.com?
Thanks in advance? I am stumped.
    Thanks,
    Tyler

    Problem was resolved.
All I ended up doing was edition my reverse lookup file, db.192.168.0. It was correct, and I simply re-saved it without making any changes. Strangely enough, that did it. No idea why. Maybe a permissions issue with the file?
I'm still running the server with address record for the domain (example.com.) mapped to our external web server. no problems.

  • I Need PHP 5.3 no longer avail in a VC6 compatable with Apache 2.2.15

I appologize if this question is already answered somewhere (I did search a bit)..
    1. I have written a significant amount of my site using functions only available in PHP 5.3+ (ie not in PHP5.2)
    ( see php.net /manual/en/migration53.new-features.php )
    2. PHP (in thier infinite wisdom) have decicided that not only is there no longer a VC6 (ie Apache 2.2.15 compatable) build of php 5.3.6 but they removed the 5.3.3 build and are offering only 5.2.17 in a VC6 build suitable for use with the version of Apache built into FMS4.
(see windows.php.net/download/ and note the lines:
Do NOT use VC9 version with apache.org binaries.
    and
VC9 versions of Apache can be fetched at Apache Lounge. We use their binaries to build the Apache SAPIs.)
    3. The FMS4 documentation says:
    (see help.adobe.com/en_US/flashmediaserver/configadmin/WSE2A5A7B9-E118-496f-92F9-E295038DB7DB. html#WS02f7d8d4857b1677-469e53bb12984254411-8000
The recommended approach to upgrading the Apache web server is to install or build the Apache server in a directory that is separate from the existing server. Then copy the contents of newly-installed directories to the existing server.
In most cases, you do not replace the existing Apache configuration files with the newer versions of these files. This is because the Apache web server installation for Flash Media Server is pre-configured with specific modules and settings.)
    My Question is:
Does this even work? I sounds like a REALY BAD idea to me to instal a version of Apache built to use the Visual C 9 runtime and then kludge in an httpd.conf file that starts loading modules that were built to interact with a version that uses the Visual C 6 library. Has anyone actually done this successfully???
I don't blame the FMS developers here (well except for the really bad idea of making Apache "part" of the FMS package in the first place) but you a shipping with a version of Apache that is incompatable with PHP! (OK, the _latest versions_ of PHP.. but that still makes this _your_ problem.. and a big problem at that if you ask me).
    Suggestions?

  • Inspection Lot creation for the 103 movement type

<<Don't ask for or offer points>>
    Dear Experts,
we have the requirement of Creating the Inspection lot for the 103 movement type. we have done all the necessary settings for 103 movement type (in OMJJ and under the node   Quality Management --> Quality Inspection -->Inspection Lot Creation -->Inspection for Goods Movements) but still I am unable to achieve the results. Same is happening for 105 movements.
Kindly let us know what settings need to be done in order to achieve the same.
Full points will be awarded for the reply
    Regards.
Edited by: Matt on Sep 18, 2011 4:44 PM

    Hi,
If you have activated two inspection types (eg 01, 0101) of same inspection lot origin (01), in material master you should  have a preferred indicator set for the inspection type for which you want to be selected when you perform goods receipt.
This check box is available in the inspection type set up in the Material master.
Also check whether the post to inspection stock indicator is set for the material (in the inspection type), then only material will be posted to inspection stock.
Please confirm, what happens to the stock after making MIGO. check in MMBE and confirm
Go through the link and maintain the necessary settings. I think default settings for 01 type should work.

i have no idea why it( Deploy time dependency to DC (the ui project) containing UI component of task (task name) is not available ) happen.
maybe it happen because i chenged the web dynpro's context, but is that normal? or how can i fix it?

    Hi Vic,
Looks that you have defined a Deploy time dependency on some DC and it is not present in your local machine while you are deploying your Process Composer DC. If you are working in a NWDI environment, then you can sync all the dependent DCs to resolve this issue. Else you can also remove the Deploy Time dependency for the DC, but ensure that all the DCs having runtime dependency are available at runtime else it will lead to issues at runtime.
    Hope this helps!!
    Cheers,
    Arafat

We've configured HSMs on previous versions of LiveCycle before however this is our first attempt under ES2.
    Regards,
    Rob

Ouch!  That's exactly what the problem is.  I'm using a 64-bit OS and 64-bit JVM.
Can you point me to where in the docs this is?  The docs for 9.0 are not organized by product so I'm having some trouble finding it.  I've checked the
"Preparing to Install", the "Installing and Deploying on JBoss", the "Administration Help", and the "Release Notes".  None of these mention the issue.
    Thanks for the help.

    Rob

  • Enough RG1 balance is not available to issue the Goods

    Hi All
I am getting this error when I run "India - Excise Invoice Generation" Request by entering the Delivery Id. The Log file of the request showing this error ORA-20199: Enough RG1 Balance is not available to issue the Goods. But when I check the on hand quantity exists. Quantity is available even after reservation and shipping is done.
Can anyone please tell me the reason and resolution if you had faced this error before.
    Thanks in Advance
    Prem.

Process steps are as below .
Material master with base unit "SHT-Sheet" and maintained alternative unit "M2- Square Meter" along with conversion factor 4930 M2 = 100 SHT. Incoming quantity inspection type (01) is also active on the material.
Purchase Order quantity in alternative UnM like 1500 M2.
Purchasing Info Record maintained with alternative pricing Unit “M2”.
Good Receipt Quantity posted in the alternative Unit of Measure with 1500 M2.
Usage decision recorded with Base unit Quantity 30.426 SHTs
    Error - PU GR blocked stock exceeded by 0.002 SHTs : 2847 1000 M7 22
Cause of error which i observed is below.
On usage decision, system calculating stock posting quantity "30.426" / Conversion factor "( 100 / 4930 )" = 1500.002 and this quantity "1500.002" exceeded from block stock quantity 1500 as posted at the time of GR in the block stock via 103 mvt.

  • Uncaught error handler (global error handling) not working in Chrome FP 10.1.103.22

A few days ago I very happily discovered the new global error handling available in flash-player (FP) 10.1
Now while all works well in Firefox (using Adobe's FP 10.1.102.64), nothing happens in Chrome (using Google's FP 10.1.103.22).
I can disable Google's FP using the "about:plugins" page in Chrome, restart the browser, and then everything works since the browser falls back to the other flash plugin installed, which is again Adobe's FP 10.1.102.64.
    Is this a known bug?

Don't tell me the uncaught error handler only works for a debugger version....??
The documentation, which I read quite carefully, doesn't have a word on this. It suggests rather the opposite:
"When content is running in a debugger version of the runtime, such as the debugger version of Flash Player or the AIR Debug Launcher (ADL), an uncaught error dialog appears when an uncaught error happens. For those runtime versions, the error dialog appears even when a listener is registered for the uncaughtError event. To prevent the dialog from appearing in that situation, call the UncaughtErrorEvent object's preventDefault() method."

  • 103 Movement type GRN

    Hai Experts,
    I have one issue.
I will explain my secenario please guide me if i am doing wrong...
I used receive Solvent GRN, For this solvent first Quality person has to approve the material, then only material will be unloaded, utill & unless unload the material, we don't know received Quantity. With out GRN ( inspection lot in system ) QC person will not analysis the material.
    For this my idea...
For 103 Movement type i have activated Quality... The movement i raise the GRN with 103 Movement type, system will create inspection lot number... So quality person will come & do the analysis with refference to this document.
Then for 105 movement type i have deactivated QM...
Here i have got one problem is... for 103 movement type system is not generating batch number... with out batch number quality person is not available give UD...
So please guide what configuration i have to for getting batch number with 103 Movement type.... in Create of batch... for 103.... automatic batch activated...
Please please please guide me ......

    Hi,
I think batch will not be created for 103 movement type becuase 103 is GR blocked stock. This is conditional acceptance of material. There are no accounting entries for this movement.
You can map your requirement without 103 & batch combinaton.
Batch managment should be activated and material should be Batch Managed.
    Process would be
    1. Receive material with 103. Here you need to post the quantity in Delivery challan.
    2. QA / QC person should check the material in lying in GR blocked stock.
    3. He / she will come and check the quality of the material and give OK for unloading the material.
    4. After unloading the materal, you will get the correct quantity of the material.
    5. Do 105 for the material. You will get batch no field in this time.
    6. Material will come in stock with Batch.
The above scenario is when you accept OR reject the full quantity of the material sent by supplier.
If you wish to receive partial quantity, then do 105 for the approved quantity. But this will not be possible in case of liquids.
    Let me know your views.
    Anand.

  • Automate 103 movement on Inbound delivery Save

    Hello,
In ECC 6.0, the 103 movement carrying serial number information cannot be performed .
Since the serial number editing is possible for inbound deliveries, it is decided to edit the inbound deliveries manually and to automate the 103-movement execution.
Is there any Enhancement/Exit/BADI available to automate 103-movement on Inbound delivery save?

    Hi,
You can use the user exit MM06L001 for your own score determination for 'On-Time Delivery'  Below is the link which gives idea about how to create and activate the user exit for your requirement.

robust applications on the WebLogic platform.
The book combines reference and tutorial, taking a step-by-step approach
that introduces each API and uses it to build a component of the WebAuction
application, which supports on-line Auctioning on the Web. All software
needed to build the sample application is included on a CD-ROM that
accompanies the book. The WebAuction project gives users the opportunity to
explore significant areas of building a distributed Enterprise Java
    application, including:
    · Planning in advance for scalability and deployment
    · Building presentation logic
    · Establishing database connectivity
    · Creating Enterprise Java Beans for the BEA WebLogic application server
    · Packaging the whole application so that it can be easily managed and
    maintained.
