Basically I'm talking about:

which are supposed to set boundries for the subset of entities to be (for example) selected from a DB.
Now I know that this is an interface specification and I was wondering how can it implemented in (some) implementation to make sure that:

returns the right set of entities, within boundries specified by the two mentioned above methods when the statement is for example:

Source Code Management

Hi
I am busy designing a new Java environment for our company. We are migrating from Forms to JEE. I would like to know what would be the best practice (if one exists) wrt source code management. Currently I am going with the following,
1. All original source code saved on development application server (Linux).
2. Use SVN to manage source from development application server.
I am not totally convinced that this is the correct method of managing source code.
What are my options?
Should the source be placed on a seperate file server independant of my application server?

Development servers is used to be quite unstable sometimes so I would prefer to store the SVN repository on some kind of file server, where a file backup procedure is already implemented. If you're using some kind of cruise control or automatic testing you could checkout the source code to the development server to run it from here or to build distributions.
I'm familiar with both CVS and SVN and think that SVN is serving us best. We're just using a file based repository, on a network drive, protected by the normal file system permissions mechanism. I'm almost always using Tortoise SVN as client but the SVN client in JDeveloper is just fine, but I think the Tortoise SVN plugin in the explorer is just better.

Where to download Java EE 5 sdk source code?

I want to attach the source code to eclipse source code dir that way I can see the method comment in eclipse. But I can't find such link. Anybody got it?

MSS Source code

Hi,
MSS webdynpro version has a file DTRSAP_MSS.sc . I think this file is source code of MSS. Am i right ? How can i use this source codes.

Hi Altug,
This SCA file (which contains the MSS sources) must be imported into your track in CMS. In brief, the steps are:
1) Create a new track (in CMS Landscape configurator)
2) Add the software component (SAP_MSS) to the track
3) Save track definition.
4) Download all archives (the SCA files corresponding to MSS and its dependent Software Components : SAP-JEE, SAP_JTECHS, SAP_BUILDT) from the service marketplace and place them in the CMS inbox folder.
5) In the CMS Transport Studio, checkin and import these archives into the Development system.
6) Import the development configuration (corresponding to this track) in the NetWeaver developer studio.
This will allow you to work with the MSS sources using the NetWeaver Developer Studio.

I am running 10.6.8 and using iweb for my web site. After several SEO analysis they all indicate I need H1-6 header tags. After looking at the source code I see there are none in iweb. Is it necessary to add? If so, how do I add H Tags to iweb.

Is traditionally represented by html tags like:

          <p>text paragraph ... </p>
I would guess that the use of h1-h6 tags helps search engines to understand the structure of a page as the tags imply a certain structure.
This can be compared to more generic tags like <div> that could represent any kind of content - and may be what iWeb uses (you'll have to check yourself).
I would generally recommend that you use some kind of up to date blog/site building tool, perhaps Wordpress or Squarespace (I haven't used either one myself) that support current web technologies - this should reduce your SEO issues and make it easier to properly support mobile/tablet users.

Source code not generated in mapping

Hi,
I tried mapping an Idoc to an XSD in my mnessage mapping.When I try to check my message mapping I get an error msg : "<Mappingname> has no Source Code"...My scenario is only some fields of Idoc map to the XSD and the rest are constants..I am in XI3.
Any help is appreciated...

I only found C2 cipher source code and some other documents dealing with CPRM algorithm. And what I want is total CPRM implementation reference source code (C2 is only a basic module of CPRM algorithm).

("full-speed") is supported in my WinCE 6.0 image) camera for my ARM4I processor. The code should

Cannot find source code for Employee Benefit application

Hello,
I am trying to find the Employee Benefit Sample Application which used to be provided by Oracle at http://otn.oracle.com/sample_code/products/ias/content.html. Unfortunately I couldnât find the source code anywhere, neither by searching through oracle sites, nor through the internet.
Could someone please help me get it, since I just started working on applications based on this model and it is really important for me to have a complete example that works.

Source code has syntax error in SAP PI7.1 Mapping Test

HI All,
IN SAP P7.1 created simple two data types, message types and Message Mapping with only 2 fields. While testing the mapping in Message Mapping it is giving the error as

but otherthan this SWC it not working success fully.....

Hi David,
please check the default trace. It may contain the entry:
Error in compiling : java.io.IOException: Not enough space
If that's the case, maybe there's too little space for the swap file/device.
You should ensure that at least 2X (preferably 3X) of Heap (-Xmx) is configured as real swap

Hi, I'm a newbie of Oracle Portal technology, and I have a problem:
I would create a PL/SQL portlet that realizes the following functions:
1) Retrieve the username of the portal user logged from WWCTX_API.GET_USER function.
2) Insert into an oracle db table two values about two hidden fields in the HTML FORM of the portlet.
3) Realize the insert commit through the click on the submit button on the Html form of the portlet. I would redirect by the same button to an other page url also.
I've never developed in Portal, and may be useful if someone could post me the source code of the SHOW MODE SECTION in the PROCEDURE SHOW of a SAMPLE PL/SQL PORTLET that realizes the upper functions.

I am new in oracle development. I need sample code for oracle 10g forms builder.
I notice that This is the thing which is not even in the knowledge of Google.
I am wondering that why oracle forms's source code is not available on web. while if we talk about other tools like .net or php! thousands of sample codes are available for almost all kind of the requirements to do a job.
I shall be very thankful if someone provide me some sample codes (fmb, rdf etc)

Oh yes i do agree with cris u can also search for video samples it's available specially for beginners,but pls notice one thing that PHP is an Open Source like Java and yes .net is also very common it only needs trust & a little light of hope that u can get it :)

I did what you said but I seem to miss the IDE folder. This is what it looks in my Explorer
C: > Program Files > SAP > IDE > CE > eclipse > (no folder called "examples")
I also did a search in this eclipse folder for "examples" but I did'nt find the example I'm looking for
I am running a newer version of NWDS:
SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio
SAP NetWeaver 7.1 Composition Environment SP03 PAT0000
Maybe that's why things don't look the same?
