Jrockit 1.5.0 not working in mandrake 2005 AMD64 kernel 2.6

hi,
i tried to install
jrockit-jdk1.5.0-linux-em64t.tar.gz on a
Mandrake 2005 limited edition AMD64 .
The processor was Athlon 3000+ RAM 512MB.
The Kernel was 2.6
Then i tried to run the java command and no response. the command line just hangs or sit there without any message.
I unzip and untarred the file then set it path. a which java correctly points to jrocket-jdk1.5.0/bin folder. and the JAVA_HOME is set .
i am trying to mate a goat and a dog here or is there some config i can do to get jrockit linux 64bit on a Mandrake 2005 2.6 kernel

I assume you are trying the Tech Preview for Suse ES 9.0. Please check kernel & glibc compatibility at:

Unfortunately, this release does not work well on other configurations. We are working on expanding support for Intel EM64T/AMD64, but are encountering kernel-level issues in current Linux releases. We are working on getting these fixed. Please try our upcoming service pack release when it is made available.

PL/SQL Debugging not working on VS 2005

Hello,
I'm trying to debug a PL/SQL procedure from Oracle Explorer on Visual Studio 2005 SP1 (German), but it doesn't work. It seems as debugging runs, the process OracleDebugger.exe starts.
I can even stop debugging, and the process stops. But I can't "Step Into", and breakpoints are not reached. The procedure should insert a row, COMMIT is inside (only to test it). The row is not being inserted. When I only "Run" the procedure from Oracle Explorer, it works, the row is inserted.
The Output Windows shows only the following:
PL/SQL-Debugger wird gestartet.
PL/SQL-Debugger benutzt Port 55991 als Listener.
The port is open.
My config data:
- Oracle Server 10.2.0.3 running on development machine. CPUJan2007 applied.
- Visual Studio 2005 (German) with SP1
- ODAC (with ODT) 10.2.0.2.20
- Windows XP Professional SP2 (German)
- Oracle Application Debugging is not checked.
Debugging Oracle procedures from Visual Studio has never worked for me. I've read the forum, but I found no solution.

Hm.. try setting your port range to 1271 up to 1271 since we know that port works. Make sure SQLDeveloper is closed down.
There was a memory corruption bug affecting ODT PL/SQL Debugging in 10.2.0.2.20 although so far I have only seen reports of it affecting Application Debugging. Maybe it is causing your problem. If that is the case, the odds are decent that this would work on another machine, or it may start working for you after opening random projects, etc. Try doing the debugging with no Visual Studio project open as well. I'll see if there are other diagnostics we can do.

CR IX R2 Graphic Location not working with VS 2005

I have a folder that has a few thousand part images.
I created a report in CR IX R2 development and I have an image in my report that changes based on a part number parameter and it works great. If you r-click on an image, choose Format Graphic, click the Picture tab and at the bottom there is an X-2 formula button. I placed my image path and other info need to dynamically change based on the part number.
Looks like this : "C:\PartImages\" & {@PartImage} & ".tif"
The formula {@PartImage} is this: Left ({?PartNo},4)
When I add my report to my VB.net project I loose the feature and I think its because the version of crystal reports is older then the one I used to design my report and its not supported.
If I open the report with in VS2005, I don't have that option or see anything that would help me do this.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Can I pass an image to a crystal report as a parameter???

I have CR XI r2 installed on the same server as VS2005, this is how I can see that new feature for the graphic location.
My reference assemblies are version 10.2.3600 if VS2005.
Is there anyway to change what version of the Assemblies are in VS2005 to use the CR IX R2? How do I ensure .net to use the 11.5 ones and not the 10.2?

New Bluetooth Keyboard Not Working with iMac 2005

I just purchased a refurbished 2009 wireless Mac keyboard for my computer at work to replace the old outdated one. However, when I try getting it to connect I encounter a problem. While its being picked up by the bluetooth just fine, it tells me that it is unable to actually connect. It tells me the keyboard itself does not have the 'services' required to connect to the computer. I'm not sure what this means? This is not an issue I have ever encountered before. If anyone can assist me with this issue I would greatly appreciate it.

i have the same problem Also using an iMac21 inch late 2012. Has been working perfectly until 10.10.3. Now when the iMac wakes from sleep neither the mouse or keyboard are connected. The only recourse is to force a hard restart with the power button.
i have tried all your above items and also to no avail. I have set sleep to wait indefinitely & that has resolved my issue. Albeit with an increase in energy use.
I Would be grateful if anybody had some tips on how to resolve this situation.

Usb devices not working after 2.6.38 kernel upgrade

Hello everyone,
today I've upgraded my aur system to the latest packages version , kernel 2.6.38-2 .
After the reboot the usb keyboard doesn't work at all , as the usb mouse, leaving me struck at the login screen .
If I try to modify kernel boot parameters in grub or in a live distro (sysrescd) the keyboard works flawlessy .
Any clue ?

I just updated to 2.6.38.7-1. The USB devices that I have plugged in before booting work (e.g USB headset). If I try to insert a new USB device, it isn't recognized. Flash-disks and USB mice that worked under the last kernel aren't working at all.
Is there a command that lets you "turn on" a USB device, or force the kernel to recognize it? I tried messing around in /sys/bus, but even in the root shell, I got "invalid write" errors.

When I try to reconnect the mouse, nothing happens. You can see that the kernel has this error repeatedly;

Ralink RT5390 Does Not Work on the UEK Kernel

We installed OL6.3 and Ubuntu 12.04 on a new Asus X45A notebook. It has a Ralink RT5390 wireless card. With Ubuntu, both wifi and video work flawlessly. However, the wifi driver (from elrepo) does not work for the the uek kernel (2.6.39). While the wifi driver works when boot into the RHEL kernel (2.6.32), it created an "even bigger problem" in that the video starts at about 1/10 from the left edge of the screen.
As a result, we can only boot into Ubuntu on this new notebook, but we would like to use the uek kernel. Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Jrockit multicast bug on RHEL4, WLS cluster does not works!

We use Bea Weblogic 8.1SP5 with Jrockit JVM 1.4.2 on RHEL3. We upgraded to operating system to RHEL4, and found that the interface binding for multicast communication does not bind to the correct interface, it is always using the default interface. We tried it from a sample program, and found that the error is in the JVM.
This is a critical error for us, because our application server cluster use multicast for cluster communication.
No error msg. It seems like this BUG:

List steps to reproduce the problem:

You can reproduce it by this way (we have 6 RHEL4 servers, problem is the same). We tried with programs written in C (mcast,Tibco), multicast perfectly works on all interfaces on all servers. But in Java:

We examined the lsof output, the tester bind to all interfaces, so it should receive the messages:

We tried the test with Java 1.4.2 and 1.5 (Jrockit and Sun), the results are the same.

Our real problem that if multicast have problems, our Weblogic clusters does not works.

Use Server Cert in Managed server not working

I am using WebLogic 10.3.3 for a managed server with a jks keystore and jrockit cacert as the Custom Identity and Java Standard Trust. I have the FQDN as the alias for the server in the keystore. Under Advanced, I have checked Use Server Cert so outgoing web service calls from my deployed application will use the server cert as its identifier. I have used this configuration before, but it is not working this time.
At first, there were some weird Unsupported OID messages when loading the cacerts, but I was able to clear those messages up. Now, when the managed server comes up, the keystore and cacert file load without error, but the outgoing calls do NOT have the certificate included.
I have no failures regarding the certificates in any of the output files. I have tried two separate keystore files without change. Any help would be appreciated.

You can re-create the SSL handshake with a command line java app that uses the same keystores. Is it possible that the service you're invoking is no longer requesting the client cert?

Go to V/N1 transaction select your self defined access sequence then go in to the accesses and fields and check all fields are activated.
Make sure that these fields are flowing in your sales order.

Partner application logoff not working

We have a partner application registered with sso with custom login screen. The login works fine. We use the following code to logoff the partner application in logoff.jsp

but the logoff is not working properly. It is not invalidating the session and the logout http request is not going from the application server to the sso server.
Are there any additional configurations for SSO logoff.Any help is appreciated.

The WF should also trigger if i add the Partner function in UI.If i change any Attribute the WF triggers but i dont want to change the attribute when i add the partner function.
If i have only one event for WF that is Partner Change the WF will not trigger it for the 1st time when i save the UI. But next i come to the same saved doc and add a partner function then the Wf triggers.
So this means that Partner change is active.
the issue here is i need to trigger the WF on , the 1st time i save the UI, for which i wil be using Attribute Change and next time when i come back to saved doc the and add only the partner function and no changes are made to attributes the WF should again trigger.

IPhone 4 Voice Memos not working/saving

Hi there,
I'm having trouble with my voice memos too. Up until yesterday they were working fine and now, even though the record button works, the stop button does not and I can only pause them. Worse again is that the button to go into the menu to view all voice memos is not working so I can't play them from my iPhone and nothing new is saving to my iTunes. Please help!

I've always had the "Include Voice Memos" option selected. I think that only pertains to syncing voice memos from iTunes to the iPhone after it has been copied to iTunes. It has to be the new OS/iTunes not communicating that new memos have been recorded. For some reason they won't sync when I want them to, and then a few syncs later they magically appear.
By the way, I'm VERY comfortable with the iTunes and iPhone systems. I've been using iTunes for 5 years, and I've been recording class lectures with the iPhone voice memo app (and another app) for a couple years. It's not an error of not seeing that the memos were added; they don't exist in my library or music folders.
JUST OUT OF CURIOSITY, POST WHICH FIRMWARE YOU ARE RUNNING EXACTLY!!!
