In smartforms the error "Jump distance is too large and cannot be generated" is displayed .
The detailed error desciption is :
A jump distance is too large and cannot be generated.
A control structure or a routine with "CHECK" or "EXIT" contains
too many ABAP statements.
Hi,
Remove dummy portions in the smartform and then generate it again and check.
If your smartform is with too many nodes and program lines then the error would occur.

we got a mega include with plenty of BI exit variables as part of the EXIT_SAPLRRS0_001 (enhancement RSR00001 - BI: Enhancements for Global Variables in Reporting; /nsmod) and face now the following problem:
"Jump distance is too large and cannot be generated." when activating the source.
It seems we reached a certain limit of ABAP statements or LOC. How can we extend this limit
or solve this challenge?

I assume that you have used condition statements like if...endif.
Every condition statement can hold only 32 KB of code. This issue can be resolved by modularizing the code or changing the logic in such a way that you dont hit the upper limit.
Following this, you can definitely solve the issue.

Hi All,
I am working on a User Exit for HR module. I am getting an error while activating the code. The error says.."Jump is too great and cannot be generated...A control structure or routine CHECK/EXIT contains too many ABAP statements.".
I had observed this error before also and I tried to remove the Check & Exit statements from the User exit code. Now a stage has come where I am not able to find any Check or Exit present in the code which can lead to this Jump error.
Is there any other reason for the error? How can I remove this error ??

Financial Reports 9.3.1 - Query is too large and cannot be executed
Hi,
I'm trying to pull a Financial report from one of my ASO cube, version 9.3.1 and received the following error.
"Query is too large and cannot be executed. The product of member counts across all dimensions in the query exceeds 2^64..."
The report is pulling from a combination of 6 different cross dimensions and drill down to the bottom level 0. I have read a couple of blogs with trying to change the buffer and sort buffer size from 10 KB to like 1000 KB within the database settings as well as the Pending cache size limit setting from like 32 MB to 64 MB on the Application setting. I've tried all combinations but nothing seems to work.
However, I was able to retrieve the same combinations through Essbase Excel Add-in by addding the MAXFORMULACACHESIZE in the Essbase config setting. But this didn't work for the Financial Reports. I know that in version 11.1.2 has that MDX Query enable through reports which may help with the query. Unfortunately, that MDX Query enable is not available within version 9.3.1.

The Database has data that is rolled up to all levels.
I can open the report to Edit in the Financial Reporting Studio. This allows me to click on members in the grid, however, when I search for members I am unable to do so. I can drill down to the member and select it, but when I run the report in FR studio, I get the same error message 'Error: Invalid Report Object'.

Maybe it got zoomed? Try Ctrl-0 (zero) and see if the text changes back to normal.

How can I cancel or delete a movie I tried to download to my iPhone? The file is too large and iTunes is hung up during the process of downloading. I've tried to swipe from right to left but that doesn't produce a delete button....

Itunes library too large and won't recognize all files, just new ones but
still shows the old ones and their location in the library. I was keeping the library on the 2TB external drive. It got too large. Now I want to put the music on one of the 1TB drives and just the videos on the 2TB drive. From my PC, I can watch everything.
I cannot download to an iPod or iTouch anything from the 2TB drive. When I hit max capacity, I temporarily started saving on one of my internal 2TB drives (space wh*re, I know)before I hit on what my solution would be, and now I can only download from that location. Why?
What can I do? I even tried switching the library location back, and it won't recognize anything. I'm screwed, and I have all this material... YEARS of collecting...
Someone please help me...To clarify, currently on the 2TB external drive are music and videos. Doesn't the Library file just save locations when iTunes closes down so everything should be OK? I mean, the prog can recognize everything, it just won't download to anything, even if I move from the external drive an older movie to the new drive, it refuses to "see" the movie so I can download it. -

I have no idea what may have caused your MacBook to stop working, but from your description it kind of sounds like it may have started before you ran Software Update and installed the new Apps. Just the general slow feeling and bugginess is what tips me off. You said that you weren't sure if you had closed all open windows, that doesn't matter if the computer restarts itself. It automatically closes all other open applications when restarting.
As to your data being retrievable, if when you take it in they do a fresh install of the OS, then no, it will not be unless you want to pay several thousand dollars to a software retrieval company.
I am glad to hear that you have taken into the Apple Store to get it fixed, and that you have all of your purchased music backed up to your iPod. You should be able to just transfer it all back to iTunes once you get your computer back should it be necessary.
As a side note, the proper place for this topic would probably in the MacBook forums, not iTunes since there is no evidence that iTunes started the issue. -
I upgraded my I pad to ISO 7. Some of the APPS are not working properly. Example: The text is to large for the screen and cannot be adjusted. Other Apps will no longer rotate. Is there a fix?

I have found that the rotation from portrait to landscape is broken on some apps. That's not iOS 7's fault, it's the App designer. I have a fairly popular app that got updated the day before iOS 7 came out, presumably it was iOS 7 friendly. But no, it doesn't do landscape. Completely incompetent App designers to make that egregious of an error.
You can contact the designer of each of your apps. It's not Apple's problem. -
Icons get large and cannot fix it
I was wondering if anyone else had this situation. It has only happened with my 3GS. All of the other generations I owned it never happened. Twice now all of a sudden when I turn on the phone the screen gets large and I cannot tap to adust it. I can't even move the screen to try to slide the power on bar at the bottom. I've tried rebooting and even restoring it to no avail. I don't know what has caused it or how it fixed itself the first time. If anyone has any solutions I'd appreciate it. I'm currently in Europe so I cannot go into an apple store or call for support.
A German woman visiting Albuquerque just approached me for help on the enlarged screen issue. (She saw me on my Mac). I did a quick search and we rescued her iPhone. (Triple tap and change zoom). Though I did have trouble navigating her iPhone in German!

Time Machine: Backup is too large and I have space on my Time Capsule !

I am using Time Machine with my 1T Time Capsule. Everything was running nice till I get message telling that backup could not complete because there was an error copying backup files. I searched for solutions, erased TM disk, reset TM, and reset TC too. Now I have 937g available on TC, I tried to backup 63g but a message came out telling that backup is too large !

I this the problem is that there are still some corrupted(damaged) photos in the iPhoto library? Is that right?
Do I have to verify the internal HD ? or find a way to delete the iPhotos files "which I do not want them thou"?
