Job logs from the original system after Unicode conversion.

Dear Globalization experts,
We are doing Unicode conversion and would like to know, if the Job logs from the batch jobs, executed before conversion (system with a 1100 code page), would be readable in the Unicode system after the conversion. We will move job log files from the source to the target system. I . Thank you in advance for your help.

I have strong doubts that this will work ...
From SAP notes 842767 and 901004 you can see, that spool data will not be converted properly by default.
In general this is valid for data stored in TemSe, as this is by definition temporary data (see for example http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/en/d9/4a8f9c51ea11d189570000e829fbbd/content.htm ).
However I actually did not test it, so I am not 100% sure.

If the C key for Install Disc or R Command for OS X Recovery startup commands are not working, try holding the Option key for the Startup Manager.

You can't do it directly on the iPad - the new album functionality basically only allows you to copy photos into those new albums, you can't move them. The way that I think of it as working is that you are just creating pointers to the photos in those new albums, so if you then delete the original photo on the iPad you therefore automatically delete all the pointers to it.
If you want to re-organise your albums then you will need to do it on your computer and then sync those albums over to the iPad

Use File >> Save As
Choose a different file name so as not to overwrite the original and don't save any changes when closing the original.

Hierarchy R3PRODHIER may only be changed in the original system

I have created a new Product Hierarchy in R/3 when i try to replicated them into CRM by using initial replication of DNL_CUST_PROD1.system throwing an error saying : Hierarchy R3PRODHIER may only be changed in the original system R3LNT200. ....in the SMQ2 before doing initial replication of DNL_CUST_PROD1 status was green.
And again i try to replicated the DNL_CUST_PROD1 by reguest load which has run successfully and 3 blocks are generated then i run the initial replication of Material but status of initial replication status in waiting. which is not run i mean to say.
then i again created a Request load for Object Material and which is run success fully
but my problem is i did not see the new hierarchy and products too in Table COMM_PRODUCT
.and when i see status of the in DNL_CUST_PROD1in R3am1. which is in ABORT .
Hence i request you could you please help me inorder to make green status of the DNL_CUST_PROD1 in r3am1 so that i can able to nun material successfully

I'm assuming this development is copied from your production.
For example: Go to COMM_PRODUCT table and check the log sys field. Now it will show the Production Logical System. So you need to convert this value.
After the client copy, basis needs to execute BDLS transaction. This transaction is used to convert the logical systems in all the Database Tables.
     Perform this conversion only for Client Dependent Tables.
     Execute below conversion in CRM Development Box
                   CRMOLDLOGICAL SYSTEM to CRMNEWLOGICALSYSTEM
                   ECCOLDLOGICALSYSTEM to ECCNEWLOGICALSYSTEM
      In ECC Development Box
                   CRMOLDLOGICAL SYSTEM to CRMNEWLOGICALSYSTEM

Unable to Logon to the SAP System after Installing SAPNW2004sSneakPreviewAB

   I Installed SAPNW2004sSneakPreviewABAP.
   If i am trying to run the NSP Server it first Starting (Showing Blue Color ) and after few seconds it is becoming Yellow in Color. When i cross checked in Process list it is showing one of the process in yellow color i.e.
disp+work.EXE whose description is Dispatcher
and Status is showing as "Running but Dialog Queue standstill"
May be because of this i am unable to log on the SAP System.
One more thing i got a licence key from SAP but when i am trying to intall licence key using saplicence -install this is also not working it is showing following error message.

The only observations are that the backup drive is deemed too small and the quite long list of diagnostic reports dated between Jan 18, 2015 (which I believe is the day I upgraded to Yosemite) & today the latest Yosemite update was installed on Jan 28, 2015

To resolve this, you need to reconfigure the "Oracle Application Testing Suite Helper Service" (OATSHelperSvr) to start as a user who has privledges to run open script tests rather than the default SYSTEM user.
Reconfiguring the OATSHelperSvr Service:
1. Open the services panel (Start > Run > services.msc)
2. Find the Oracle Application Testing Suite Helper Service
3. Right Click > Properties then select the Log On Tab
4. Specify an interactive user that has rights to run OpenScript (test by logging in as that user and running tests):
5. Click OK
6. Restart the service after dialogs are closed by Right Click > Restart
7. You should now repeat this process for the "Oracle Application Testing Suite Agent Service" (eLoadAgentMon) Service (Two services in
total)
You should now retry running the test in Oracle Test Manager

We recently built a new system which is Copy of another system.We decomission our old system.Now when ABAPer is trying to edit Z/Y programs in se38 they are getting message "SAP System is not the original system of the object being edited".We already completed all post process after system copy.Client is open and status in Golbal modifiable in se06.

We rebuild new development system from the exsisting devlopment system and scrap old one.And yes thats true that new system is not the original system where object was created,its a replica of old dev to nev dev with SID change.

Tried to post a question about restoring my i mac from time machine, but this new format makes no sense to me. I want to restore my i mac from time machine after I reinstall the OS from the original disk. Will a time machine restore only restore the applications and data or will it restore the current state of the OS. Splitting a library does not remove the folder I moved from the original library. I exported a folder of 3000 images from the original library to a new library. The new libraryb was created alright, but the folder and the 3000 images remain in the original library. Why? And how do I safely remove them?

Exporting a library will create a duplicate of the exported library items. Usually you do this to work on a partial library on another computer and later merge the changed images back. Splitting the library is not the primary purpose of exporting.
If you want to remove the library items that you exported, select them in the source list of the library inspector and delete them (File > Delete Original Images and all Versions). Then empty the Aperture Trash, after checking that you did not trash more than you wanted.
But check, if the backup of your Aperture library is in working condition, and check the exported library carefully, before you do such a massive delete.
