Jukeboxdriver 1.26.02 can't downl

Help. I just tried to upgrade the software on my new Nomad ZenExtra 60Gigs. I could update everything but the Jukebox driver .26.02. At the creative.com download site I kept getting the message "unable to download the component jukebox driver .26.02" . Yes, I turned off the virus protector.
I even did a search to find .26.02 at other sites. I did and downloaded it When I tried to install it, it started a search for the Novad (which was pluggen in to the computer) and could never find it. I tried this on both my portable and my desktop. Didn't work either place. (also couldn't download from creative.com for either machine. Anyone got any ideas what to do next? Naturally, phone support is down till the holidays are over.
Help would be greatly appreciated.

ndk45: Once the player is connected is it listed in Device Manager? Have you tried updating the driver from Device Manager, then using the manual option to point it to the driver install directory C:\Program Files\Creative\Jukebox 3 Drivers

are you using LE-Transportation? if yes, there are some helpful t-codes such as VI11 and VI12. you may also use t-code SQVI for queries, but you would have to know what tables to look for.

I reciently crashed my creative zen (20gb not the touch one) and accidently removed the firmware while in recovery mode. Does anyone know where I can get the firmware for this zen?. I can find others but cannot get them to work on it. I tried the driver in the zen section but It didn't put the firmware back on my player now I am stuck in recovery mode. With iPhoto 7 (iLife 08) the old iPhoto Library Folder is now a Unix Style Package File. The change was made to the format of the iPhoto library because many users were inadvertently corrupting their library by browsing through it with other software or making changes in it themselves.
There are many, many ways to access your files in iPhoto:
*For Users of 10.5 Only*
You can use any Open / Attach / Browse dialogue. On the left there's a Media heading, your pics can be accessed there. Apple-Click for selecting multiple pics.

Many internet sites such as Flickr and SmugMug have plug-ins for accessing the iPhoto Library. If the site you want to use doesn’t then some, one or any of these will also work:
To upload to a site that does not have an iPhoto Export Plug-in the recommended way is to Select the Pic in the iPhoto Window and go File -> Export and export the pic to the desktop, then upload from there. After the upload you can trash the pic on the desktop. It's only a copy and your original is safe in iPhoto.
This is also true for emailing with Web-based services. However, if you're using Gmail you can use iPhoto2GMail
If you use Apple's Mail, Entourage, AOL or Eudora you can email from within iPhoto.
If you use a Cocoa-based Browser such as Safari, you can drag the pics from the iPhoto Window to the Attach window in the browser.
*If you want to access the files with iPhoto not running*:
Create a Media Browser using Automator (takes about 10 seconds) or use this free utility Karelia iMedia Browser
Other options include:
1. *Drag and Drop*: Drag a photo from the iPhoto Window to the desktop, there iPhoto will make a full-sized copy of the pic.
2. *File -> Export*: Select the files in the iPhoto Window and go File -> Export. The dialogue will give you various options, including altering the format, naming the files and changing the size. Again, producing a copy.
3. *Show File*: Right- (or Control-) Click on a pic and in the resulting dialogue choose 'Show File'. A Finder window will pop open with the file already selected.

Some are reporting that logging out and back into your account again will resolve this. However if your problem persists:
Select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer.
Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will need to click the large ‘Report A Problem’ button under the list of previous purchases in order to reveal the ‘Report A Problem’ link for your recent purchase. If your purchase is listed as a previous purchase use the small arrow on the left side of its listing.
Alternatively you can use the receipt email to report a problem.

Can't power on Zen Nano Plus

I have a Zen Nano Plus gb. The unit powered off so I replaced the battery as it was weak. Now it won't power up. I tested the batteries and tried different batteries. No help. The display blinks on and off at /4 second intervals. When I connect it to the USB port the display lights but without the Logo and my PC thinks it is unattached. Mine is about 0 months old. Does anyone know if it is still on warranty and what can be done? Thanks.

I just installed it and I was good to go. The only issue I really had was installing the application from the CD which I mentioned earlier.But the application from the website installed with no problem whatsoever. I wish I could tell you something that would help as I know your frustration.Are you sure you downloaded the correct version for ME?You might ask someone if you really need this application to put music on you device because it seems like your device just acts like another dri've and you can just drag and drop into your device. I checked for waiting downloads in the iTunes App (purple icon) on device. Sure enough, there was a stuck download. Deleting that item (swipe to delete) seems to have gotten downloads working again and (hopefully) banished the message.

FF 3.6.10 can't find Bookmarks / DOM question

Seems like a lot of questions about Bookmarks and FF. I've got a page generated by a server script, in which <a name="xx"/> tags are scattered throughout the HTML. They are inside a <table>, inside a <tr> tag, but outside the <td>'s for that row.
Are there any limitations on where an <a> tag can sit within HTML, to be properly interpreted by FF?
When I look at DOM Inspector, the A tags look like they've been relocated outside the <table> which seems awful odd. In any case, the A's don't work in Firefox, but they do work in my IE6.

To avoid possible problems with downgrading, I recommend going to your profile folder and deleting the following files if they exist - extensions.cache, extensions.rdf, extensions.ini, extensions.sqlite and localstore.rdf. Deleting these files will force Firefox to rebuild the list of installed extensions, checking their compatibility, and reset toolbar customizations.

My imac running lion can not connect to a Windows PC on my network

My imac runing lion 10.7 can not connect to my Windows 7 pc on my network. When i select connect to server, I can see the windows computer but when i try to connect, i get the error message:
Connection failed. There was a problem connecting to the server. Ther server may not exist or is unavailable at this time. Check the server name or IP address, check your network connection and try again.
I entered smb:// computer name and I tried smb://IP address. Neither would connect.
I am able to connect to the imac from my Window PC and access files but not I can not connect my iMac to the Windows PC.
I am trying to connect the two computers so that I can use a printer that is attached to the Windows 7 pc.
When I first downl;oaded and installed Lion, I was able to connect to the Windows 7 pc and use the printer attached to it.
I have tried 5 or 6 different suggestions to no avail. Both computers are up to date and the printer drivers are up to date.
Please let me know if there is a solution.

Be sure to make the network Workgroup name on the Mac and Windows boxes the same.
On the Mac it is in System Preferences, Network Preferences, Advanced, WINS
On the Windows machine check in the Control Panel where you will also find the Computer name listed. I don't have my PC running right now, so I am not sure exactly where it is. Only assign a Workgroup, do not create a Domain.
You can also search in Windows for Workgroup.
I can link/network Lion to Win7 and vice versa without any problems.
