I purchased from the Ovi Store via operator billing: Vodacom Group Pty Ltd phone bill
The software: JOIKUSPOT PREMIUM WiFi HotSpot
An error which could not be resolved on my phone and memory card developed, necessitating a full format of both pieces of hardware. The Ovi Store fortunately remembers by prior purchase of the software Gravity, but not Joikuspot Premium. It appears that the software is also now unmarked in downloaded/paid for items (My Stuff) on my other phone. I have emailed [email protected] directly, and await some resolution. I hope I'm not the only one with this issue.

You're going to have to write to support, which you can find at: http://mea.nokia.com/support#, if you're in the Middle East and/or Africa, for example. They'll refund you through bank EFT, whether or not you purchased through operator billing or credit card/other financial services.   • Joikuspot premium cannot be used after upgrade!

    Hi, i have re-purchased the joikuspot premium software for my new phone from Nokia Ovi Store. After i downloaded the program from Nokia website, i can use the software immediately. when i started to use the software, I was being reminded the availability of the new version 3.0. Therefore i went to joikuspot website using my phone E72 to update the software. However, after i installed the software, it ask me the 12 digit code which i do not have(Nokia did not issue me with the code). how do i get the 12 digit code from ovi store??can anyone help??

    You seem to have a very old version initially of JoikuSpot in your phone, which still uses the digit codes for DRM and for some reason doesnt recognize your license key. Most likely because the initial version you got from OVI Store has different DRM mechanism as the version you have now replaced into your phone. This is unfortunate, related to DRM detection differences BUT the solution is easy; just contact Joikusoft customer service at [email protected] or via support site www.joiku.com and they shall assist you further with your need to renew your license key.

  • Problems with the new iPad and Joikuspot premium after iOS 6

    Hi,
    I'm experiencing serious problems with my new iPad after last iOS update. Usually I was connecting to the internet through Joikuspot premium on Nokia mobile phone (E6). I was able to do everything, https sites surfing, absolutely everything with no exceptions.
    Now, after iOS 6 update, I can't connect to https sites, google+, sync calendar etc.
    I've tried to change connection criteria on joikuspot but nothing. The fact is also that other devices as laptop or other smartphones are still working perfectly, in any case, sharing the wi-fi connection created by joikuspot.
    Finally the problem is 100% due to the iPad and the new iOS.
    disappointing, amateur for such a device... (iPad I mean).
    Any help?

    After purchasing songs at the itunes store,  my ipod touch will no longer synch with the itunes library at all. It won't send the purchases to the device and it won't synch any other music to the device. Also a lock symbol is now displayed at the top of the ipod touch. How do I fix this.
    This was the first purchase I made.

    It has the error range of 3000's which states

The process is stuck and  Each time I get another comment,  "authenticating", "purchase is being processed right now" etc. I tried to delete apps and download again, restart the ipad, enable and disable restrictions and nothing helps. I always get a refund but the problem remains the same. Did anyone meet the same problem?

    Look, I understand I still need a card attached to the account. The problem is, it won't accept my card because I only have 87 cents in my bank account right now.
    If I had known there would be so much trouble with the iTunes card, I would have just put the cash in my bank account in the morning instead of buying an iTunes card (I didn't expect the banks to be open on Thanksgiving of course).
    Apple will only accept cards that have a balance. The balance is so small in my account that it won't accept it as a valid card.
    I'm going to have to contact Apple anyway to reset the security questions. That's obvious. Your answers were not exactly helpful. You didn't tell me anything I don't already know, but thanks for trying to be helpful.

    Did you have Joikuspot Premium working on a E7-00 after upgrading to Nokia Belle?
    I know that the program crashes if Data and Wifi are not turned on at it's startup.

    Yesterday I installed the latest Nokia Suite [Ver. 3.3.36] to be able to upgrade my E7 to the new Belle software.
    After a successful installation my touch-screen does not function anymore
    So I was advised by someone from Nokia support to repeat the installation, but without success !!**$%#%#% 
    Does anybody have any suggestion (beside sending it to a repair-centre).

    Audiobooks are currently a one-time only download from the store, so it won't show for re-downloading. If you haven't got a copy of it anywhere (if it's on your computer's iTunes then it should be in the Books part of your library) and it's still in the store then you can try contacting iTunes support and see if they will grant you a re-download : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

  • HT2693 what can i do when vendor contact support page can't send my info/msg due to page error and i have paid for an app that no longer works after purchase

    What can i do when i purchase an app then after purchase the app fails to work. I deleted the app rebooted ipa then reinstated app. It still fails to work. I went to vendor support but when i go to send the info to them it comes up with unable to send msg due to page error. I am not happy. My child loved the app now it wont even open. Any help???

    That is about normal. You can maximize battery life by changing some settings. See:

    Apple will exchange your iPod for a refurbished one for with a new battery for $79. They do not fix yours.

  • Cannot use PhotoShop CS6 after trial expired, even after purchasing Creative Cloud Student Edition

    Hi.
    I had PhotoShop CS6 trial, which expired.
    I have purchased Creative Cloud student edition, I receive a message that my PhotoShop trial has expired.
    I am prompted to purchase the product to extend it, or type in the product's serial number
    (I never received a serial number.)
    I paid for Creative Cloud and have an order number, I should not be having this issue. 
    I have uninstalled and reinstalled PhotoShop CS6 multiple times, I also use DreamWeaver and am fearful that I will encounter the same issue. How can I use the Photoshop CS6 after I have paid for it?

    The trial expired 2 weeks ago - Monday.
    I purchased the Cloud Yesterday, also 2 weeks ago Monday 10/15/2012.
    I purchased it twice thinking 1 purchase did not complete.
    I still will need to request a refund for 1, I've been too busy between, work, school, and kid. I'm at work now.

  • After purchasing and downloaded GarageBand software, It won't work and start over and over to download the software

    After purchasing and downloading GarageBand on App Store the software won't start and switch to download over and over the software. It's virtually impossible to reach someone from Apple for support grrrrrrr.... So can someone could kindly give me a clue or solution for this issue?

    Have you restarted your computer after installing?
    if that does not help, repair the permissions on your system drive using the "First Aid" panel in "Disk Utility" (launch from Application > Utilities)
    And if this does not help, reinstall Garageband:
    Quit the AppStore.
    Move the GarageBand Application to the Trash, but do not empty the Trash.
    Reopen the AppSTore and sign in again with the same account you used to buy GarageBand. Now you should be able to download GarageBand again and to reinstall it.

  • After purchasing a song, where does the song go?!

    After purchasing songs on my iphone through itunes they used to go to my purchased songs in the ipod app. I updated my iphone and now after I purchase a song, I cannot find it and it is definitely not in my "purchased" songs. Anyone have any suggestions as to where they could be??

    Go to iTunes on your computer and click on "Check For Available Downloads..." under the Store drop down menu on the menu bar. If the song(s) won't download, check your purchase history on your iTunes Store Account to see if it was indeed purchased.
    As for the iPhone, try a reset (holding down the home and sleep/wake buttons until the iPhone restarts showing the apple logo screen). Ignore the red power slider.
