Essayez ici > Mac App Store: "Une erreur s'est produite inconnu (100): lors de l'achat
Si cela ne vous aide pas, essayez ce qui suit:
Ouvrez les Préférences Système> Sécurité et confidentialité> Général
Cliquez sur le coin inférieur gauche de l'icône de verrouillage du panneau. Vous pouvez être invité à entrer votre mot de passe admin.
Sélectionnez: Mac App Store et les développeurs identifiés
Cliquez sur l'icône de verrouillage pour empêcher d'autres changements puis essayez l'App Store.Ouvrez les Préférences Système> Sécurité et confidentialité> Général
Cliquez sur le coin inférieur gauche de l'icône de verrouillage du panneau. Vous pouvez être invité à entrer votre mot de passe admin.

Que mes blocs sont décalés par rapport à la maquette
que le bloc noir de la page 28 déborde sur la page 29.
Que mon bloc de texte est perturbé par l'ajout sous-jacent d'une page de maquette
que ma pagination a conservé les attributs d'une page pair (numérotation à gauche) alors qu'elle est passée impaire.
J'aurai considéré comme normal que mon ancienne p.28 se soit déplacée en page impaire avec le bloc texte bien placé ET avec les attributs de page (liés au gabarit, tels que pagination, filets, bas de page roulants) modifiés automatiquement. Or il n'en est rien.
Tu me demandais des éclaircissements par rapport à "J'importe mes gabarits dans le document au fur et à mesure de la construction du livre et je libère les éléments de gabarit afin de pouvoir couler le texte et disposer l'icono. Lorsque c'est fait, je ne retourne pas dans le mode page d'InDesign. J'attaque la page suivante." Voici, plus en détails ce que je fais au moment où je monte une nouvelle page. Mes gabarits ont été préparé en amont.
J'ajoute une page au document (ex : une page de texte)
je lui confère le gabarit qui va avec (ex : C-présentation ch1, cf plus haut)
je libère les éléments de gabarits pour pouvoir couler le texte et disposer les images.
quand ma page est finie je recommence l'étape 1.
Est-ce que c'est à l'étape 3 que je me plante ?
Est-ce qu'il y aurait d'autres explications à ce malheureux schmilblick ?

Purchased Mountain Lion but it's not in my purchased Apps.

I've been searching this forum for an hour and can't find the answer to my problem. I purchased the upgrade to Mountain Lion a few months ago. I'm trying to download it to another MBP I own and it does not show up in the "purchased" list. I have tried to find the "hidden" apps discussed above, but my account does not show a "hidden apps" option. So, I can't unhide it. It was there a few weeks ago, but today it only shows two apps I have recently downloaded.
The local Apple retail store restored my copy of Mountain Lion after a system crash. Did that remove my purchased copy of Mountain from the Apps Store Purchased list?
How do I get a download to another MBP without paying another $20 for a new update??
Surely someone else has had this problem.

I did download Lion and everything is fine, but why in app store still stated DOWNLOAD and not INSTALLED, I already did 3 times and it still in DOWNLOAD label

My guess is they changed that to Download for all the people who wanted to or needed to download it again. It's kind of a subset of Installed, now. I don't think it is a great solution, but that is what it is.

A fin de restaurer ma sauvegarde time machine, je dois repartir sur mountain lion.
or, la procédure est impossible car j'ai l' impossibilité de télécharger mountain lion sur Mac app store. Message : produit non disponible sur store france.
Pour info, je suis bien sur compte Apple puisque je peux accéder à mes achats.
Pouvez vous m'indiquer la demarche à suivre.

If you downloaded and installed it, and you made no backup, then you'll have to erase it and re-install another OS.
You can't uninstall an OS, it's not an App. It's an OS. It's not the same thing as an application, like Excel, that runs on an OS.
It's always prudent to make and keep a backup.

Running Snow Leopard on Mountain Lion host VM (and being able to develop apps)

I am a MacBook Pro owner and a game developer who wants to port his previous games for iOS.
My Mac came with Mountain Lion. The game engine that we used can't be compiled with Mountain Lion (it uses Allegro 4 library, which uses libraries deprecated by newer Mac OSX versions). I don't think it will take a short time for our game engine to be compatible with Allegro 5, so working in Snow Lion seems to be our solution in this case.
I have read that you can't install Snow Leopard to new Mac, replacing the main OS. But I know that it's possible to install it in virtual machine, hosted by Mountain Lion. My questions are,
* Can it be upgraded to the latest Snow Leopard? I have read that some guy tried it with his pirate copy of SL and he bricked his virtual machine. I won't suffer the same fate because I will have purchased SL, right?
* Will I be able to use XCode 3.2.6 AND submit my iOS game from virtual machine?
It would be great if I could use Snow Leopard without buying a new (actually, old) Mac. I already feel like being punished just because we aren't at the year when Snow Leopard was the current OS.

I am unaware of Mountain Lion removing any applications. Did you erase your disk or something? If so, you will have to restore them from backup. You can use Migration Assistant to do that. If you purchased them from the App Store, you can download them again.

I re-installed Mountain Lion from a USB stick, and now my Apps can't be downloaded. The App store indicates that the Apps are already installed, but that is not the case. Now what :)

Ok, this is somewhat of a better work around I've found:
Starting in the Australian iTunes store, I go through the process of signing into the UK iTunes store up until the point it asks for my credit card information.
I then click the 'X' in the top left of iTunes to exit the store.
Now when I click on my Apps Updates button it shows me what UK Apps I have that are available to update.
You can't download these as at this point I've changed the store I'm viewing, but haven't officially switched accounts. Not to worry.
I write down the names of the UK Apps to update.
Then, use the 'search store' field in the top right of iTunes to search for one of the Apps.
Once you've found it, click to buy it / download it.
iTunes recognises that the App is already in your account and downloads it again for free….
… now I'm HOPING that that App is now fully within my Australian account… unfortunately only time will tell once there is a new update for it.
I'll let you know.

Why has Mountain Lion disappeared from my Purchased List in the Apple Store?

When Mountain Lion came out, I purchased the upgrade and installed it one one of my MacBook Pros. Today I wanted to download it again on my other MacBook Pro and install it there. It doesn't show up in my "Purchased" apps in the Apple Store.
I had some serious system errors a few months ago, took this MacBook Pro into the local Apple Store and they reloaded Mountain Lion for me. Did not erase the purchase history? I really need to upgrade the other MacBook Pro.
Help? Someone who knows the solution to this, please respond quickly.

Problem solved. I called Apple Care and was on hold with three different people, but they finally got me to someone who could check my previous Apple IDs. I had downloaded it under a different Apple ID than I'm now using. When Apple changed from me.com to iCloud.com I found the transition very confusing. At that time I changed my apple ID from just a five letter ID to that same five letters with an @me.com after it, [email protected] I had forgotten how that went as the conversion was confusing to me. It wasn't necessary for me to change my Apple ID. Now I have two.
So, I logged in with just the XXXXX and was able to get into my previous Apple account and there were seven apps there listed as purchased, including Mountain Lion.
So, I'm now downloading the Mountain Lion upgrade App on my wife's MBP and it is coming down, slowly. It's going to take an hour or more to download 4.44 GBytes (probably a couple of hours as I remember from the first time I did this).
So, thanks for your trying to help solve this riddle. I've given you a Star that you helped me. Do appreciate your help and sticking with me the past hour or so.
I was impressed with Apple Care. They really tried hard to help me. Almost made the cost to put this MBP under Apple Care worth it (over $300). Sad thing is that I spent over three hours saving $20. Should have just purchased the Mountain Lion upgrade again under my wife's Apple ID. Lesson learned.

Dont worry found the prob its that i accidintely hide them and so i went to my account went to hidden purchases then unhide them

I'm sorry to tell you that whoever told you that was wrong. The version of Lion that comes WITH a new computer is only licensed to be used with that one computer. Now, when you BUY Lion OSX from the App Store THAT copy is indeed licensed to be used on several Apple computers that you own.

Can I install Lion as a complete re-build from the App Store

I have Snow and want to update to Lion. When I do this I want to start again from scratch and do not want to carry over my acocunts and setting (my machine needs a good clean out).
If I upgrade from the App Store will I be given the option to do this?
If not I guess I have to go the route of creating a Lion Boot Disc as suggested here?

Once you have installed Lion, you can boot from the recovery partion, erase the boot partition, and reinstall -- but that means downloading it again. Creating a bootable installation disc or USB key will save time and bandwidth.

Lion taking an age to download from the app store

Hi, I'm currently downloading Lion from the app store but its taking several hours to complete, from the progress bar it looks like it is approx 75% complete but may be stalled, any one else experienced this or does anyone have any suggestions to resolve the problem. I'm running a Mac book pro, 2.33 core 2 duo, os x version 10.6.8, my internet connection speed is good and working fine. thanks

Many of the apps I have installed (free and bought) have had multiple updates since launch.
This would seem to indicate that these programs have had issues (and hence the need for an update after only a few weeks).
Some of these are : Crash Bandicot, NYTimes, Tetris, File Magnet, Sudoku unlimited, Tap Tap Revenge
Seriously though, I dont know if these will cause the iphone to crash in the future... Its all hit and miss at the moment.
