These procedures will solve this issue.

How to find the user exit for order cancellation

I want to find the user exit for order cancellation. And also to ensure that no one amends the order once the canellation has taken place. The cancellation shall be deemed to be affected only if the vendor has confirmed the acknowledgement of the order cancellation.
I have got a Zreport where this order should not come as open order item.
Please tell me the method of finding the users exit for order cancellation and stop the order from getting modified. And also how to find the tables in which the data has to be updated that the order has to be cancelled.
In the PO header i want an additional tab <cancellation> by which the user by the help of userid and password should be able to cancel the order. An order once cancelled cannot be undone. A new order has to be placed. The new order can be placed refencing the cancelled purchased order.
My client has got a very stringent requirement. In the past cancelled order has been undone and caused lot of problems.

Do you use Outlook or Entourage? If so, that's where all of your emails are stored. If you don't use either of those applications I'd go digging through the folders and see where all the space is tied up. Check the Identifies folders, that's probably where everything is located.

User status for Notification

Hi all, I want to change the user status NOCO(Notification completed) for M2 type of notification in the Quality client.I did it in Dev client for M2(Break down Notn) and imported the TR to Quality.When i try to assign this status in Quality client, the system is throwing an error as follows.
Status NOCO is not allowed (QNF 10039901). Solution please.Also provide the path in SPRO.

Have you completed all of the tasks in the notification. Has the Notification the following system status : ATCO ,
If not, you would not be able to complete the Notification. Try Completing all the tasks and then mark the Notification as Complete.
If you have defined any user status to be NOCO, then check that whether in the User status profile, against the current user status of the Notification, the lowest and Highest columns allow the NOCO status or not. Include the status number for NOCO against the current user status. This would solve the problem.

Deleted Microsoft User Data for Entourage- please HELP!!

I believe I deleted my Microsoft User Data for Entourage. Is there a way for me to get it back? I thought I backed it all up to my MYBOOK, external hard drive, but apparently It only accepted some of the items in the folder! (and not the User Data one!)
Any way to reverse this or find it after the trash was emptied??
It has ALL of my emails, contacts, saved emails, etc

Basics of File Recovery
If you simply put files in the Trash you can restore them by opening the Trash (left-click on the Trash icon) and drag the files from the Trash to your Desktop or other desired location. OS X also provides a short-cut to undo the last item moved to the Trash -press COMMAND-Z.
If you empty the Trash the files are gone. Recovery is possible but you must not allow any additional writes to the hard drive - shut it down. When you delete files you erase only the directory entries, not the files themselves. However, the space occupied by the files has been returned to the system as available for storage. Writing to the drive will then eventually overwrite the space once occupied by the deleted files in which case the files are lost permanently. Also if you save a file over an existing file of the same name, then the old file is overwritten and cannot be recovered.
If you stop using the drive it's possible to recover deleted files that have not been overwritten with recovery software such as Data Rescue II, File Salvage or TechTool Pro. Each of the preceding come on bootable CDs to enable usage without risk of writing more data to the hard drive.
The longer the hard drive remains in use and data are written to it, the greater the risk your deleted files will be overwritten.

Completion date for notification, IW22

when i tried to set the completion date for a notification through IW22 am not able to view the completion date and completion time inputs in the popup screen, only reference date and reference time is showing
can this be due any status set to that notification

since am a technical person am not that much aware of the entire process.since i dont have internet in our office i cant send u the screen shots also

User exit for notification on print in IW51

Hi Friends,
I want to capture user satus when notification - IW51 is printed for a particular form. When I click on "Service Notifiaction Tab" and then "PRINT" , then "NOTIFICATION" , after this when I select a form and click on PRINT , the user staus should be saved.
So i would like to know what event is triggered after the PRINT button is clicked?

When notification is printed PRT System Status is updated and notification can be printed any no of times i gues and this is possible after releasing the Notification ... if you want user status to get updated at that time first please check the option of User Status profile please see whether Printing Business Transaction .. in Configuration under setting for Notification type ...if there is no option then use User Exit QQMA0014 QM/PM/SM: Checks before saving a notification..,In this you need to use FM STATUS_READ to read system status ...

User status for Notification and Work order

We generate Service Notification IW26. I have already configured user status like PMND (Planning order not done), AWOP (Awaiting ordered parts) etc. in the Work order a while ago. Now the user wants same User status to the Notification as well. I like to know from experts what is the value added to have the same user status for both Notification and Work Order?
Do you have any suggestions?

The customer intent behind this requirement must be to check in reporting / List Display Transaction about the Order Status. If they want to know looking at a Pending Notification List about the Order Status, you can always provide similar report using SAP Query Builder or with help of your Developer.
Apart from that If the Requirement is to have these User Statuses in Notification itself, Please advice them that it will be extra activity while performing transaction.
I dont see any other benefit of having User Statuses added to Notification as well.
Do let me know if you have some more info on Why Customer is requesting this....

User exit for notification

Hi all,
There is requirement that my user want that notification should not be completed ( Notification type Q 1 ) if some of the fields like refrence no , item code , item long text is not maintained in the notification. I know that there is user exit fir the notification saving but it is not useful one user just create notification , other user inter item code and long text and third user closes the notification .
Is there any user exit which will trigger at the time of notification comlpetion

Notification with order --> IW51 transaction
for eg.
i am creating notification in iw51 with some 5 items. ven i am click the sales orders button which is @ iw51. what are the items found in notification is not copied to order, so i am again adding the items manually in order .
so what i need is , i need the user-exits r anytin to solve the problem
my probelm is
if i create notification with 5 items in IW51 transaction, ven i click the order button which is @ notification, all the items which is at notification (here v have 5 items in notification),that has to copy to order also..
again again, i dont want to add all the things in which is @ notification..

The problem is that the period is corrected during creation of the billing document (VF01) but not during cancellation. The period for profit center document in VF01 is corrected in user-exit (ZXPCAU04, function EXIT_SAPLPCRW_002) and for spec. purpose ledger in BADI (implementation of FI_SL_BADI_POPER).
These objects are not invoked during cancellation - I have to create new implementations.
I was looking for some solution on the forum but nothing helped. I've tried to use one of these Uesr Exit / BADI for VF11 but it also haven't helped.

But when cancellation of production order that time only GR & GI reverse. But I want to revers other information which I had added at the time of confirmation.

While cancelling the confirmation user exit CONFPP05 will be triggered.

MB5B showing diff data for diff users

Dear All,
At my client side in standard report MB5B for one user data for particular material is coming while for another user
it is showing no data.
I have checked authorization object in SU53 but it is having no problem.
Roles,parameters and profiles are correct in both.
Also i have checked all materials in MB5B for both users and found the materials which are having nil stock in current
date are not showing data for that user while for other user it is showing data.
What could be the reason and what changes are required in user profiles??
