Jsp debugging, verbose=true

Question

hi,
          i want to get compile-time and run-time errors directed to the browser and
          setting verbose=true in the properties file should do this right? well, it's
          not. any ideas?
          here's my jsp config entry in weblogic.properties:
          # WEBLOGIC JSP PROPERTIES
          # Sets up automatic page compilation for JSP. Adjust init args for
          # directory locations and uncomment to use.
          weblogic.httpd.register.*.jsp=\
          weblogic.servlet.JSPServlet

Also:
          You really are asking about debugging JSP's during development right?
          A reworking of this is coming in 4.5.1. It is does exactly what you want, 4.5.1
          should be just after the end of September.
