Jump to new Keynote File at the end of Presentation
Apologies if this topic has been discussed, in the 11th hour for a solve. Is it possible to trigger a new keynote file at the end of my first Keynote file?
I know this can be triggered via "enable link" in the inspector on an object. I am wanting to run Keynote presentation "A" with an apple remote, then the last slide of Keynote A triggers new Keynote File "B".
possible? yes, I know I could just tail them together in one keynote file but that is not what I need to do. I need presenter B to be able to work independently until the last minute before the show and I just want to link to their file.

There's no way to make the last slide force a different presentation to open on its own, but you can set up the slide so that it has a link to an external presentation. Make sense?
Select the item on the slide you'd like to link from. In the Hyperlink Inspector, select "Enable as a hyperlink," and in the drop-down menu, select "Keynote File."
Now all you have to do is click on that element when you're running the slideshow, and your other presentation will automatically open.

when i try downloading adobe pro i am getting an error message that is saying: The application could not be installed because the installer file is damaged. Try obtaining a new installer file from the application author.

Seems like the downloaded file was corrupt that could be because of either network restriction or the anti virus might have blocked it. My suggestion would be to try and download the product either by turning off the Antivirus or try a different network.

Trying to download the free trial of Adobe Acrobat XL Pro. I keep getting the message "The application could not be installed because the installer file is damaged. Try obtaining a new installer file from the application author." I've repeatedly tried getting a new installer file, but get the same message every time.
K_don52 and Ande8135 please remove your current installation of the Adobe Download Assistant and reinstall. You can find more details in the known issues section of Troubleshoot Adobe Download Assistant.

hello i have a trouble with my i phone... i was trying to update a new software and at the end it says that there is some error and i cannot turn my i phone bak on all it shows is itunes logo in the midlle and usb cable with an arrow pointing at the logo. When I open ITunes, I get a message that "iTunes has stopped working". I have tried reinstalling iTunes, creating a new user file, changing the startup programs in accordance with articles in iTunes troubleshooting, but am having no success in getting iTunes to stay open. I thought it might be due to having colourful tabs so have disabled that but it made no difference. I prefer having my tabs under the bookmark toolbar
You can find the New Tab button showing as a '+' on the Tab bar.<br />
You can open the Customize window and drag the New Tab button that shows as a plus sign (+) from the Tab bar on another toolbar and it will become a regular toolbar button like the New Tab button that you have in Firefox 3 versions.<br />
If you can't find the new tab button then click the "Restore Default Set" button in the Customize window.<br />
If you want the New Tab button at the far right end of the Tab bar then place a flexible to the left of it.

How do I launch new file at the end of current file?

I am using Captivate 8. I post my completed files on Cornerstone.
Currently I have three lessons that must be launched manually from Cornerstone. At the end of lesson 1, I would like to launch lesson 2. I would prefer some kind of button that says "Would you like to proceed to the next lesson?" If yes, lesson 2 would launch. I know this is probably an easy question for some but I can't get it to work. Do I need to publish file 3 first, then work backward to file 1? What else do I need to know/do?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.I am trying to use the functionality that is found in the Preferences menu under Start and End. It says I can link to another project. Scroll down to see the message I get when I publish. I am not sure exactly what from the output of file 2 that it wants me to include in the output of file 1 or how to export it to get it there. Sorry. Newbie to this functionality.

Why is the new keynote not recording the slide show ?
I have been using Keynote for years on my mac book I have just brought a new mac book pro retina running mavericks and the program doesnt do half as much as the original 09..... what is going on..... am imissing something here?

If you're syncing from an iPhoto or Aperture album, use these steps to find the iPod Photo Cache folder in the default iPhoto Library or Aperture Library location:
From the Finder, choose Home from the Go menu.
Once there, open the Pictures folder and locate the iPhoto Library file. (For Aperture, this is called Aperture Library.) If you have moved your iPhoto Library or Aperture Library to a different location, go to that location in Finder first.
Control-click the iPhoto Library or Aperture Library file and choose Show Package Contents from the shortcut menu.
In the next window, locate the iPod Photo Cache folder and drag it to the Trash. Important: Do not remove or modify any other file within the library package. Removing or modifying other files may cause data loss.
Close the Finder window. -
My shuffle cuts off audiobook files before the end.
I have both music and books on my new (4g?) shuffle. The only difference between the files is the book files are labeled in INFO as audiobooks. The music plays thru to the end of the file but the books stop short.
All American Rejects "Gives you ****" haven't found this problem with any other purchased song.

I can't send new Keynote files using Sparrow.
I want to send Keynote files, but Sparrow gives an error and won't send at all. Sending with Gmail works, but the receiver can't open the file. What to do?
Going back to Keynote 1, the OSX "Package" was always a folder that was only treated differently due to the .key at the end instead of .folder. In between then and now, they created another format that was essentially the same thing, but zipped up (and still with a .key extension). Keynote would open both and save to both the same and there wasn't a functional difference. There's never been a "simple" Keynote file, it's always been basically a folder, zipped or not, with a .key extension.
For example, take a .key file from Keynote '09 (one that won't let you "Show Package Contents", change the extension to .zip (you'll have to tell Finder YES this is what I want to do), then double click on it. OSX's built in unzipper will open it like any other .zip file and you'll see the "folder" contents. By the same token, take any .key file that WILL let you "Show Package Contents", change it's extension from .key to .folder and save that. It'll open just like any other folder on your system. And, the changes are reversible for Keynote '09, change the .folder back to .key or change that .zip back to .key and Keynote will recognize it. -

can issue the bellow queris to drop those group which i dont think so it will exist?
