Backing up your device only stores camera roll photos in the backup. You can't access individual files in the backup, you can only restore them to your device by restoring the backup. Also, if you backed up to iCloud the backup wouldn't be on your PC.
If you want to transfer camera roll photos to your PC, either import them using your usb cable (as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083) or use photo stream.

Then without any apparent reason I could access all parts of the site, but could not access the deed images. First I thought it was a problem on their end, which sometimes happens, but after waiting 24 hours I was still having the problem. Then I tried windows explorer and it worked without any problem. How do I fix this?

First question I would ask is what has changed recently? Did you add any new extensions or add-ons?
I'd try starting Firefox in [[Safe Mode]]. If you don't have the issue while all of your add-ons, extensions, and themes are disabled, you can try adding them back in one by one until you find the culprit. You should look at the [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Troubleshooting-extensions-themes Extensions and Themes troubleshooting guide ] and the [[Troubleshooting plugins]] article as well.

Hi, I'm new to this but I will really appreciate your help if I ever get this sorted.
I have an iPhone 5s and it is completely full to the point where I can't take anymore photos or save any more, its so frustrating, also I'm taking this phone back this weekend to the apple store for a replacement because it's faulty. So I backed it up on my boyfriend's laptop, on iTunes - then I checked the whole computer - all the folders for my photos, I only found one folder with 100 photos - when I've got 2,300 on my phone.... But the back up was complete. So I don't know what to do, because the photos need deleting to free up memory. When I try to delete photos from Collections - it says "This photo will also be deleted from photo stream on all your devices". Help please!

An iPhone backup to a computer via iTunes stores the photos in a backup file that is only meant to be be used if needed to restore back to the phone. There is 3rd party "extractor" software available but otherwise the photos are not directly viewable.
The backup via iTunes was a good idea and your Camera Roll photos should be there and should be able to be restored to your new phone. However if it was me I wouldn't rely on that alone. I would also import the photos to a computer where you can see and verify that you have a copy. That is a good idea at any time (not just when you know you might need it). Any phone can be lost, broken, suffer hardware issues, etc at any time and lose all data on it. I was forced to download firefox 4 because i was unable to get anywhere on the web until i did. Downloaded and printed and followed the steps. "chrome problems" I think they got resolved after deleting and reinstalling numerous times. Now i don't have my bookmarks, history, and toolbars. To open the program is difficult. I have to try shortcuts, the menu icon and the toolbar icon. How can I fix this dreadful mess?

if you have backed up your iPhone, photos that were taken on the iPhone will be in the back up file. Any photos synced to your iPhone from a computer will need to be synced again. To restore your iPhone from a back up right click on the name of your iPhone in iTunes and select restore from back up.

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

If you are using a mac, you use iphoto.
If you are on windows, you use whatever camera software windows uses.

Try a hard reset of the Nano. To do this, press and hold both the Select (Center) and Menu buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear.
I assume you have double checked to make sure you are plugging the headset all the way in meaning the white part of the headset is flush with the body of the Nano?

What version of the OS do you have? What has changed since iPhtoo worked?
What exactly is the problem - you say "it was not responding" - You downloaded a new version (what version)" -you can't find yoru photos" none of which is helpful
look in your applications folder - is there an Iphoto application there? If so get info and report the version
Look in the picures folder - is there an iPhoto library there? If so exactly (including exact error messages) happens if you double click on it?
what else can you tell us that might help us assist you?

You'd have to think through this, but it seems like if you are using Outlook, and the items vanished from the Outlook client as well as the server,that you could re-populate Outlook using iTunes.
