JTables-whats the story with them?

we are trying to populate a JTable from a mySql database. but are having trouble creating the table. if anyone has any idea how to do this or knows a site which could help that would be great. we are using veactors to create the table, and are having prblems with this. And problems displaying the table. any help would be much appreciated

I downloaded Creative Cloud Book lessons, but don't now what to do with them so I can open in Photoshop and follow the lessons

In in my 'download' folder.
I don't know what to do with them so I can use them as I follow the lessons in the book

Ive paid for my music but am not allowed to do what i want with them

i no i cant do anythin about this but its jus annoying because i have downloaded song and paid for them using itunes, and i shud be able to do what i want with them for example put them on my walkman phone to listen to, but some of them are encoded so i cant.
ive looked on i tunes to see if it tells u anywhere before u buy these songs and it doesnt.
so i feel ive wasted aload of money buying songs i like for to put on my phone and i cant!!

You can always put protected songs into a playlist and burn them out to an audio CD as is mentioned in this Apple article under "resolution"...

Once you burn the Audio CD, it is just a normal Audio format CD that you can play on any normal audio CD player. Or insert into any computer drive and read. Just like your store bought audio CDs you have probably already ripped into iTunes.

Did you ever figure this out? I followed these instructions and it worked! May have had something to do with the old MobileMe program becoming obsolete. After you click "Finder", then "Go", then hold down "option" button, then click "library" folder, then follow folders as listed.   I also deleted the MobileMeSyncClient folder (found in the same location) since it is no longer in use either.

You   need to delete the MobilSync backup folder. I have a Mac. Went to   /Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup and deleted the Backup   folder.
to   find your "library" folder you need to open "finder" then go to the top tool bar menu and open "go" then hold down the "option" button and   "library will appear in the "finder " menu on the left hand side...   cheers

Why is apple not providing information on what the problem withe email is and what they are doing to fix, along with a time frame for fixing the problem.

It was because the problem was major. If you do not know tech, you should know that a two day outage usually indicates some type of virus, hack, or a bad software load that they had to unravel. The common way to solve that is to rebuild servers and put back into service. That takes time.
Apple did not want to admit this problem. My guess at this stange was that they loaded new software that might be associated with the new IOS and it crashed. To reveal this would be to cast into doubt their future revenue.
Either way. Run do not walk away from Icloud products and services. Apple has demonstrated they can not be a business partner.

iPhone 3G has received its last iOS update. If wallpapers behind the homescreen icons is such an important feature for you, you'll need a newer model iPhone.

I found a fix for this, not only firefox but several other networking programs were broken as well (Outlook and IE were ok for some reason) so I reasoned that the Norton uninstall was incomplete somehow - I had done it from the add/remove programs in the control panel. Sure enough that's not enough to release Norton's tentacles in your system, there's an uninstall tool on their website (a whole set of them actually) that managed to carve it out completely and after a restart everything was back to normal. My machines will definitely be Norton-free from now on ... N

I'm not sure what you need to know but I'll tell what I know. It's a sub channel of the MLB Network that is on just two nights a week, Tuesday and Friday nights. It usually comes on at 7 pm but I have seen not come on until 8 and last night it said it was not coming on until 10 pm. I have no idea why it was that late. They basically just jump around to all the games that are being played at the time. Its like the NFL Redzone and the ESPN Goal Line channels. I think you have to have the Ultimate package to get this channel too. Hope that helps.

Im getting bits of info about java and utf-8, things like
"unless you wrap the FileInputStream, you'll get exceptions with UTF-8 encoding"
So can someone tell where there is a good resource for detailing problems / advice when dealing with utf-8 encoded data???

1) you've chosen SAX probably because it sticks well to your business requirements (i hope ;-), so keep it!
2) i am using both James Clark's XP and Xerces as my SAX parsers (XP for big volumes because it offers better performances): i am processing only UTF-8 encoded files with no problems,
3) sure, if you hit some troubles post again and a lot of pair of eyes will look into it!

What's the story with Launchpad app location?

Got a new MBP. Spent an hour setting up pages in Launchpad. Realized the sold computer, straight from the Apple Store, had 10.8 installed. Had to update to 10.8.2 to run some apps. Reboot and the Launchpad pages are FUBARed. What's up with that? It's been like this since day one of Launchpad. Can't this be put right? Come on man.

What's the story with Yosemite?

I just upgraded my iPhone to iOS 8 and I want to know what to do with the iCloud disk which is compatible with Yosemite. Right now I have Mavericks on my MacBook 2.4 Duo and I'm happy with it. All the glitches and so forth have been worked out and I don't think I want to go through another period where I can't get my mail, etc. So, has anyone tried Yosemite? the iCloud disk? the interface between the two? etc. Many thanks, Y

Thanks for responding. One of the entry questions after the upgrade to 8 iOS asks if you want iCloud Drive, but it states that "you will not be able to access the documents currently stored in iCloud on the following devices until they are also upgraded to iOS 8 or OSX Yosemite." My question is: should I upgrade to iCloud Drive if Yosemite is still unavailable if I want to access my documents?
