Java forums, job offer spamming and ethics

Hi peoples,
I was thinking about the random job offering posts that creep up on these forums now and again. They annoy me as much as they probably annoy the next person, I'd imagine. Now, I know there's a report abuse button you can click, and the thread might eventually get deleted, but I'm not sure that really gets the point across that this is a bad thing to do.
So here's where the ethics question comes in...
I was thinking about making a program that, upon entering an email address, would attempt to start signing up that email to as many newsletters, mailings and random crap from various sites around the internet as possible. That way, when I see someone post a job offering on these forums (with an email to respond to, of course), I could provide the user with as much "useful" information as they have provided me. There's no question of whether or not I could write this, the real question lies in whether it would be an ethical thing to do or not.
All I'm really looking for is some opinions regarding whether or not this is a good idea. If I see that a lot of other posters feel the same way, I'll start working on this in my off-time, and I'll make sure to post the source code for it too :)

And also a google search of "sign up for spam illegal" didn't turn up anything to the effect of this act being illegal.
Well, I'm pretty much an expert barrister now. Time to quit being a software engineer and go take the bar...

Developing an Eclipse RCP Plugin Project with CE and NWDI

Hallo,
I want to know what's the best way to create an Eclipse RCP application and have the sources managed by the NWDI.
My problem is that development components within a software component can only be plain java projects and not plugin projects. Now I can convert a plugin project to a development component but when I try to build this dc it fails because the needed libraries for this origin plugin project (Plug-In Dependencies) are not available because is it now just a plain java project.
However I could create another dc with the needed libraries and add this dc as a required dc but then it is not the same as a standard plugin project and I don't know if that could create problems then.
In case anybody knows how to solve this problems, please give me a hint.

Hi,
I fixed the java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError problem in the Eclipse 3.1 Plug-in: in the Run > Environment, set the CLASSPATH variable to the directory containing the target program's package hierarchy. Now the Trace program runs ok when invoked from the plug-in.
However, when I repeated the same configuration in Eclipse 3.0.2, I got the following runtime error.
Unhandled event loop exception
Reason:
com/sun/jdi/connect/VMStartException
Isn't Eclipse 3.0.2 supposed to behave in the same way? Any help will be much appreciated!

Simple RMI server and client works fine, however if use eclipse rcp as the client, it hangs forever while "lookup".

Summary of Position:
This experienced, inquisitive, and self-motivated software engineer will be charged with the creation, maintenance, and evolution of data acquisition and control software for the company’s precision solar cell instrumentation products. This role requires intimate familiarity with LabVIEW™ graphical programming language with emphasis in data acquisition and orientation toward user experience. Duties and Responsibilities:
Rapidly develop familiarity with existing LabVIEW™-based software modules such that existing products can be supported, maintained and evolved
Add customized features to standard product software in conjunction with customer requests
Write novel code in conjunction with new and existing hardware product offerings
Work with manufacturing personnel to ensure proper production process for software bound for customers
Work with documentation personnel to ensure accurate depiction of software capabilities and usage in internal and external documentation
Work with management to identify and prioritize software engineering projects
Required Qualifications:
2-5 years' experience and expertise in LabVIEW™ graphical programming language
Experience and knowledge of data acquisition best practices
Appreciation for, and design orientation toward, optimal user experience
Ability to communicate clearly with engineers and customers
Experience with and knowledge of software revision control best practices
Excellent organizational skills
Desired Qualifications:
Prior experience in hardware-based technology and/or manufacturing business

I am a control systems engineer with 16 years of experience designing and building large systems using LabVIEW in Albuquerque NM and working currently for TEAM Technologies Inc. almost 15 years.
I hold a Master Degree in Space Power Systems graduated from Moscow Aerospace University.
I invented and implemented a message-driven and scripting controlled LabVIEW architecture which I presented couple times at NIWeeks, published in LTR, and local NI and ALVIN seminars.
