Just bought 10gb and can't download games says not enough storage?

I can download anymore games says not enough storage. Soo I purchased 10 GB for twenty dollars and I still cannot download the games. . Help!

You need to download them to your phone, you have purchased space in the cloud, you need to delete something if you want to make more space.

The GB size of the download file is the compressed size (like .zip or .dmg). When the file is installed/uncompressed it can be 2-3 times larger.
How much space is used by your Other? You may be able to reduce.

If you are using a Mac with Mac OS X Snow Leopard, OS X Lion or Mountain Lion (as you say in your post), you have to install QuickTime Player first in order to install QuickTime Pro with your key. See > http://support.apple.com/kb/ht3678

HT1727 I can't download a film as its saying not enough storage

Buying extra cloud storage will give you extra space in the cloud e.g. for backing up your documents, files, photos etc from your iPad. If you want to download it onto your Apple TV then you will need available space on that device.

Not having enough storage in your iCloud account isn't caused by using your iCloud email account on your device. It may be caused by having lots of email in your account though.
Go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage to see what is taking up the space in your account.

iCloud storage is for backups. It is not associated with space on your phone. You cannot buy more space for your phone. Check what you have on your phone and delete what you don't use or seldom use to get more space on your phone.

The cloud is for storing your backups (which will then allow you to restore your content back on to a device), to download content on your iPad you need enough available space on your actual iPad : Settings > General > About > Available.
If you aretrying to download an app then you generally need approximately twice its size to be able to download and install it.

if you reset all settings, you will not lose anything at all. You will have to reset all of the device preferences again like your chosen wallpaper, your privacy settings, whatever settings in the Settings app that you changed from the factory default, will have to be entered again.
You will not lose any data, movies, songs, etc. I responded to your first post and told you that I'm not sure it will work anyway, it's just a suggestion. If you are not comfortable doing it, then don't do it.

Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

your iCloud storage isnt part of your phone, that is a back up for your phone, you have to delete things on your phone, so I recommend backing up your photos to your computer or iCloud since im sure thats whats taking up all your storage, then delete the photos on your phone and then update your phone using iTunes on your computer.
