Je débute l'utilisation du logiciel Adobe premiere élément 2.0 et je veux l'utiliser sur mon PC

Mon problème est le suivant lorsque j'ouvre le logficiel il me permet de transférer des photos mais pas mes vidéo car lorsque je demande de faire l'acquisition de mes vidéos le logiciel ne voit pas ma caméra vidé. La caméra est ouverte et elle est branchée à mon PC via cable USB. pouvez-me dépanner

pour la langue je crois qu'il faut désintaller et ré-installer, c'est long et pénible mais je ne vois pas d'autre solution. pour ré-installer en français, je crois qu'il est possible de télécharger un installeur depuis le site NI, sinon il faut contacter NI et leur demander d'envoyer un CD, à conditions bien entendu d'avoir une license valide.
pour le type de fichier, je ne sais pas, je n'utilise pas ce logiciel.

In translation your title indicates a password problem. Adobe software does not require a password. Your Mac might be requiring you to provide its security password to allow the installation.
If this does not resolve the problem, please provide details explaining the problem you are having, what happens when you try, what error messages you get. As written it doesn't explain much when translated.

PSE and PRE have different serial numbers. If you bought both programs you should have two separate serial numbers.

Je suis un peu contrarié par ce problème:
J'utilise le pack Master Collection CS6 dans le cadre de mon travail, sur un MacBook Pro 13" avec un écran thunderbolt display.
Tout fonctionne normalement sur le petit 13", seulement lorsque je le passe (photoshop) sur mon écran thunderbolt, photoshop se fige, les menus sont accessibles, mais lorsque je déroule ceux ci, tous les lignes sont grisés. Les boutons d'outils sont inactives, seul l'effet de "hover" au passage de la souris fonctionne, mais quand je clique il ne se passe plus rien. Bref, tout est figé, et je dois forcer la fermeture. Et donc ne peut plus utiliser photoshop sur mon écran thunderbolt.
Quelqu'un peut m'aider ?

Mac OSX 10.9.1
2 x 2.8 Ghz Quad-Core Intel Xeon
8 Gb 800 MHz DDR2 FB-DIMM
Font management software: FontAgent Pro 5 (therefore no auto-activation plugin for CC)
Color profile: SWOP Web Coated
Images: mostly CMYK, vector-base spot color illustrations, and sometimes RGB for mockups.
Les fichiers InDesign que je conçois peuvent avoir plusieurs pages ou une seule, ça n'a pas d'importance. Les fontes actives les plus notables sont Helvetica Neue. Ça occasionne quelques conflits de fontes, mais le système le gère plutôt bien avec tous les autres logiciels, même avec les applications natives d'Apple. Les autres logiciels d'Adobe (Photoshop CC et CS6, Illustrator CC et CS6, InDesign CS6) n'ont pas ce problème. Je n'utilise pas les styles de paragraphes quand je travaille sur de courts documents (1 ou 2 pages).
Pour les fontes, même si je n'utilise pas toutes les fontes activées, j'ai tout de même 238 fontes activées dans FontAgent Pro 5. Ça ne gêne pas les autres logiciels (sauf bien sûr Microsoft Office...), mais InDesign CC ne fonctionne vraiment pas aussi bien dans les mêmes conditions que les autres, des conditions pourtant bien raisonnables.
Avez-vous besoin d'autres informations? Un package d'un document?

if you no longer need cs5.5 on your old computer or currently have 2 activations, open a program and click help>deactivate. you can then uninstall.
to install on your new computer, download and install to your new computer using your serial number:

Premiere cc 2014 crash with message "Adobe Premiere Pro could not find any capable video play modules. Please update your video display drivers and start again."

I updated to Premiere Pro CC 2014, all the other Adobe CC 2014 software works great, but Premiere doesnt even load. The starting page (frame) comes up - my whole computer slows down and after a minute or two it crashes completely and comes up with the message : "Adobe Premiere Pro could not find any capable video play modules. Please update your video display drivers and start again."
I'm running a macbook Pro 15" (2014) with 16GB RAM and 760GB SSD.
PLEASE HELP!

Please go to the following location and rename the folder to old_folder name
User/user library/Application Support and rename Adobe folder
User/user library/Preferences and rename the Adobe folder
Then go to Documents folder and Go to Adobe/Premiere pro/8.0 and rename 8.0 folder
Make sure that you are in user library if you are not sure check the link below.

Adobe Premiere Elements 7 Smartfix

I am working with APE 7 video and cannot get smartfix to be activated, I cannot find where to use it nor am I getting any dialog box. Here is what I found in the help file...I will run smart tagging, then drag the file over to the sceneline, but no dialog box.
Adobe® Premiere® Elements 8 facilitates auto correction of quality problems in video files that have Smart Tags associated to them. When you add such clips to the Sceneline or Timeline, the SmartFix dialog is displayed. Click Yes to confirm the correction of clips."

I don't think there is a smartfix in v7. Searching Adobe Help for 'smartfix' shows only three items, all of which are v8:

Why is audio distorted and pulses after I import from Adobe Organizer to Adobe Premiere Elements 11

All the videoes I have collected this year from my iphone video, sony video camera an fuji water video camera work fine in the Adobe organizer but when I import to Adobe Premiere Elements 11 after a couple of clips max four the audio distorts and pulsates. I just purchased the software and have updated all the software. Thank you in advance I am so frustrated I feel I tried everything.

How long will Adobe Premiere CS6 be supported till?

I was considering purchasing this version in the future once I earn the cash I need to pay for it, but I was wondering if Adobe Premiere would stop support for this version, I don't really want to pay monthly or yearly for the CC version.
P.S. I'm guessing previous versions before CS6 have stopped support from Adobe.

I am a user of PP CS6 and I sincerely believe that it is as bugs free as Adobe can make it. It is a complex program with an enormous flexibility built into it, therefore it is a little fragile at times. If you save often enough (say every 5 or 10 mins) you won't lose too much if it very occasionally grays out.
I don't like monthly or yearly subscription either since it does everything I need, II will stick with CS6 for ever.

Adobe premiere pro - Problème d'ouverture de projet

J'ai un problème lors de l'ouverture d'un projet (qui est une leçon provenant du disque avec le livre "Classroom in a book - Adobe Premiere Pro CS 5").
Lorsque j'ouvre mon projet (qui a été enregistré sous le logiciel "Adobe Premiere Pro CS 5") avec le logiciel "Adobe Premiere Pro CC", ce dernier me propose de convertir le fichier du projet.
Ensuite apparaît une fenêtre m'indiquant de "lier plusieurs média" (qui sont 2 fichier .mpeg et 1 fichier .mp3). Je choisi alors de localiser un des fichiers qui se trouve dans un autre répertoire et lorsque je valide, le logiciel importe le fichier et aussitôt après apparaît une erreur de type "le programme à cessé de fonctionner".
J'ai donc déjà tâché de ré installer le logiciel, mais j'obtiens toujours le même problème.

Je ne comprends pas bien ce que tu as fait. Tu dis "....j'ai ouvert le fichier .mpeg proprement dit, mais je n'ai que du son et donc pas d'image" Ensuite tu affirmes "En fait il s'avère que le logiciel Première pro ne lit pas mes fichiers .mpeg".
Ces fichiers sont-ils correctement lus par un lecteur habituel Windows media ou VLC??? si ce n'est pas le cas, soit les fichiers sont corrompus soit ils ne sont pas au bon format soit tu n'as pas installé correctement les codecs et/ou Premiere CC qui est tout a fait capable de lire le format .mpeg.
Si tes vidéos ne sont pas très "lourdes", tu pourrais mettre à disposition le projet et les deux vidéos concernées sur un dossier Dropbox ou autre et m'envoyer un lien, je pourrais alors tester ce qu'il en est chez moi. Je ne serai plus libre pour un certain temps à la fin de la semaine.

How many cores can Adobe Premiere Elements 12 utilise on a CPU?

I am looking into purchasing 1 of 3 different products right now and Elements is one of those with others being competitors. Due to Elements not utilising OpenCL or Cuda increased rendering speed, other software looks like a better solution. However, the ones I am currently looking at only use up to 4 cores. The processor I am looking at is the Intel 4930k 6 core processor, will Elements utilise all cores effectively? Also I have heard Elements runs poorly on Windows 8.0 and 8.1 as compared with 7.* . Is this the case?

Premiere Elements 12 should be able to use 4 cores. Probably 6 cores for encoding, but I cannot give you the definite answer.

I have try several times, and even by disabling the antivirus, the problem remains.
