Hi Jason,
It depends on your Support team configurations. Usually if u have configured SV-SMG* component to land in the message processors box( according to roles and responsibilities) it shd send the message only to the support team members mail id specified in the Business partner link. Some typical configurations are done in this way.
1 Mail to Message processor intimating him that the new message is in his queue for his action.
2. Mail to the message creator when ever there is a change in its status
3. Mail to SAP manager when a message is not taken care of in stipulate service contract time ( Only if the Service contract is implemented) etc etc...
They are some typical scenarios i have seen but never a mail has been sent to the whole support team in the ORG STRUCUTRE.
They are a few inputs from my side.. hopefully they are helpful.

I feel your pain. I awoke this morning to check my text messages on my iPhone (I'm away working in Norway) only to notice a text my girlfriend sent over the night. The title bar over the message listed her Italian mobile number instead of her name. I thought that odd, only to realize that virtually all of my contacts have disappeared from the iCloud. Even more strange, there appears to be no order, rhyme nor reason, or any form of sense as to what has been deleted. If this (and a few other issues I have with post-Jobs Apple) is indicative of Apple's trajectory, they're not going to be around long. I'm beyond ******-off over this and I'll be thinking very hard about buying Apple products in the future.

Whilst this information is informative, it is not particularly helpful. The link Jim provided takes me to a channel I had already tried; the Chat. The agent on the chat was unable to help me with my enquiry as, as he put it "we do not have sufficient expertise to help me with my problem".
Hence my desire to escalate the issue. Whilst I could (and will) try their phone support, which only works in office hours, an email address for support would be more convenient to both me and the support team. This is because the support team could prioritise my enquiry, and apply resources to it according to their work-load.
So I believe email support would make an extremely good adjunct to the other channels of support they provide.

However, I have 3 Issues Regarding iPad 2 with IOS 7:
1.) I can no longer open up the apps from the update page. (I used to be
able to & it was a quick way of making certain that I wanted to keep an app
before I updated it.
2.) I have many apps that I have updated since installing the new
operating system & they now have "open" symbols next to them, but I don't
know how to get them off of my update list (since that has already been
done to them).
3.) My iPad has gotten stuck or frozen more in this last week since the
new update then has in the last 2 years put together. (It seems to be stemming from the "Updates" page as sometimes that page is just white & will not open, even though everything else opens & I have an internet connection.)

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. I am having problems with my IPad 1 ...it has suddenly stopped charging (despite using a new charger - which worked fine a few days ago). I have tried different plug sockets,turning the IPad off fully but still the IPad will not charge. How can I change my email address on Apple Support Communities?

Currently, I receive emails from Apple Support Communities on my Hotmail account, which is also my Apple ID.
I have now created a similar alias @icloud.com and I would like to send all the mail from Apple Support Communities to my new iCloud email.

I'm not sure where to post this, but since I ordered a wi-fi 3G iPad, I'll try here.
I am trying like crazy to find an email address to contact about my order. I placed an order for the iPad 2 wi-fi / 3G 32G w/o engraving. I wanted to upgrade it to the 64G with engraving. I just wanted to send an email asking how I should go about changing my order. I can't, for the life of me, find an email address for order support. Or any other support for that matter. All their support seems to be through phone numbers and FAQ. Maybe I'm missing something.

My main Apple ID is a gmail one, that I can get to, but the email address in my support profile, and therefore the email address that iCloud sends a verification email to, is for a company I no longer work for and have no way of getting to.

Finally found the answer. Iknew it had to be simple, it was just difficult to find it!
Go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and sign in.Click the "Manage your account" link.
On the right hand side, click the "Edit" link in the "Apple ID and Primary Email Address" area.
Change your email address and click "Save changes"

There is not email address for Apple Support. Use the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page, and you should get an option for a chat session.
And why so angry? What exactly is your technical problem, no one can hear you when your calling them? Does your microphone work? Does your speaker work? What troubleshooting steps have you tried? Are you able to create a Voice Memo and then play it back and hear yourself?

Go into Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>your account>Outgoing mail ServerSMTP>Primary Server then turn Server ON and fill in both User Name + Password under Outgoing Mail Server.
