Just a question about a song!!! HELP! CAN'T FIND IT!
I was wondering if anyone could help me find a song?
It's the one that is playing in the new ipod commerical; the one where they are salsa-ing(I know that's not a word).
I can't seem to find it on itunes. I know at some point they had a playlist of all the songs that they play on the commericals, but I can't find it.
Either that, or does someone know the name?

Reminders is automatically installed with 10.8 or above. A new Mac should have 10.9; it's possible that, with a third-party vendor, you have an earlier OS. Check under the Apple menu in the top left and click About This Mac. That will tell you what version of OS X you have.

It shouldn't need formatting. That should have been done to make the RAID. If you need to erase the RAID:
1. Open Disk Utility in your Utilities folder.
2. After DU loads select the RAID volume you wish to format from the left side list. Click on the Erase tab in the DU main window.
3. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Erase button and wait until the process has completed. -

Did you check the advanced song controls, it might be set to "repeat one song".

My iPhoto library just reverted to an old library: how can I find and re-access my current library? I opened my iPhoto, and got the message that it needed to "update" to use this library. I thought maybe there had been a software update since I last opened the program (2 days ago). The library it opened was saved in a file on the desk-top. My current file was just in iPhoto. Please help!
Best option: Restore from your back up.
Otherwise:
Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Rebuild iPhoto Library Database from automatic backup.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one. .

Backing up your device only stores camera roll photos in the backup. You can't access individual files in the backup, you can only restore them to your device by restoring the backup. Also, if you backed up to iCloud the backup wouldn't be on your PC.
If you want to transfer camera roll photos to your PC, either import them using your usb cable (as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083) or use photo stream. -
I have Fujitsu scanner Gi-5110c that came with acrobat 7 standard. I just purchased new desktop computer but I can't find my acrobat 7 standard driver cd. I like to know how I can download the driver to my computer.
Because it was valuable software it was never downloadable; also it was a special "OEM" version that could I think only be installed from that CD.
Acrobat 7 doesn't work properly on Windows 7 and later anyway. -

Me too. I have downloaded it numerous time to my iphone and sync from my mac. It is not on the phone even when selecting the music app and using the more choice. Audio books is not even a choice.

Importing playlists & determining which songs it can't find
I use a Mac at work and at home.
I create smart playlist using my song ratings and export them. I then import those playlist on the other computer so I can easily rate songs with the same rating. When importing a playlist, it tells me that it can't find a song. (most likely because I've downloaded a song on one computer, rated it, and failed to download/transfer that song to the other computer)
Is there an easy way to tell which songs it can't find when importing playlist?
thanks!You can open the playlists in a text editor. Depending on the format Notepad will do, or you might find Notepad++ makes them easier to decipher.
