Job change/deleted log!

Hi,
Job scheduled was deleted (SAP 4.6c)
How to find out who deleted this scheduled job?
Is there a change log for jobs or table exists.
Thanks in advance,
AC.

I did not see any table when job has deleted status .
any how trace the FM BP_JOB_CHECKSTATE  ,You may get good idea.
I guess it will not store any table
Thanks

  • Adobe 9.5 deletes log files - need to turn off creation of log files

    We have a bunch of files from SAS outputs that include a .sas, .rtf, .log extensions.
    When we try to convert a batch of the .rtf files to PDF by right clicking on them, the .log files are deleted. The originals are not Adobe .log files, but required files from the SAS output.
    I have unchecked "Delete Log Files for Successful jobs" in both Distiller and the Adobe printer preferences.
    It only deletes the .log with the same name as file types associated with Word. If I create .txt or xls files and .log files with the same name (i.e. test.txt and test.log) it does not delete the .log file, but it is overwritten by the Adobe log.
    This happens whether the file is local or on a mapped network drive.
    If I save to a different location, the .log is not deleted or overwritten, but that is really just a workaround. It's doable if it's the only option.
    They can also copy only the .rtf files to another folder and copy the .pdf files back after, but this is alot of extra work for high volumes
    This is an ongoing need involving lots of files, so moving or renaming is not an option, even with batch programs.
    What I really need to do is stop Adobe from creating AND deleting log files or force it to create the .log files in a different location than the original. Unless the problem is Word, but I cannot find any information on this problem.
    Thanks
    Mike

    You are right, it would make perfect sense, however as you can see from the below forum, I was not able to solve this compilation issue..

  • Help!!  I changed my log in screen to show a blank name and pw. Now I cannot open the computer???

    Help!!  I changed my log in screen to show a blank name and pw. Now I cannot open the computer???

    1.Turn on the computer and when you hear the startup chime hold CMD+S. This boots the computer into single-user mode, giving you root access.
    2.Once single-user mode loads (it looks like a black screen with white text) mount the hard drive. So at the prompt type in:
    /sbin/mount -uw /
    3. Now that the drive is mounted we can edit the file system. We need to delete a file that tells your computer that you have completed setup. So type in:
    rm /var/db/.applesetupdone
    4.We need the system to reboot so it can check for the file and not find it. Type in:
    reboot
    5.Continue setup
    Be sure to select “DO NOT TRANSFER MY DATA”.
    6.Finish setup and login.
    7. Go to system preferences and edit that account so it HAS A NAME.

  • Change document logs

    Hi experts.
    Do somebody know how can I plan the deleting of the change document logs?  It's the CDHDR table.
    This morning I've found that this log has been emptied and we need this information for some important workflow reports, on concrete words, this is being happening for some object class such like "material".
    Thanks and Regards.
    Ismael

    So you have the update (V2) FM to update change document, but did you also create an update (V1) FM to update the database table (Similar to following sample.)
    CALL FUNCTION 'Z_YOUROBJECT_UPDATE_V1' IN UPDATE TASK
       TABLES
         xztable = xztable
         yztable = yztable.
    CALL FUNCTION 'Z_YOUROBJECT_WRITE_DOCUMEN_V2' IN UPDATE TASK
       EXPORTING
         objectid                = objectid
         tcode                   = tcode
         utime                   = utime
         udate                   = udate
         username                = username
         planned_change_number   = planned_change_number
         object_change_indicator = cdoc_upd_object
         planned_or_real_changes = cdoc_planned_or_real
         no_change_pointers      = cdoc_no_change_pointers
         upd_ztable              = upd_ztable
       TABLES
         xztable                 = xztable
         yztable                 = yztable.
    COMMIT WORK.

  • Deletion Log for output types

    Hi all,
    Where can i find the deletion log for output types
    need to know the username and timestamp.

    Hi Mayank,
    some of the NACE settings are customizing.
    If you enabled the customizing change recordings (which should be ALWAYS enabled on dev system's client), you can browse the changes with the Change Log Browser of customizing tables
    To enable the client recording, please find
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp60_sp/helpdata/en/7e/c81ec852c511d182c50000e829fbfe/content.htm
    If recording was not enabled, no change logs are availible.
    You may reconstruct "old" values by drilling into (released) TMS customizing transports to see which values where included but that's pretty technical view of data.
    Best regards,
    Matthias

  • Deleting Logs in The Console

    I have been messing around and have found logs...
    System Logs, Console Logs, etc.
    Is it ok for me to delete those, or will it crash my system?
    I just think it's unneeded memory taken up?
    Thanks!

    Megafast:
    Normally logs may be deleted, but, as a general rule, I think it is a VERY bad idea to delete/change operating system components. The amount of space the logs is minimal, and OS X runs daily, weekly, and monthly UNIX routines that delete some rotated logs.
    If you wish to delete logs anyhow, a program called Cocktail provides a GUI front end to UNIX routines/services.
    As a final note, the logs are there for a reason and can be essential in a troubleshooting situation.

    I have bought an used Iphone 5. I dont have the password for the existing login id of the old owner. How do i use the phone and change the log in id?

    Unfortunatly the only way that you can get it off is to get the old user to input the password.  You may need to contact that old user and see if he can put the old password in.  hope this helps.

  • SAP DB  changing the Log mode to the "Owerwrite mode is ON"

    Hi!
    I would like to know, which consequences do I have, changing the Log mode to the "Owerwrite mode is ON".
    Is that comparable with Oracle's archive mode?
    What should I note proccessing so (e.g. to make back up)
    I don't use the system in productive mode and would like to save/spare free space on my server....
    Thank you very much!
    regards
    Axel

    Hi Marcus,
    once again to clarify: I know it from oracle: Is it right that , If I activate in SAP DB "Owerwrite mode is. ON" no new logfiles will be created.
    Only the existing logfiles will be overwrtiten.
    It means I "save" space, because no new log files a 4,5 GB will be created, is not?
    I am not familiar with SAP DB.
    How should I proceed with Backup (online, offlne)?
    Thank you
    regards

  • Function modules for delivery creation, change, deletion.

    hi all,
    anyone know and worked on function module to create/change/delete deliveries with reference to sales order/without reference of sales order.
    if any one knows about the function modules please let me know.

    BAPI_DELIVERYPROCESSING_EXEC will allow you to create an outbound delivery, but this is <b><u>not released</u></b> for customer use yet(Rel.47). Type that function module in the forum search area and you will get some sample code.

  • How to change redo log size in oracle 10g

    Hi Experts,
    Can anybody confirm how to change redo log size in oracle 10g?
    Amit

    Dear Amit,
    You can enlarge the size of existing Online Redo log files, by adding new groups with different size of files (origlog$/mirrlog$) and then carefully droping the old groups with  their associated inactive files.
    Please refer SAP Note 309526 - Enlarging redo log files to perform the activity.
    Steps to perform:
    STEP-1. Analyze the exisiting situation and prepare an action plan.
    A. You have to ensure that no more than one log switch per minute occurs during peak times.
    It may also be necessary to increase the size of the online redo logs until they are large enough.
    Too many log switches lead to too many checkpoints, which in turn lead to a high writing load in the I/O subsystem.
    Use ST04 -> Additional Functions --> Display GV$-Views
    There you can select
    Gv$LOG_HISTORY --->for determing your existing LOG switching frequency.
    GV$LOG -
    > list the status(INACTIVE/CURRENT/ACTIVE) /size/sequence no. of existing online redolog files
    GV$LOGFILE  --- > list the information of existing online  redolog files with their storage paths
    You can document the existing situation of Online Redo Log Fiile management before going to enlarge Redo Log Files.
    It will be helpful, if something goes wrong while performing activities.
    B. Based on above Situation analysis, Plan your New Redo Log Group and there Members with new optimal size.
    e.g.
    Group No.         Redo Log File Locations  u201C/oracle/<SID>/u201D                  Size
                                 /origlogA                  /mirrlogA
    15                        log_g15m1.dbf         log_g15m2.dbf               100 MB
    17                        log_g17m1.dbf            log_g17m2.dbf               100 MB
                                /origlogB                    /mirrlogB
    16                       log_g16m1.dbf          log_g16m2.dbf            100 MB
    18                       log_g18m1.dbf            log_g18m2.dbf            100 MB
    Continue to next.....

    Hello
    I have a manu Pricing Condition Type and a rate(obtained from custom source) was inserted pro-grammatically into this line item whenever the new line item was added into the basket using CRM_ISA_BASKET_ITEMS badi.

  • How can I change the log level of Sun Clsuter software?

    Hello,
    Now we have a problem about Sun Cluster.
    But we cannot isolate the cause.
    So we'd like to raise the log level of the cluster software.
    I think we can do it.
    I'm soory that we don't have any manuals about SUN here
    And this is an aregent issue
    Please let me know how to change the log level.
    Thanks in advance.
    Masaharu Nakashima.

    I am not sure I understand your question fully. Are you referring to SC2.2?
    The man pages of the sun cluster commands is included in the product. You may want to look into those for any command line options.
    Set your MANPATH environment variable to /opt/SUNWcluster/man.
    Thanks
