I'm bustin' your chops.  Some call it humor, some don't have a sense for it....
The real point is Kappy gave you a link to a list of video demonstrations of changing the digitizer to show you that what you intend to do can in fact be done.  However, not once but TWICE you questiofed what was freely given to you, and you obviously didn't take the time or make any effort to find out if white framed digitizers are available.
The fact of the matter is, white framed digitizers are available, and rather inexpensively I might add.
My post with the outrageous prices was intended to trigger some of your obviously dormant gray matter into some form of activity that might just resemble intelligent human thought and maybe generate a giggle or two.  Guess I was wrong....  But at least now I know why you have a picture of a box of rocks for your avatar....

  • Replacing a face/head in photoshop touch

when replacing a face/head in photoshop touch, how do I blend the two images together..eg. skin tone

I'm thinking "match color" might help. Tap the layers icon in the lower left of the Layers panel; next, tap the icon of an artists' palette.
Make sure you have a selection made on the face and/or head before you do this for better results, else it'll use the entire layer.

  • Easiest way to replace a face in a picture?

    In Elements 10?

Use Photoshop Elements 7 or later.
    Open both the images :
    1) with face to replaced
    2) with face to be replaced with
Now go to File > New > PhotoshoMerge Faces
Drag the image, in which you want to replace the face to the right Bin(Final)
Click on the sourse Face image( from Project Bin) to open it on the Left Bin(Source)
Make small strokes on the face and see it getting copied on the image in the right.
In case the alignment of facaes is not automatically correct, use alignment tool button to drag and place the three Anchor points on both the right and Left images to mark them as corresponding points.

  • Can you confirm this Faces bug in iPhoto '11?

I have created an Smart Album "unnamed faces" which should show all photos with "unnamed" faces. It shows about 2,500 of my about 24,000 photos. Some of these have been added recently, some are in the library since the old iPhoto '08 days. I see that some of them often "forget" that I have already rotated them. Even the face frames stay unrotated and are sometimes converted from squares to rectangles. But all this doesn't really matter.
This is what I see as a bug: When I edit such a photo in the Smart Album, it e.g. shows one named face and "1 unnamed". I then rotate the image to have it in the desired portrait or landscape view, remove the wrong, rectangled and named face frame and name the unnamed, correctly placed square face frame with the desired person's name.
Whatever I do next, photos treated this way still tell me they would have 1 named and 1 unnamed face frame. I only see the named, square frame, because I have deleted the old, wrong and rectangled frame before.
Even more strange: When I set the Smart Album parameters like this:
it shows these "damaged" images, which optically only have one named face frame left. The (translated) settings are: "All" conditions: "Face is unnamed" && "Face is not unnamed".
This is really weird and I have no idea how to fix it except deleting and re-importing the images.
PS: Yes, I have already even tried all options of iPhoto Library Manager without success for this issue.

    Back to your original Library:
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. (In Library Manager it's the FIle -> Rebuild command)
This will create an entirely new library. It will then copy (or try to) your photos and all the associated metadata and versions to this new Library, and arrange it as close as it can to what you had in the damaged Library. It does this based on information it finds in the iPhoto sharing mechanism - but that means that things not shared won't be there, so no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your events, albums and keywords, faces and places back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.

  • What would you replace an ATI Radeon 9800 Pro (256MB) with?

    Hi,
I started a thread before asking whether I could replace a 256MB card with a 128MB card, even though the interface was a different shape.
But, as I know so little about Macs and graphics card, it seems wiser to ask
What would you replace an ATI Radeon 9800 Pro (256MB) with?
The computer is user for photo editing and normal internet/email use.  The photo editing is done on Adobe Photoshop for professional treatment of photographs.
    The computer is a Power Mac G5 (1.6GHz) and budge is £80 / $120.
    Thanks in advance, Franc.

    Hi-
Please check my recommendations in your other thread.
Better options for the 9800 Pro are the Radeon 9800 XT, Geforce 6800 GT, Geforce 6800 Ultra, or if one has the money or finds a good deal, a Radeon X800 XT.
For your budget and uses, the Geforce cards are a performance value buy.
BTW, I have owned all of the cards, used all of the cards, and tested all of the cards.
    Graphics Cards- ATI and Nvidia

  • How do you turn OFF faces in Iphoto?

How do you turn OFF faces in Iphoto? I hate it.

When I collapse it the face boxes go away, but next thing I know it's expanded again.
    Try the following:
1 - delete the iPhoto preference file, com.apple.iPhoto.plist, that resides in your
         User/Home/Library/ Preferences folder.
2 - delete iPhoto's cache file, Cache.db, that is located in your
User/Home/Library/Caches/com.apple.iPhoto folder (Snow Leopard and Earlier).
or with Lion and Mt. Lion from the User/Library/Containers/com.apple.iPhoto/
    Data/Library/Caches/com.apple.iPhoto folder
3 - reboot, launch iPhoto and try again.
NOTE:  In Lion and Mountain Lion the Library folder is now invisible. To make it permanently visible enter the following in the Terminal application window: chflags nohidden ~/Library and hit the Enter button - 10.7: Un-hide the User Library folder.

Can you replace a powermac g5 mbd with and Intel mbd?

I think you would have to do a lot of work in addition to just replacing the motherboard. Like getting a new power supply for instance as the cables won't match what Apple specs for their designed and built hardware. I think the best you can hope for is to reuse the Aluminum tower case, and that's about it.

Right-click on any IMAGE anywhere, then follow the Get Info instructions.
You can also do it on the Faces screen. At the bottom of that screen you should see a Suggested Faces bar. Double-click on one of the unnamed faces and add the person's name. If it's a new face, it will be added to face circles collection.

  • Version 2.0 how do you replace a photo in a template?

I've just updated  to IOS 7.0.3 and consequently updated Pages as well...I use the templates in Pages often, just replacing the template photo with my own.  I know I'm probably missing something simple, but how do you do it now?

I knew the minute I posted my question I would work it out!!!  I hadn't noticed the little + sign in the bottom corner of the template photo,  all good now.
