Job List

Can I remove jobs done from the job list. If so how. Thanks

Hi Paul8071,
If your asking about the print jobs, inside 'View Job History', on your ePrint Center account, at this time you cannot remove the job history.  If your not asking about the Job list on your ePrint Center account please post again with clarification.
Thanks

  • Java Printing Service (JPS) How to get printer status and pending jobs list

    Hi,
I am trying to determine what is the current status of a printer in my computer as well as what is the list of pending printing jobs at any moment.
I want to monitor activity on a printer in my computer, so I can capture and log the jobs that are sent to my printer over time.
I would like to do so by monitoring the printer pending jobs list (if that can be retrieved through any java method) and make a log of changes in that list.
Any advice on how to get the list of pending jobs of a printer?
I checked the API and JobState class seems to be a descriptor of one single job... I suppose the method to retrieve a list of pending jobs in a printer would return an array of JobState objects... but I have not being able to find yet such method...
    Thanks in advance,
    JN

  • Job list for particular user entered in Job Step

    Hello Gurus,
please, how can I found out which jobs run under particular user's authority?
I don't need the job list for user which I can enter on input screen in SM37 into field "User". I need the list of jobs, in which particular user is entered in jobs' step. During the setting up of the job in SM36 there can be entered different user, under whose authority the job runs, and this user can be different from author of the job visible in SM37. I need the list of jobs where particular user was entered in jobs' step in SM36.
    Thank you very much,
    Ondrej

    Hello Jens,
great, thank you a lot for your solution.

  • No Printer Job List and No AutoQuit

I have a Canon i70 printer. When I print a document the Canon i70 application automatically opens on my computer. However, when the job finishes, the application does not automatically quit as it used to in previous versions of OS X. The other problem is that be default the job list does not show up in the printer application. So, it's sort of the worst of both worlds. The printer application is open, but doesn't have any information there. To get the job list I have to open System Preferences and double-click on the printer, and then the job list opens in the Canon i70 application. Does anyone know how to change either of these settings (i.e. to get the job list to show by default and to get the printer application to quit automatically after a successful print)? They're both pretty irritating.
    Thanks.

Sorry for the previous replies. Now that you have clarified your issue I can understand what you are experiencing. For the record, I have never had this symptom on any Mac and hence my confusion with what you were seeing.
Whenever I print, the printer queue for that printer appears in the Dock, and if I click on it before it quits I see a pane that provides the ability to Delete, Hold and Pause a print job for that print queue.
If you are not getting the same then I suggest you try resetting the printing system, which will require you to add the print queues again.
To reset the printing system, open Print & Fax and move your mouse over the Printers list. Then hold down the Control button and click your mouse. When reset printing system appears, let go of the Control button and click the reset text. This will remove all printer queues but not the associated driver files. So, if you unplug the i70 USB and reconnect, the printer should automatically appear back in the Printers list.

iManager, iprint, printermanager, printer agent tab, control, select the
printer and click on "pause output". This will cause the print job to
    stay on the server spooler

  • Clearing Job List

I found a bug in our FCServer system which was making multiple copies of assets and encoding proxies for each one. This was seriously effecting the workload time on our server and therefore stopping us from working! Fortunately, we have created a response to stop this happening but it has left a bit of a mess in our job list. We now have several pages of idle transcoding jobs which I'd like to delete but can't.
Does anyone know how to clear submitted jobs from the list? I have tried the right-click option but the Cancel field is unavailable...

  • Job list report

There is some requirement from the user as in like they want to print the order details in a single sheet.
Is job list report suitable for their requirement?

    Hi,
In OID1 for Application area O -> You can assign a FORM or  Z FORM - to a Shop paper here with the print programme
If ur client wants some specific things which are not covered in Job list shop paper then u can modify the copy the standard FORM that is assigned to that in OID1 and create a ZFORM and assign it here .. In u can Z FORM u can make changes to include additional data which u require ..
Some times based on the data u may have to change the print programme also ..You can check with your ABAPer for more details ..if ur looking for designing a Z FORM ..

  • Error getting library jobs list?

    Oracle 10.2.0.3
Using the database control whenever I try to view the Job Library I get the following error:
Error getting library jobs list - ORA-06550: line 1, column 7: PLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'GET_LIBRARY_DATA' ORA-06550: line 1, column 7: PL/SQL: Statement ignored
    This occurs on all databases.
    Any ideas?
    Cheers,

Thanks for the link. It does describe the symptoms.
I have tested with the following steps to try and isolate when the issue is introduced.
    Install 10.2.0.1
Create a new database, and the Job Library page works as expected.
    Install 10.2.0.3 patch set
Create a new database, and the Job Library page works as expected.
Install ORACLE 10.2.0.3 PATCH 16 BUG
This appears to be the patch which causes the problem. If I create a database after installing this patch, I get the error specified.

  • How can I delete printed job list Delete jobs grayed

How can I delete printed job list Delete jobs grayed

Apple lets you see a list of what is printed out but there is no way to erase the list and mine is two years of all that printed out. I want to erase it but there is no place to get rid of the list or the items on it. Epson said it was an Apple problem. Apple doesn't seem to know the answer. You can only delete jobs when it is not grayed out and it is usually for those you have not printed . I am hoping someone can figure it out.

  • Background job list output

    hi friends,
i have a report that i submit to run as background job...in this report there are outputs, e.g. "WRITE" statements...how can i make those visible on screen ?
    regards,
    clemens

    Hi,
When you run the job in the Background, the Output will be generated in the Spool, so you can look at this from SE37 or From Spool SP01, from there you can see that value,
You can use the below function modules to read the Spool
BAPI_XBP_JOB_SPOOLLIST_READ    Read the Spool List of an ABAP Job Step
BAPI_XBP_JOB_SPOOLLIST_READ_20 Read the spool list for an ABAP job step (XBP Version 2.0)
BAPI_XBP_JOB_SPOOLLST_READ_RW  Read ABAP Job Step Spool List (Raw Format)

  • Hi this is how to get into your old partner jobs list

Hi there, I have worked out how to make the link to the old jobs in your partner portal work.
    1. log into your partner site.
    1. click on this link http://syd.worldsecuresystems.com/PartnerPortal/Support.aspx
    1. log in to the new Adobe help screen that comes up. You will then be in the new help zone.
    1. click on this link again http://syd.worldsecuresystems.com/PartnerPortal/Support.aspxand this time it will go to your old jobs list

It's not a deft bit of UI design, but it is foolproof.
Here -- from the User Manual.
To switch to the expanded metadata overlay view in the Browser in filmstrip view, grid view, and list view
    Do one of the following:
Choose View > Metadata Display, then choose Switch to Expanded View from the Browser section of the submenu (or press Shift-U).

Note: Switching to the expanded view increases the number of columns displayed in list view.

  • HT4775 I made a DVD in compressor and even though the disk is finished, I still see the active job.  How do I clear the job off the active jobs list?

A few weeks ago, I launched compressor via FCPX to make a DVD.  Everything went fine.  The disc burned and ejected from my DVD burner, but the job is still listed under Active Jobs.  Nothing I've tried will make it go away.  Is there any way to clear that list?

Go into your Home library and open Application Support and then Compressor. Open the History sub folder and within that, open V4. Scroll down to find the job and drag it to the trash.

  • Jobs disappear from job list

    Hello experts,
i post this thread because there is a new problem with a reports server running in Oracle Application Server 10.1.2.3.0
We configured a reports server like this:
    Engine-ID: rwEng
    Classpath:
    initEngine: 1
    maxEngine: 3
    minEngine: 1
    engLife: 50
    maxIdle (minutes): 30
    Cache Size (MB): 30
    Timeout (minutes): 15
    max Connections: 20
    max Queue-size: 1000
    trace-option: none
We queued 15 daily executive jobs.
But these jobs disappear after a while. So the queue list is empty!
sometimes after a week and sometimes after a few days this jobs disappear from queue.
May you can help me solving this problem?
    Thanks a lot.
    Best regards
    Florian

Hello, I to have had this problem with a brand new Mac Pro and new install. I did note that, whilst I didn't use the migration assistant I did copy over my preferences from an old system though and may have corrupted something.
My buddies loaded, presumably from AOL system as they appear no matter where i log in from. But a new buddy that i tried to add simply appeared, pulsed for a few seconds and disappeared. I was able to chat with the friend and screen share, audio chat and video chat with them but could only make a connection if I was quick to do so from adding them again to my buddy list.
To resolve the issue I deleted all iChat preference files:
    com.apple.iChat.AIM.plist
    com.apple.iChat.plist
    com.apple.iChat.SubNet.plist
    com.apple.iChatAgent.plist
that were stored in my ~/Library/Preferences folder.
I did have to re-sign in to iChat but that is only a user name and password which gets re-stores in my Keychain so no bother.
Hope this helps as it worked for me!
    Just
