It sounds like you may have multiple problems, but none of them are likely to be caused by malware.
First, the internet-related issues may be related to adware or a network compromise. I tend to lean more towards the latter, based on your description of the problem. See:

If investigation shows that this is not a network-specific issue, then it's probably adware. See my Adware Removal Guide for help finding and removing it. Note that you mention AdBlock as if it should have prevented this, but it's important to understand that ad blockers do not protect you against adware in any way. Neither would any kind of anti-virus software, which often doesn't detect adware.
As for the other issues, it sounds like you've got some serious corruption. I would be inclined to say it sounds like a failing drive, except it sounds like you just got it replaced. How did you get all your files back after the new drive was installed?

I am completely disappointed by this product of Sony. I had big regards for a brand like Sony and always believed that Sony delivers what they commit. But my heart broke when I installed this ****** stereo in my Honda car. The mirror link does not work on any compatible phone as they have shown in the box or website. I would just like to inform you that the available operations of the MirrorLink function vary depending on the smartphone or the application being used. Therefore, some of the applications installed in the smartphone may not work when using the MirrorLink function. You can close the application and remove the USB connection between the smartphone and the car stereo then, reconnect again to resolve the issue. Here's the list of compatible devices.

Put it in DFU mode and restore it. (google for instructions on entering DFU mode).

I upgraded from 3.6.13 to Beta 4.0 and now Firefox will not open at all I tried to uninstall to start again but it will not uninstall either it does nothing.

The fact it will not uninstall appears to be something completely new as nobody I know who uses Firefox has ever encountered this in the past.

Did you check your security software (firewall)?
A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox without informing you about that, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process.

After updating to V 15.0 I have the issue that suddenly many but not all of the functions do not work anymore. Menues and download links do not work.

I have updated my firefox to version 15.0. After this I have the effect that at some unspecified time during use many of the functions stop working. Menu's do not open, download links do not work anymore and so on. Opening new tab's or windows still works. Links on pages partly work partly not. Copy and paste does not work anymore on webpages. It takes ending the firefox process and restarting to correct the issue until it happens again. I have those effects on totally different webpages. At this time it happens every time after I start Firefox but not right away. Firefox first works for some time and then it suddenly doesn't anymore without me having done anything special

When I use find file http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/30073/find-file (which does tend to find files that "Finder" can't), it's not coming up with any other itunes library files that have been modified in the past week, which I know it would have been - unfortunately, I don't have a very recent backup of the hard drive. It would be a few months old so it wouldn't have the complete library on it....any ideas? Try typing in your 10 didget cell number. Restart iPhone to get the prompt again.

No. If you failed to turn off Find my iPhone BEFORE you upgraded to iOS 7, you will need the original Apple ID and password. If you upgraded to iOS 7 you will need this info; there is no way around this. If it is the device passcode you will need to restore your iPhone in order to reset that, which in the end will require your Apple ID and password in order to activate the phone once it is restored.

If the reset doesn't work, you have to force iPad into Recovery Mode
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note:
1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
2. You must follow step 1 to step 4 VERY CLOSELY.
3. Repeat the process if necessary.

If you bought the music with another itunes account, then you will have to authorize the computer for that account.
