Jinitiator, Appletviewer - and MS IIS 4.0

Question

I have a few questions regarding Dev2000 2.1:
1) I was able to web enable a form through Netscape Enterprise
Server 3.5.1, using either Jinitiator 1.1.5.3 or the
Appletviewer; however, the font size and colors of some fields
on the form were altered substantially by Jinitiator, including
shifting of fields and boilertext to the left in an arbitrary
way. Has anyone experienced this and been able to prevent this?
Also with Jinitiator, once exit the form to another web site,
there seems to be no way to get back to the form unless one has
to completely get out of the browser and click on the browser to
get back in and reload the form.
2) I got the Dr.Watson error often using Appletviewer. It seems
to be quite unstable. I was able to enter a few records (in a
table of about 50 fields) at a time, and the Appletviewer froze
and then came the Dr. Watson system error. Is this expected?
3) I was only able to bring up the form with Netscape server
(enterprise 3.5.10). But I did not succeed at all with Microsoft
Internet Information Server 4.0. With both the Jinitiator, and
the Appletviewer, I got the error message
"http//hostname/web_code/oracle/forms/uiClient/v1_4/util/Registry
.dat is missing" But I checked, and the file Registry.data is
there and I did not experience this problem with Netscape server.
Any help/suggestion is appreciated.

Ok, here is a much more detailed explanation of the trouble we
have been having. A lot of it looks similiar to problems other
people have been having on the forums here.
I printed out a copy of the Exchange Portlet Help File prior to
beginning the install. On page 8 of 12 where it lists depencies
it states that it needs the following:
Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5 (currently running it)
Microsoft Internet Information Server 3.0 (currently running 4.0)
Microsoft Outlook Web Access (Currently up and running)
Starting on page 10 of the 12 printed pages lists the
instructions for pre-installation on the <exchange_host>. These
are followed and step 8 has a valid result.
At this point I made the changes to Jserv.properties and
zone.properties listed in the directions and copied the
properties.xml file to the appropriate directory. Following
these changes I restarted the apache server.
The next step is "Registering the Provider with Oracle9iAS
Portal". This is where the trouble starts. The documentation
says to logon to the Exchange Inbox external application
hyperlink. A new page opens up for the Exchange Inbox asking
for the username and password of the desired mailbox. It does
not provide a field for the Exchange Mailbox Alias that is tells
you to enter in the documentation. Clicking the login button at
this point send the page to the following address.
http://adm5:7777/pls/admdev_sso/ADMDEV_SSO.wwsso_app_admin.login_
fappuser
This results in a blank page that does nothing but show the page
loading text at the bottom of the browser. After a length of
time the page redirects to the following address.
htt[://adm5:7777/servlets/exchangeApp?ExchangeAction=performlogin
The page displays a page not found error.
If anyone has any ideas or further questions or suggestions I
would greatly appreciate it.
