JMF and movie trailers

Question

I'm trying to add a movie trailer viewer to an application. I'm using JDK 1.5.0_04 and JMF2.1.1e on Windows XP SP2 with IDEA 4.5.3 (if that matters).

        }I'm using Apples movie servers as a .mov source for now. After the player.realize() statement above is executed, I get the following console messages:

I've tried other online servers and gotten similar format issues. What am I doing wrong?

You didn't mention which codec package you're using, so I'm guessing you aren't using any. JMF by itself doesn't support the video encodings used by most movie trailer websites. JFFMPEG and FOBS are plugins for JMF which support a lot of codecs. (http://jffmpeg.sourceforge.net and http://fobs.sourceforge.net).
That said, it also looks like the JMF Quicktime parser isn't happy with the Quicktime file which gets downloaded. If I'm not mistaken, that's what this is:
