JEXC and JEXS condition types are missing in client.

Hi All,
Condition types JEXC and JEXS are missing in 000 client in our present project( Indian Rollout).
These condition types are required for domestic calculation of conditions.
Please throw some light on this issue.
Note:
One more thing, all J**** conditions and TAXINN calculation schema were missing in sand box.
So copied the missing objectsfrom 000 client.
These were identified from functional perspective.
concern is will this copying client suffice CIN requirents or not.
With Regards,
Vijaykumar P

HI,
Please check the SAP master note for TAXINN - 952289 with the entire configuration.
As per the document in this SAP note - you can configure the tax conditions in different clients as per your requirement.
Thanks & Regards,

  • Condition Types Are Missing After Sales Doc Replicated to R3

    Hi
we're implementing quotation management replicated to R/3 system.
the replication from CRM works fine, pricing is determined in R/3 perffecly.
however, first item has condition records replicated back to CRM as we want it.
but the subsequent items has no condition type replicated at all.
    any lead is really appreciated.
    JD

Can you set a parameter-id PRC_TRACE in your user profile. This trace when activated will perform pricing condition analysis in CRM. If a different user id is used to replicate sales documents please set this parameter for the same.
Also make sure if your pricing procedure is in sync in both CRM and R3.

  • Use of JEXC & JEXS condition type.

    HI
What is the use of following conditions.
    JEXC-IN Manual Excise.
    JEXS-Taxes on the PO.
    Regards
    Umapathy.M

    Dear,
Both NAVS and JEXS condition type is used to fetch tax amount in PO for mainly reporting and Print (note that both are statistical in your pricing procedure) purpose so in your pricing procedure if both of these are absent there will be no problem.
Now the logic behind both of these condition type
NAVS -> It bring all the non deductible tax component
JEXS ->  It brings total tax amount (only used in Indian scenario )
Lets have an example say you are using tax V1 with code 10.3% Excise duty 4% CST and your PO net price is 1000 INR
{Here as we know Excise is deductible and CST is inventorised i.e non deductible )
So total excise duty 103 INR
    Total CST 4% of 1103 = 44.12 INR
Then in NAVS it will flow 44.12 INR
and in JEXS it will flow 103+44.12 =147.12 INR
Now how the system differentiate between the two ?
If you go to M/06 i.e condition type details you will find the difference
    For NAVS your will find
    Cond.category ---N -- Input Tax not Deductible
    For JEXS it is
    Cond.category D Tax
    I hope it clarifies

  • Condition type is missing in Pricing Procedure determination

    Hi experts,
We have a problem with Pricing Condition type in CRM.
We have created a Transction in CRM as a follow up for the Transaction which is replicated from ECC to CRM the pricing procedure has been determined. But the net value is "0".
when I checked in the conditions tab page "the condition type is missing" I checked Pricing Procedure the condition type is very much there. Then I checked for access sequence for that Condition type "Access sequence is also maintained.
Then I checked copy controls for the Source and Target Item categories, for copy conditions the indicator is set up as "copy conditions,Redetermine taxes" then I changed it to "Copy all conditions".
But still it is not happening.
Can any please help me in this regard? Did I miss any configuration?
Any help will be rewarded with points.
    Regards,
    Frederick.

    Hi Fredrick,
This requirement must be assigned in your Pricing Procedure for condition type VKPO.
The system first checks whether the requirement is fulfilled and than only execute that condition type.
Requirements are nothing but Java Routines, which check for some condition before executing a condition type.
    For this Go to path
IMG: CRM-> Basic Functions-> Pricing-> Define settings for Pricing-> Create Pricing Procedure.
Choose your pricing procedure here. Here for the condition type VKPO requirement 41 must be assigned in column REQ. The requirements are coded in JAVA in SAP CRM.
If this Pricing Procedure has been downloaded from SAP R/3, u can check in R/3 itself (Tcode: V/08) what the requirement is meant for, but choosing F1 and than the path for customizing.

  • Cost and/or Conversion Rates are missing for some planning resources

    Hi,
In Workplan of projects, we are facing a issue "Cost and/or Conversion Rates are missing for some planning resources". even though the schedules for the project WP is defined.
Any inputs on this is highly apprciated. Thanks !!!

Did you check the Cost for all the Planned Workplan Budget Lines. Generally, this type of error comes when the Quantity is defined but the Cost is missing for any Line. Find that Planned Workplan Budget Lines and enter the Cost for them and save it.
I hope it may help you.

  • Relation B/W tax and pricing condition types

    HI friends
I want to know relation b/w tax and pricing condition types.
Here, i think we are giving relation in pricing procedure, how we are giving that relation, what is that mean.
How sys will carry the values from tax condition types to pricing condition types.
plz give me the details early.
    with regards
    lakky

    Hi...
Actually in priciing procedure it is only sequential arrnagment of COnt type could be price, dicount or tax ... so that system calculates as process given by client.
now when u see tax condition types .. they are also created in FI and also in Sd with same controls and linked via the account key...
Account key MWS, MW3 are created in Fi and only used in Sd but azccount keys like ERL, ERF, ERS are created in Sd and used for account det in VKOA ...
also MWS, MW3 used in VkOA but are used in TAx procedure also and are assigned G/L in Tax code ...
now when u c the pricicng in a Sd doc .. sales order then all totals calculated and net price given and below that a Tax total given ... how system calculates tax totals is that in the tax conditio type in condition category .. we give Taxes as D so that all cond types with this cond catefory gets added and totalled to this tax total figure ..

  • Condition type EK01 missing in pricing procedure A V (error message V1206)

    Hi gurus,
We get error message "condition type EK01 missing in pricing procedure A V" when creating a Billing request from a SErvice Order through TX-DP90.
We reviewed customizing regarding this issue:
ODP4 - SD Document linked to condition EK01 (this condition shall bring the actual cost in the order)
ODP1 - Dinamyc item profile to create Billing Request.
Pricing procedure: sales area assignments, condition types (including EK01)
    but error still shows.
Any idea what additional setting is necessary in customizing so EK01 is transfered to the SD doc in DP90?
    Thanks,
    VL

    Hi Lakshmipathi,
    Thanks for your answer.
I have taken a look to note you mentioned but it is related to Resource Related Down Payments customizing, which is not our actual requirement.
The note mentions though condition type EK01 for the purpose I am commenting: "...when the system processes a final invoice date, it determines condition type EK01 as the active price condition, thereby billing the actual costs".
Condition Type is in our pricing procedure with all the usual SD customizing settings, why is the system unable to process the costs?
Thanks for your always great help,
    VL

  • JEXC - Manual Excise condition type

    Hi,
can any one tell me what's the usage of  JEXC - Manual Excise condition type in Pricing procedure and is it necessary to maintained in m/08??  pls explain in detail
Edited by: Mahesh J on Oct 7, 2008 7:11 AM

    Hi,
You can use manual excise condition "JEXC" in case if your BED Rate is not fixed as 14% and you want to enter BED Value manually.
Once you input value in JEXC then it will replace the value of BED in "Taxes" under "Invoice" Tab. And ECS / 2% ans SECess / 1% will get calculated on BED Value.
Here use Tax Code of (14% BED + 2% ECS + 1% SEcess + VAT/CAT As applicable), system will calculate BED, ECS & SECess as per the % maintained in Tax Code. Once you enter value in "JEXC" condition, it will replace the value of BED and ECS / 2% ans SECess / 1% will get calculated on BED Value.
    For e.g.
    As per Tax Code;
    Base Value = 10000
    BED / 14% = 1400
    ECS / 2% = 28
    SECess / 1% = 14
After putting value in "JEXC" as 1600 (For e.g.)
    Base Value = 10000
BED / 14% = 1600 (Here 1400 will get replaced by 1600 under "Invoice" tab - "Taxes" button)
    ECS / 2% = 32
    SECess / 1% = 16
I think the above example will make clear the use of condition type "JEXC"

  • Header condition types and item condition type

    Hello Gurus,
this is a simple question. does the header condition types are totally same as item condition types ?
    thanks very much!

    hi,
    header:
If this condition is marked as a header condition, it is possible to enter the condition type in the header condition screen. Checks for changing the condition manually are unaffected by this.
the header conditions calculate the header value
item :  conditions of this type are allowed to be entered in the document items. The condition is then only valid for the particular item in which it is entered.
item condition calculate at item level
(freight condition)for eg = HD00 is a header condition .here if you have 10 materials and this cond type calculates the freight charges for all the 10 items.
KF00 is aitem condition.here system caliculates the freight charges only for that particular items.

  • Manual and mandatory condition type??

    Hi
What happens when you do not enter a value for a manual and mandatory condition type?
What are the difference between these two?

    Manual:
This indicator specifies whether the specific condition type can be determined manually during sales order processing.
If we check the box then the entry is going to be manual, if we uncheck it, it is going to be automatic.
For Base Price and Taxes, the entry should be automatic.
For Discounts and Freights, The entry should be manual.
If we check the box, in VA01 when we go to conditions at the header/item level, the condition type will not be listed. If we require we will have to manually enter it.
If we uncheck the box, in VA01 when we go to conditions at the header/item level, the condition type will be listed.
    Mandatory:
This indicator specifies that particular condition type is mandatory in the pricing procedure.
If we check the box, then in VA01 at the header/item level in the conditions tab, if we delete the value in the condition type and try to save the document then system will not allow us to do it and throws an error.
If we uncheck the box, then in VA01 at the header/item level in the conditions tab, if we delete the value in the condition type and try to save the document then system will allow us to save it, without giving any error.
Mandatory check box should be checked in condition types which are compulsorily required in pricing procedure. Ex.: PR00, MWST.
If the condition type is checked with mandatory option, then value should be maintained for that condition type, otherwise the system will not allow the user to process the document.
    Hope it helps you.

    AK

  • TPM: condition type is missing in standard order in ECC

    Hi all,
I created a TP and followed by creating a standard order (OR) in ECC, data such as sold-to, bill-to, PO no (TPM no) and Product number is entered, but when I checked in the condition tab of item level, I do not see the condition type for TP discount in pricing analysis.
According to SAP Help for TPM,   [http://help.sap.com/saphelp_crm70/helpdata/EN/ff/e2afec1bc6419395eb34aa2205b788/frameset.htm]
I created condition type for CD (campaign determination) and several condition type for TPM. They are then assigned to a Maintenance Group that I created ZTP.
Next, I assigned my Maintenance Group to the path below:
SPRO > CRM > TPM > Trade Promotions > Condition Maintenance > Assigned Condition Maintenance Groups
    Appl: CRM
    Maintenance Group: ZTP
Is there any step I customized wrongly?
Besides that, where could I check if campaign determination log is on? (VA01 -> Environment -> Analysis -> campaign determination log)
    cheers,
    ginnie

  • New Media Encoder Error: video and/or audio filters are missing...

My colleague reported this error popup window while using Adobe Media Encoder CC (up-to-date):
"video and/or audio filters are missing and the rendered output may not match the original"
I've been seeing similar errors the past few days. I can't remember if the wording was the same in the errors I saw, but the circumstances were the same.
I've never seen this popup error before the most recent CC update.
    Some background info:
I queued up multiple Premiere Pro pproj files as usual from within Premiere
without rebooting or deleting any cache or temp files or anything, I start the queue
I have no special plugins installed in Premiere. Vanilla CC install.
    Windows 7, 64-bit
This error doesn't tell me what audio/video filter(s) are missing. The output files, once I dismiss this warning, are perfect.
The major problem: It stops the queue dead in it's tracks. Sure, it might seem handy to stop and give you a warning, but when it's a false report and there's nothing wrong, it's killing us, because we queue up multiple files for encoding overnight, and we're not here to get the popups.
What is likely causing this? Is it a bug that this is appearing so frequently? Has anyone else experienced this besides my colleague and I?
    Thanks!

Update for anyone experiencing this issue:
We are still investigating the cause of the issue and would really like your help tracking it down. If you run in to it I would be happy to jump on the phone with you and preferably do a screenshare as well. If you want to run some tests for me, this is what may help us track it down:
    0. Please make sure you are updated to the latest version of Premiere Pro and AME, which at this time are Premiere Pro 7.2.1 and AME 7.2.
    1. Simplify the project. Create a copy of the project and eliminate anything in the project that isn't related to the sequence(s) you are exporting. Then run the encode again. If it still occurs, move to the next step. If it doesn't occur any more, repeat step one and only remove half of the unused items (sorry, this is giong to be a manual process). Rinse, repeat.
    2. Open your sequence in Premiere and press Cmd/Ctrl + A to select all clips in your sequence. Right click and select Remove All Effects. Export again. No repro? Go to step 4. If it still repros, go to step 4.
    3. Make all the media offline. Export again. No repro? Go to step 4. Repro? Go to step 5.
    4. Send me a message with as much detail as possible. Even better would be if you could provide me a copy of your project file.
Your help in tracking this issue down is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

  • Redetermination of pricing procedure and its condition types during credit

    Hello ALL,
please provide the solution to redetermination of pricing procedure and its condition types during credit  memo request
    with referance to invoice
And kindly provide the step by step process of rebates
    regards,
    Thanks

    Hi,
In standard setting the copy control from billing to sales document uses data transfer routine 052 (FV45C052). Within the standard the pricing procedure is copied from the billing document to the sales document and will not get redetermined. This is standard design.
However, if you would like the sales document (credit memo request) uses its own pricing procedure instead of copy that from the billing, you can implement this by using your own routine. In that case, please see note 14136 for a sample.
Please notice that you would also need to assign a different document pricing procedure for document type of credit memo request in VOV8. Then enter the new entry in OVKK to determine the pricing procedure for the new combination.
    Regards,
    Alex

First off, iOS 5 will not run on Macs.   You need to give us your Mac OS X on your Mac to determine which security update you need.  Go to Apple menu -> About This Mac.     And then read the link here:
