Junk mail filtering categorizes mails a junk that I write myself

hello all. I set my preferences to move messages to junk if any:
Sender is not in my Previous Recipients
Sender is not in my Address Book
Message is Junk Mail.
Now, mail categorizes mail as junk that I write myself and save as draft. I made sure the writer (myself) and the recipient are both in my previous recipients and in my address book, but mail still caracterizes them as junk. This isn't exactly a superserious concern, since I can still send it and it's allright. But it's still strange.

What are you trying to accomplish in the Advanced section that you cannot accomplish using the other settings in Preferences > Junk Mail? It looks like you've incorrectly modified the junk rule by specifying any instead of all and removing one of the default conditions...

Most of the fixes that I've found are for Smart mailboxes, which I don't use - this is solely for my flagged messages. My Junk and Trash mailboxes have been cleared as well.

Back up all data. Rebuild the mailbox.

You can't change the display in the Mail app, if you are holding the iPad in landscape orientation then the left-hand third will be for navigation, and the right-hand two-thirds will be an email. If you hold the iPad in portrait orientation then the navigation section becomes a drop-down section.

There is an option of embedding index for faster search while converting email to a PDF .
However I am not sure that will serve your purpose or not .
I would recommend you to get in touch with Microsoft support as well .
Meanwhile I'll work on it and get back to you in case I get a desired solution .

How can I change the mail settings so that every reply is listed individually in the inbox instead of having them "stacked" behind the original message. I'm afraid I might accidentially overlook messages the way they are handled now.

Somebody here will correct me if I'm wrong, but what you have to do is go into Settings, Mail/Contacts/Calendars and under Mail, turn off "Organize by Thread". I think that will make each message show individually.

If your password is accepted, and Mail connects to the account, but you're prompted for the password repeatedly, take each of the following steps that you haven't already tried. Note: these steps don't apply if the server rejects the password. That's a different problem.
Step 1
When prompted for the password, check the box marked Remember this password in my keychain.
Step 2
Check that the keychain is working.
Step 3
Check that the default keychain is unlocked.

The I will get a message that my version of Firefox will not work with google mail.

You can check the OCSP settings.

you can use XSLT or java mapping or adapter module to convert IDOC xml to XLS. Please refer the below blog

then after converting to Excel, you can use the payloadswap bean in mail adapter

Thank you for your reply Don, but I had already gone through that procedure and it will only create new mailboxes for received mail. I want to create new mailboxes for sent mail, i.e. the first column being "to" not "from". Under the Mailbox menus there is an option "Use This Mailbox For" but all the options under that (including Sent) are greyed out. Unfortunately the View/Columns option to change from "From" to "To" changes all mailboxes not just the active one.

Possibly your mailer is restricting your access to URLs to prevent
various scams. Without the details, it's hard to know what's going
wrong.
Have you tried with a different mailer?

You need to contact the email provider and reset your information. All your iPhone does is send the information to the provider and they are stating your username or password are incorrect. If you contact the provider they can help you reset it so it will work with your phone
