Job Evaluation Results (Points) in IT1050

Hello Experts,
I am looking to know the best practice to hold Job Evaluation Results in IT1050.  Do you do it by Job Level or by Position Level.
Could anyone with experience in this respond and perhaps also let me know why.

Thanks for your response.
I was not able to correctly get the data i asked for (the Internal values picked from the system). The path you specified gives the data related to that particular position which is not matching the value diaplyed in portal.
One more issue i am facing is that while we do the Composite Result by Job in Portal, after Build composite comparison is done.
When in the comparison parameters, Employee is selected in the 'compare with' field, the internal value remains zero.
I am stuck with this. Please guide...

  • LSMW for PP01 infotype 1050 -Job Evaluation results

    While doing the recording for IT1050 using LSMW, in the Process recording field the field for Job evaluation results doesn't get picked up.
    When the recording is done, in the maintain Object Attributes step of LSMW, I select the Object type as S , enter an object ID and then select the Job evaluation result infotype and then click on create. I enter the values in the respective fields and then save it. Now I am in the Process Recording screen and I enter the field details. There in the INS screen the Markfield value for the Job evaluation result infotype is not getting picked properly.
    Can u plz help as to what settings need to be done for correctly inserting the infotype fields with the values provided?

    I was reading the Pdf from SAP but couldn't really understand what is job evaluation. I was wondering where we use it, how the jobs are evaluated, how do they come up with evaluation points. Please explain with some example. Also how job evaluation different from Salary survey results.
    This is what I found from SDN PDF.  Job evaluation results are used to determine the relative worth of each job and position in your organization.
    This infotype is divided into subtypes. Use the subtypes to represent different job evaluation
    systems. This allows you to store different sets of job evaluation results.
    Subtype EV01 = Hay System
    Subtype EV02 = In-house job evaluation system

    Job evaluation is the criteria to have a market rate for each of the job  which is achieved via surveys by external consultants.
    Job evaluation results to determine the relative worth of each job and position in your organization.
    Example.. across the organization Jobs are defined like SAP HR
    Rate for that job in  different organization is say
    org x 1000
    org y 1200
    org z  950
    now we can store the results of surveys and can have a benchmark for job SAP HR as 1100

    Hi,
    The time clusters are found using reports RPCLST*(B2, B1, PC etc) via SE38. You can find the time clusters under the time menu in the menu tree.
    PCL1 - Database for HR work area
    PCL2 - Accounting Results (time, travel expense and payroll);
    The database table PCL2 contains the following data areas:
    B2 time accounting results
    CD cluster directory of the CD manager
    PS generated schemas
    PT texts for generated schemas
    RX payroll accounting results/international
    Rn payroll accounting results/country-specific ( n = HR country indicator )
    ZL personal work schedule
    Tto retrieve payroll results accesse SAP transaction PC_PAYRESULT for all countries.
    Finally u can get the results for time PT_CLSTB2 , for Payroll PC_PAYRESULT. With this t.codes u can get the require results for ur custom report.

    Hi,
    Our customer is using a third party system for time evaluation as well as SAP time evaluation.  Now they would like to upload the evaluation results from that system into their SAP system, so that all the data can be viewed in the same place for statistical purposes.  Is this possible? And if yes, how is it accomplished?

  • Compensation Management - Job Evaluation subtypes

    We have deleted all standard subtypes (EV01, EV02, EV03) subtypes against the IT Job evaluation and added new ones as per the client requirement, but when we are creating that infotype against the object Job along with the Customized subtypes we get a dropdown which has an entry 'EV01' without any description. We do not want these entries.. Can someone help me to resolve this issue..

  • Camera tracker solving without errors but not showing result points

    hi
    I am trying the new camera tracker in AE cs6,
    im using very simple shots that can be tracked easily,
    and im having some strange behaviours,
    basically in many shots the analysis takes places with no errors but after the camera solve no result points appear, even if i use the advanced mode , changing all other parameters etc, and no errors are reported anywhere, also i select the effect on the panel and i also make sure the points size parameters are scaled up,
    but if i click on processing points (the unchecked box below 3d solve) i can see they are all there, and i can also create camera and the camera is created, so its as if all the process takes place correctly but for some reason the solve points are not shown on screen
    it has happened to me that with same shot sometimes they appeared and sometimes not, but most times they dont
    what can be happening in here?

    if i click on
    Render Track Points
    i can see there are great track points that follow all the movement perfectly,
    and yet without checking that box no solve points appear, even when i select the effect on effects panel
    or change any other parameter or do the advanced mode
    i can still click on create camera etc, but i cannot attach a text etc to a specific solve point because no solve points appear
    and yet as i say, if i click on the Render Track Points box i can see great tracking points all over the place following the action
    so the fact that selecting Render Track Points on effects panel shows great perfect points following all , does that confirm that camera solve was successful?
    i just cannot understand why i cannot see any solve points that i can interact with
    i have tried to scale sizes all the way up, select effect on panel and hundred other things

  • Increasing the Number of Candidate Job Search Results in E-Recruiting

    Hello,
    Would anyone happen to know where to go to increase the number of candidate candidate job search results in E-Recruiting?  It's default value is set as only allowing 10 jobs per page.  If you want to display more you have to click the down arrow.  How would I allow it to show, say 25, or maybe 50 per page?
    Any help you can provide would be appreciated!

    I tried the following combinations in table T77RCF_UI_PARAM
    Name                           Param.type                            Parameters
    hrrcf_unrg_srch             MAX_VISIBLE_ITEMS             25

    hrrcf_unrg_srch             SEARCH_POSTINGS             25
    None of which increased the number of hits that appeared on the page.  The value still remained at 10 per page.
    It would appear that somewhere in the result_list.bsp view for hrrcf_unrg_srch that this is being set.  If I view the methods for class CL_HRRCF_UNRG_SRCH_HL_RESULT_V I find three that would appear to be relivent:  PREPARE_HITLIST, GET_HITS_PER_PAGE and SHOW_HITLIST.  However, I am having trouble tracking down where the default value of 10 hits per page is being set at.

  • Query on Time Evaluation results

    Hi,
    When i run time evaluation for 2000 employess without the 'Display Log' option,
    i get the result as
    Successful runs for                         1500
    including with errors                           300
    Processing not completed for             100
    Rejected                                              100
    Where i would be able to see the 300 personnel number which has run 'including with errors',
    100 personnel numbers for whom 'processing not completed for' and
    100 personnel numbers which got 'rejected'.

    Hi Santosh,
    List out 500 employee numbers  with error. Check there IT0007, check there work schedules also, and then  execute time evaluation in Test mode. Check the log once again. If it is error free then only execute in final run. And then check the B2 Cluster in PT66. You can see the results in B2 Cluster when log is error free.

  • Infotype 1050 - Job Evaluation

    Question: Anyone know of infotype 1050 is being used by or could be used by the BSP page of Job Pricing in ECC 5.0?
    I went through the entire process from creating survey provider -> job matching -> aging -> composite result -> salary adjustment and don't see it write to this infotype.
    Was curious to know if that is part of the old functionality which is left there or it could be used by the job pricing functionality.

  • Starting job from the point which it Canceled .

    I have a program which updated/insert records to a massive tables.
    The program is running with fetch on 10K on each round.
    Is there any way to start the job/program on the same point which it been canceld/stop?
    so the program will not have to run the records that already been updated again.

    Other way is to check if i already updated the field.
    Then it will start with 10*.
    the select will look like this -
    select * from tabname  where
    field <> '10%'.
    The problem is that this field is not always a key filed and it will cause a long response times.
    What do you think about it ?

  • Job processing - Result ALV GRID

    Hi folks!
    I'm not very familiar with job processing. I'm having a report that displays an alv grid as a result of it. However it seems that the amount of registers to be read from the database now they are much, much more, so the users are getting the dump of time exceeded.
    What I have in mind is to run this on background, but I know there are some limitations when running on background. My question here is that:
    Is it possible to have an alv grid report to run as a Job, or I would have to replace the alv by simple report with Write statement?

    I'm trying to filter a XML file... someting like getting
    <ROOT>
    <A></A>
    </ROOT>
    from...
    <ROOT>
    <A></A>
    <B></B>
    <C></C>
    </ROOT>
    so, I create a Document from a parsed XML file and evaluate it using a XPath expression like "//A".
    My problem is that the given result is a NodeList, and I'd like to keep the Document Object instead. Is there anyway of doing this?
    Can I build a new Document from the nodeList or something like this?

    The results will be a list of nodes from the document - you don't lose the document any more than foo.getClass() loses whatever object foo was. If you want a different document with copies of the nodes in under a 'ROOT" element, copy the nodes procedurally, or use XSLT. If you don't want to keep the original document, you could also remove any elements not in the nodelist (or having descendents in the nodelist) from it, but that would be far more compilicated.
