Les versions démo sont 100% fonctionnelles, elles n'ont pas de limitations.
Essayez d'abord de réinitialiser les préférences, en maintenant Ctrl-Maj-Alt en démarrant Photoshop (Cmd-Maj-Opt sur un Mac)

That is the message you get when you are activating an upgrade version. It is asking you to choose and provide the serial number for the older version that you are upgrading from. If it is asking for Photoshop Elements information then I still say you are probably not installing CS5.

I tried to install Photoshop elements 8 on my Windows 7 computer, but the installation gives a failure after a certain time. A file "...cab" is not working and may be corrupt ( exact failure code I can give, if necesary). I just got the same problem already some time ago when I tried to install this programm in my computer. At that time (March 2012) the program crashed my computer, I had to reinstall all the Software completely including system software. The program I purchased in December 2011 from Amazon together with a Reflecta crystal Scan slide scanner as bundle, so I thought it will work.
I will try to install the program from the download link you gave me, in case it does not work, what can I do next without having to buy a newer version?

Quelle version de Photoshop avez-vous : licence perpétuelle (CS6 ou moins) ou abonnement CC ?
Dans le cas d'un abonnement, vous pouvez installer Photoshop et vous identifier et tout devrait fonctionner sans problème.
N'oubliez pas de vous déconnecter (depuis le menu Aide) quand vous récupérerez votre portable.
Dans le cas d'un numéro de série, il faudrait surement contacter Adobe pour qu'ils réinitialisent vos enregistrement (mais je dis peut-être une bêtise).
Et là encore, ne pas oublier de le désactiver depuis le menu d'aide avant de revenir sur votre ordinateur à vous.

To resolve these issues, use the Adobe Support Advisor (ASA) to analyze the installation log file. For instructions, see Analyze install logs with Adobe Support Advisor (ASA).
Note: If you are using a downloaded installer, or running the installation from the hard drive, the Shared Technologies can fail because of the installation path. Copy the installation files to a folder to the root of the drive, such as C:\PSE<versionnumber>Installer\, and rerun the installation.

Probleme installation photoshop elements 12

Bonjour,
Je possède un PC portable HP Envy 15-J099EF tournant sous Windows 8.1
L'installation de Photoshop Element 12 n'arrive pas à son terme (problème installation avec Shared Technologie ?) et a plantée.
La partie du programme qui avait commencé à s'installer, semble se desinstaller.
Depuis je n'arrive plus à lancer l'installation malgré que le logiciel n'apparaisse plus dans la liste des logiciels installés.
Le programme d'installation cherche quand meme a desinstaller Photoshop Elements et me retourne le message 'specified path is empty'.
Pour tenter a nouveau son installation ai du restaurer mon pc !!
Et rebelote, je tourne en bourrique (pour etre poli) !!!
Impossible aussi d'installer Premiere Elements 12 pour les memes raisons que ci-dessus. Par contre celui-ci se desinstalle correctement.
J'utilise une version telechargée.
Je tourne en rond et comme je suis pas un specialiste en informatique mais juste un utilisateur potentiel du logiciel, j'envisage
fortement de me faire rembourser cet achat.
Merci de m'aider pour résoudre ce problème si une solution existe, mais y en a t'il une ?
Ai regarde dans les forums, dans les aides de Adobe mais cela n'a pas donne de resultats.

Mon ordinateur a rendu l'âme, les logiciels Photoshop & Lightroom ont été supprimés sans que les numéros de séries puissent être désinstallés. Je possède tous mes numéros de séries mais je soupçonne que je vais avoir de la difficulté à réinstaller tout ça, Adobe pourrait croire que je tente d'utiliser le même logiciel sur deux ordinateurs différents. Quelqu'un peut-il me dire ce qu'il faut faire pour réinstaller Photoshop CS3 avec les mises à jour CS4+CS5 + Ligthroom 2 & 3 sans trop de problème ?
