JMS Configuration on Two different Weblogic 8.1 App. Servers

I have two Weblogic8.1 App. Server. Box 1 is configured with JMS connection factory and Topic, also MDB is deployed on it. on Box 2, I am running session bean which is publishing JMS message to the Topic on Box 1.
While executing it throws error: weblogic.jms.common.JMSException : Connection not found.
When I try to run exact code (like session bean) from standalone program, From Box 2, it works.
Note: If I use Box2 with Weblogic 7 AS and execute same session bean, It works.
Pls. help me out.

Anand Bobade

I have same interest in this too. I have looked around for some information, but I have no answer yet about deploying weblogic 8.1 on other server other than weblogic server.
But, there are some information about deploying weblogic 5.x, 6.x, and some part of 7.x in jboss server. You can check these urls:
http://wiki.jboss.org/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=FoeDeployerService
http://wiki.jboss.org/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=PortingFromWeblogic
And for anybody who has had any clue, idea, or any information about deploying weblogic 8.1 (and above) outside weblogic server, please kindly share your knowledge.

  • I am getting two different versions of the App Store in iOS 6.

I am getting two different versions of the App Store in iOS 6.  One is the new one and sometimes when I open it it goes to the old one and says cannot connect to the App Store.

I am having the same problem, but I think I might know what's causing it.  I just updated my girlfriend's iPhone 4S (same phone as mine) to iOS 6 and was surprised to find that her app store is working just fine.  When I opened hers, however, I did notice that the "Categories" and "Top 25" buttons are totally different; and those happen to be the two buttons that are not working for me.  Mine shows the same that yours does, while hers has the "Genius" and "Charts" buttons in the place of the two that are not functioning for me.  I believe these old buttons are no longer active and therefor are bombing out when attempting to access them.
Now I said I think I may understand the problem, but unfortunately I have no idea what the solution may be.  Hopefully this tread doesn't fade away and our problem gets addressed.

  • How to do Apache configuration for two different domains

    Hi ,
I was just trying out some clustering workshop on weblogic. I faced a issue..here is the scenario :
    I have two clusters :
    Cluster1 : 3 managed servers (server1,server2,server3)
    Cluster2 : 2managed servers (server4,server5)
I have two sample applications which i have deployed on these two clusters i.e app1 on cluster1 and app2 on cluster2.
These two aplications are deployed successsfully as i am able to open these applicatons from browser by calling the individual port of the managed server like : http://localhost:7003/app1.
Now i have installed a apache server on my laptop and configured the http.conf file.
Issue : I am not able to call both the application from apache. If there is only one cluster then it is working fine and for two application only one cluster (application) is working that too whose port is defined in the last.
Here are the contents of my httpd.conf file :
    # This is the main Apache HTTP server configuration file. It contains the
    # configuration directives that give the server its instructions.
    # See <URL:http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2> for detailed information.
    # In particular, see
    # <URL:http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/mod/directives.html>
    # for a discussion of each configuration directive.
    # Do NOT simply read the instructions in here without understanding
    # what they do. They're here only as hints or reminders. If you are unsure
    # consult the online docs. You have been warned.
    # Configuration and logfile names: If the filenames you specify for many
    # of the server's control files begin with "/" (or "drive:/" for Win32), the
    # server will use that explicit path. If the filenames do not begin
    # with "/", the value of ServerRoot is prepended -- so "logs/foo.log"
    # with ServerRoot set to "C:/Program Files/Apache Software Foundation/Apache2.2" will be interpreted by the
    # server as "C:/Program Files/Apache Software Foundation/Apache2.2/logs/foo.log".
    # NOTE: Where filenames are specified, you must use forward slashes
    # instead of backslashes (e.g., "c:/apache" instead of "c:\apache").
    # If a drive letter is omitted, the drive on which httpd.exe is located
    # will be used by default. It is recommended that you always supply
    # an explicit drive letter in absolute paths to avoid confusion.
    # ServerRoot: The top of the directory tree under which the server's
    # configuration, error, and log files are kept.
    # Do not add a slash at the end of the directory path. If you point
    # ServerRoot at a non-local disk, be sure to point the LockFile directive
    # at a local disk. If you wish to share the same ServerRoot for multiple
    # httpd daemons, you will need to change at least LockFile and PidFile.

    Hi GURPRIT,
It is possible to display item from two different systems.
All you need to do is create separate webflow connectors for the systems for which you required to configure the UWL and the systems must be available in the SLD.
after creating the connectors register both of them and you can start receiving workitems from both the systems.
    reward if useful.

  • JMS configure in  Two JVM - (Urgent)

    Hi,
Application is running in resin server. For my requirement server should publish message and morethan one client(standalone application) should consume that message (non durable). How should i configure for topic connection.

Sounds like you want basic JMS message consumer functionality.

  • In my itunes library I have apps for the ipod.  All of the apps were together, and now I have two different sections to my apps. The first one says 44 apps and the second section says 143 apps.  When I connect my ipod only the first section goes on

can anyone help me with my apps on my itunes.  They have separated for some reason.  I have one section of 44 apps and the other has 121 apps. Only the top section will sinc with my ipod because at the side where it says apps, it is only showing the 44 apps and not the section at the bottom

Can you take a screen shot of the iTunes screen and post it? I do not really understand what you  mean by different sections.
What model iPod and iOS do you have? Maybe the section that does not sync are not compatible with the iPod.
Were all the apps purchased with one account?
Do you have any Restrictions one that would prevent syncing? Settings>General>Restrictions.

  • Connecting to two different database instances from a swing application.

    Hi All,
I am developing a swing application which needs to interact with two different database instances of two different weblogic servers.
    More eloborately,
I have some data in DB_Instance1 running on[b] Weblogic_Server1 and I need to insert the same data into DB_instance2 running on Weblogic_server2. Is it possible. Could some explain me how to do that..
    Thanks in advance...
    Sreekanth.

    Hi Rick,
Try logging onto both Server first. You'll have to use either 2 separate ODBC DSN's or 2 separate OLE DB connections. Set them both for Trusted Authentication, you'll have to configure that on the Server also. Then try your query.
If that doesn't work then you'll have to create a Stored Procedure or View that can link the 2 Server side.
    Thank you

  • Two different windows opening

Just got new MacPro with Snow Leopard.
I set up my three Exchange e-mail accounts without problem. However, when I open the app, two different windows for the app -- same info on each -- open. Everything working fine, though.
Any thoughts on why this may be happening?

generally, on application start Mail will display the same windows that were open when you last quit Mail. does this not happen? if it doesn't happen I would think your Mail preferences are likely corrupt. quit Mail and delete (or move to the desktop) the file ~/library/preferences/com.apple.mail.plist. ~ means your home directory. you can get to it by clicking on the house icon in the sidebar of any finder window or by going to /users/username.
then start Mail. you'll have to recreate all your email accounts so make sure you know all their settings. once recreated they will recognize their existing mailboxes. see if Mail behaves after that.

  • Can I sync apps to my ipad using two different computers + itunes

    Hey guys,
I'm having a bit of a problem. I have two computers (windows laptop + windows pc) which I use both for buying apps (my ipad isn't always connected to our internet), recently I bought an app on my pc and then when syncing it asked for me to 'Erase and sync'. So I did this and the app installed fine, but all my other apps were reset.
Is it possible to use two different computers to buy apps and sync with my ipad without having to erase and sync?

    Thanks for your reply,
Im a bit disapointed with this though, seems sort of impratical.. I dunno what to do now, what computer to stick with :/

  • FDM Install & Configuring on two servers

    Hi All ,
We have installed & Configured FDM 11.2.1 in FDM App servers Q01 and Q02 . When I tried the web url Q01:19000/HyperionFDM or Q02:19000/HyperionFDM it is working as expected.
For Q01 ->Q02 is loadbalancing server
Here My issue is , If I setup a Machine Profile on Q01 ( source server) and Target as (HFMCLUSTER) ,It is working in Q01:19000/HyperionFDM but not working in Q02:19000/HyperionFDM. It is giving a machine profile error and vice versa ,
Can you please let us know how to cluster the environment from FDM.
    Regards,
    Keny Alex

Please make sure to have HFM Client installed on both the servers and you cna connect to HFM using the client.
Make sure to configure the HFM Adapter on both the machines.

    Hi,
There is a configurable on the destination to prevent the destination's
JNDI name from being bound into cluster-wide JNDI, named something
like "JNDIReplicationEnabled". The configurable is available
as a patch on top of SP3. I don't have time to look up the patch
number, but I know it is mentioned in the JMS performance
white-paper (available on dev2dev.bea.com) in the
              "emulating distributed destinations" section.

  • Proxy to JMS szenario - two different receiver queues in production

    Hi guys,
I've got the following async scenario: Proxy to JMS.
Now I want to solve the following requirement:
In production environment are 2 instances (hosts) with the jms queues, one as a "normal" and one for reliability in case of any network errors, as fail over. In fact: we've got two different receiver queues (on different hosts with different ports) in case of a host is not available.
Is there a way to handle the second queue in receiver JMS-adapter?
I thought about "replyTo destination" in ASMA with Dynamic Configuration:
-> getting the hostname in Dynamic Configuration and see if we are on production instance (for test and development that doesn't matter)
-> make a lookup in Dynamic Configuration to check the availability ot the default host
-> in case of non-availability: overwrite the default host and default queue entry with the available host and available queue
-> in ASMA: host & queue-entry in "additional properties"
    Any other suggestions are welcome
If you have ideas far out from my thoughts feel free to tell
    Thanks a lot,
    Stefan

I have already provided the details.
And you need to have only one channel which can connect to both server.
You don't need to create two different channel with two different host name.
    One channel with
two host name ( Original server + Fail over server ) , paramter JMS.QueueConnectionFactoryImpl.constructor
One queue name , parameter JMS.QueueImpl.constructor:
What you need to do is, please create the SAME JMS queue in both servers and configure the fail over server as i mentioned earlier.
Please configure the query string parameters in the receiver JSM channel ( Advanced-->Additional paramters )
    JMS.QueueConnectionFactoryImpl.classname:
JMS.QueueConnectionFactoryImpl.constructor: As i mentioned in the earlier post
    JMS.QueueImpl.classname:
    JMS.QueueImpl.constructor: <<queue name>>

    Hi Sanjeev,
If it is a context based configuration  that you are doing then, you would need to configure context on the ASA first, you can refer to this document for it:
