Journ.e Touch Virtual Store - blank white screen

I registered in the store. Then I was asked to invite an update and restart. Now I only get a white screen. Can I reset the program or download the update.

I also have a problem with Virtual Store. I made probably everything things with my tablet that I found on this forum. I update my soft, hard reset, soft reset. and I can't open Virtual Store. When I open VS I have a blank white page and anything else. I wait 10 minutes, 20, 30 and nothing. The Internet Connection is OK, because Opera browser open websites. After update soft the VS ask me about upatedting VS I click update and waiting. After that tablet restarts and the problem is back.

    I tried to download an upgrade that was recommended by APPLE, the upgrade stopped halfway through and the iPod Touch was turned off, now the iPod Touch has a BLANK WHITE SCREEN and is UNRESPONSIVE to the COMPUTER

    Hi guys
    a friend of mine recently gave me her Toshiba Journ.E touch.
    She had already unpacked and tuned it on.
    Well, when i got it, i tried to visit *Toshiba Virtual Store*
    But when I did, I saw a blank page.
    I waited 30 (!) minutes but still nothing.
    I asked my friend if she remembers doing something similar, she told me she doesnt know!
    I tried to reset it but still nothing.
    I dont even know the PERSONAL ACCOUNT (which I learned of its existence from this forum!! Since i dont know how the real page looks like!!! ).
    Please help me, i dont have access to the store!!
    I cant get anything!!!!

    I Just got the new a new ipod touch which was working fine.  I began updating to new apple software and while doing so I lost internet connection and ipod was unplugged.  Now all I get is a blank white or green screen even after reset.  The ipod won't even register when plugged into computer or itunes.  What can I do??     This has been going on for a couple of months.....I have uninstalled and re-installed everything, tried updating to the latest version of ITunes but the screen is still blank white.

    I was able to fix mine. I went to software update and updated a few things. I did not update everything, but only what I thought were the essentials, which I believe was Safari, a security update, and a firmware update.
    Then I deleted and reinstalled Itunes yet another time. Now the itunes store is back up again.

    My Ipod touch has a blank white screen. I have attempted to restore and restart. I have also reset. The touch is recognized on my itunes page. It will allow me to eject the ipod. I also put earphones on to determine whether I could hear anything (desperation). I can hear something through the speakers. Not music but kind of like dead air---a little hissing----so I know something is going on. I am confused about what to do or whether that little white screen is the beginning of the end.     In iTunes prefs>Store - is the Store check box unchecked?

    I am having the same problem so I followed your advice and signed out, restarted, and signed back in. It let me look at my account in the itunes store but when I try to leave my account and go to the actual itunes store, it is still just a blank white screen. There are home, music, movies, etc. tabs. Movies and tv shows both have a black screen but the rest are white. Do you have any other suggestions?

    If you're seeing a blank iTunes Store, see this support article:

    If that does't help, try resetting Winsock. This has solved the problem for some people, at least.
    1) Click on your start menu.
    2) Go to accessories
    3) Run the Command Prompt application. For those with Vista or Windows 7, right click on Comman Prompt and choose "run as administrator". 
    4) Once it opens, type in the following command... 
    netsh winsock reset
    5) hit Enter and it should say something like Winsock reset successful.
    6) Reboot your computer and try the iTunes Store again.
