JMS configure in  Two JVM - (Urgent)

Hi,
Application is running in resin server. For my requirement server should publish message and morethan one client(standalone application) should consume that message (non durable). How should i configure for topic connection.

Sounds like you want basic JMS message consumer functionality.

I have same interest in this too. I have looked around for some information, but I have no answer yet about deploying weblogic 8.1 on other server other than weblogic server.
But, there are some information about deploying weblogic 5.x, 6.x, and some part of 7.x in jboss server. You can check these urls:
    http://wiki.jboss.org/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=FoeDeployerService
    http://wiki.jboss.org/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=PortingFromWeblogic
And for anybody who has had any clue, idea, or any information about deploying weblogic 8.1 (and above) outside weblogic server, please kindly share your knowledge.

    Hi,
There is a configurable on the destination to prevent the destination's
JNDI name from being bound into cluster-wide JNDI, named something
like "JNDIReplicationEnabled". The configurable is available
as a patch on top of SP3. I don't have time to look up the patch
number, but I know it is mentioned in the JMS performance
white-paper (available on dev2dev.bea.com) in the
              "emulating distributed destinations" section.

  • Configuration of two-phase-commit in OC4J 10.1.2

Configuration of two-phase-commit in OC4J 10.1.2 in application with multiple modules
We have an application ear file consisting of ejb-modules (mdb and slsb) and two web-modules. We are using Oracle's advanced queueing for messaging and CMT (all ejb use the Required transaction attribute). We need different datasources (OrionCMTDataSource) including that for aq, so we need two-phase-commit. The web clients use ejbs and browse the messaging system. Our 'orion-application.xml' includes a commit-coordinator configuration, and the database is setup correctly. The configuration works fine for mdbs, when sending messages to the queues. When a client starts after messages have been sent and consumed by the mdbs, oc4j complains that no commit-coordinator is defined in 'server.xml'. If we start the client first, it can access the queues, but then the mdbs complain. It seems that the first one "gets" the commit-coordinator and the second one fails.
    Some questions:
Why isn't the second client type using the commit-coordinator configuration of the "orion-application.xml"?
Is such scenario not supported by OC4J?
How can I setup the application correctly?
How do I configure commit-coordinator with different datasources to the same database? (Commit-Coordinator is also this database)

Take a look 'How to Use a Custom Serializer with Oracle Application Server Web Services' [1].
In your case, you should be looking at BeanMultiRefSerializer (org.apache.soap.encoding.soapenc), which will serialize your data using href and providing a way to deal with cycles.

In one client, from the main windows, open two sub-windows.
When open the two sub-windows, I want use different JVM. But I does not know how to communicate in two JVM each other.

I mean, While Java program running on default JVM,
you can create another JVM using JNI Not with the Sun VM you can't. It will not create another VM.
    and then call
functions specifying the JVM on which that function
has to be executed. I haven't tried creating JVM
using JNI call, but there is a function to do so.And it will fail if a VM already exists in the same application.

We pass to much time configuring in TEST server and later reconfiguring in PROD server

FNDLOAD: can be used for Migration to synchronize the data across databases instance (Dev/Prod).
Using FNDLOAD can download data from an application entity into an editable text file, which can be uploaded to another database. The Conversion between database format and text file format is specified by a configuration file.
    What can be Done?
·It can be done following list
    · Concurrent Programs, Executables
    · Request Groups, Request Sets

  • Is it possible that Exchange UM could be configure with two call managers over the same sip?

    Hi,
I have Cisco call manager 8.2 integrated with Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Unified Messaging.
Call manager has primary and secondary server. I created a sip trunk and linked primary CUCM with Exchange. Users can leave and get voice mails.
Problem: In case that primary server is down (WAN is down) the users registered on secondary server but they cannot contact to Exchange Unified Messaging.
I added  new UM Dial Plan with the same pilot and associated it to the secondary CUCM server. UM answered but do not recognize the extension number "is not a valid mailbox extension".
Is it possible that Exchange UM could be configure with two call managers over the same sip, the same pilot number, different associated UM servers and get access to the same voice mail boxes?
    If not:
Does exist a way to configure Exchange UM that will work if one CUCM server is down?

  • Two JVM on Single Weblogic8.1 Server

    Hi All
We are planning to setup two JVM in a single Weblogic Server8.1SP5. Two applications are going to run on each JVM.
Just I want to confirm that if it is two JVM means Two individual Managed Servers or not. Please any one confirm.
    Cheers
    csr

    Yes.
1 JVM per managed server, plus a JVM for the Admin Server.
(you can use the Admin Server to deploy applications in a non-clustered environment if so inclined)

  • How to configure JMS listener in separate jvm

    Hi Guys,
I am new to this forums so please let me know if iam making any mistake.
I have 2 instances of tomcat running on different port numbers. I am using apache ActiveMq as my message broker for sending the jms message using queue. Code for sending the message is present in a servlet. So when I run that servlet message gets sent.
In my other tomcat i retrieve this jms message. But for me issue is this messsage gets retrieved only if i write this code in a servlet and I run that servlet.
Is there any way where i can configure a listener for my class present in tomcat 2. So that when message gets sent that piece of code gets triggered automatically and I can read that message.

Sounds like you want basic JMS message consumer functionality.

  • How to do Apache configuration for two different domains

    Hi ,
I was just trying out some clustering workshop on weblogic. I faced a issue..here is the scenario :
    I have two clusters :
    Cluster1 : 3 managed servers (server1,server2,server3)
    Cluster2 : 2managed servers (server4,server5)
I have two sample applications which i have deployed on these two clusters i.e app1 on cluster1 and app2 on cluster2.
These two aplications are deployed successsfully as i am able to open these applicatons from browser by calling the individual port of the managed server like : http://localhost:7003/app1.
Now i have installed a apache server on my laptop and configured the http.conf file.
Issue : I am not able to call both the application from apache. If there is only one cluster then it is working fine and for two application only one cluster (application) is working that too whose port is defined in the last.
Here are the contents of my httpd.conf file :
    # This is the main Apache HTTP server configuration file. It contains the
    # configuration directives that give the server its instructions.
    # See <URL:http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2> for detailed information.
    # In particular, see
    # <URL:http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/mod/directives.html>
    # for a discussion of each configuration directive.
    # Do NOT simply read the instructions in here without understanding
    # what they do. They're here only as hints or reminders. If you are unsure
    # consult the online docs. You have been warned.
    # Configuration and logfile names: If the filenames you specify for many
    # of the server's control files begin with "/" (or "drive:/" for Win32), the
    # server will use that explicit path. If the filenames do not begin
    # with "/", the value of ServerRoot is prepended -- so "logs/foo.log"
    # with ServerRoot set to "C:/Program Files/Apache Software Foundation/Apache2.2" will be interpreted by the
    # server as "C:/Program Files/Apache Software Foundation/Apache2.2/logs/foo.log".
    # NOTE: Where filenames are specified, you must use forward slashes
    # instead of backslashes (e.g., "c:/apache" instead of "c:\apache").
    # If a drive letter is omitted, the drive on which httpd.exe is located
    # will be used by default. It is recommended that you always supply
    # an explicit drive letter in absolute paths to avoid confusion.
    # ServerRoot: The top of the directory tree under which the server's
    # configuration, error, and log files are kept.
    # Do not add a slash at the end of the directory path. If you point
    # ServerRoot at a non-local disk, be sure to point the LockFile directive
